Funny..yummy😋,highly recomended

The cheese fries are fireee 🍟 So crispy and cheesy, and the pepper on top was so great! I tried the Nutella donut shake and the Reese's shake, which were both VERY sweet, yet good! Frying the snickers was an ingenious idea. I usually dislike donuts, but these were awesome 😋

They nailed the atmosphere with this location. The food options are fun and unique with a few vegan options thrown in so there is something for everyone. I personally thought the meat on my burger was under seasoned but overall it was pretty good. Shakes are an attraction all on their own.

Naja… The Food is over priced, the burgers are over spiced, dry and not medium as mentioned. Fries are dry as well. Self service for a 30 euros meal … I’m really disappointed.. 2 stars for the look 1 star for the taste … it adds up to 3 stars … Bathrooms are a mess.

Terrible service and horrible food. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The bacon was hanging out of the tray and touched multiple surfaces, just unacceptable. Other than that the burger was tasteless, only thing you could taste was the sauce which didn’t resemble at all a classic burger sauce.

Great burgers and value for money. Perhaps slightly overpriced, but worth it. They have plenty of classic as well as unique options on the menu. Same applies to fries, which are top notch, but also come in huge amounts, so be mindful not to order too much. Lunch deals for students are very attractive and affordable!

Very tasty burger (Mr. Burns) and really nice place

This is one of, if not, the favourite place I go to for Burgers in Hessen. The food quality is always high, the menu is vast with vegan selection too. Nope, I'm not a vegan, vegetarian or anything like it. I'm a carnivore. But I am just telling you. Burgers, no matter which one, all top quality. The fries, excellent combinations to choose from... The Milkshakes are to die for. The service is always on their A game. I highly recommend this place.

A friend brought us to this place last Sunday. Once I stepped in it gave me an American style diner vibe. We sat down ans looked at the menu and went order at the cashier every went well and all the staffs are very friendly. The food didn’t take long until it’s served at the table. Burgers are really good, the meat was juicy and the bun is nice. We ordered different types of fries and they all were so good especially the cheese truffle. There’s a station where you can get yourself cutlery, ketchup, mayo and pickles. We ordered a few extra side dishes and sauces but it never came or we asked the staff and they said we have to take it ourselves at the small fridge at the counter. As dessert we ordered the coffee milkshake and it was really tasty. Highly recommended to go there for a burger. A place might be a bit difficult to find as it’s hidden between the complex building. One star deducted for a bit confusing service sometimes. They didn’t explain how things work which was bit annoying for me.

What's Beef, a very legitimate question since they don't seem to have the answer. First of all, the service was horrible. The guy at the register decided himself what we want in the burgers and wasn't willing to let us choose the ingredients. Now coming to the actual food: not worth it. They charge you 20EUR for a burger with fries and a beverage but the taste/quality is equivalent to McDonald's or Burger King. After looking up the good reviews, I had high hopes for this burger restaurant but got heavily disappointed.

The burger is excellent, generous portions and great prices. highlight was the interesting shakes we ordered choc shock shake and it was exactly like it was on the picture even better 😃 The staff was absolutely amazing and kind if you are in the area its a must visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Finally tried What's Beef. I ordered the Smash Burger. I wanted to keep it simple, meat, cheese, onions. Also ordered milkshake, salted caramel and it was very good! Got there around lunch time and it was extremely busy that we almost left. As soon as we ordered, a table opened up and we were seated. Food didn't take long to get to our table. Fries were nice and crispy. I may have found my favorite burger place in FFM. Cash and card accepted.

Nearly a perfect 5 stars rating. However few little things that stop me from giving 5 overall. Good burgers but a bit on the pricey side. There are definitely better value for money places in Frankfurt but few with the same great atmosphere. Burgers are good size and make definitely for a very satisfying meal. Milkshakes are large, so be careful if you have a burger and fries, but you still order shakes. Bring a lot of hunger with you. Fries again are a bit on the overpriced side for the portion on offer. Try the lamonade. Good place to visit with children. Even a little play area is available. Service is a mixture of order at the bar and get the food delivered to your table. Just the table were not well cleared before a new guest sat down. We had to clear our table ourselves before anyone noticed. Otherwise, service was swift and friendly. Nice charm and atmosphere round up the good experiance.

This is the place I always want to go when I want to eat a burger and a delicious dessert-shake. The workers are super friendly and happy to help and guide you with your order. You don't have to worry about anything because everything is brought to your table. The food is delicious and the portion of frites is huge.

Super freundliches Personal und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kam schnell war warm und super lecker. Ich hab selten so ein guten Bürger gegessen unglaublich Der Nachtisch ist ne Granate aber unglaublich gut das muss man erlebt haben...

Die Burger sind sehr lecker und das Fleisch ist sehr Saftig. Die Käsesauce in dem Fleisch beim Cheesecore double schmeckt auch sehr gut und passt super dazu. Die Milchshakes sind ziemlich viel und auch gut aber meiner Meinung nach etwas zu Schokoladig. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und wie in einem Amerikanischen Diner. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

If you really feel like stuffing yourself, then this is the place. You order/pay at the counter and then they serve the food to your table. The portions are large.

Good burgers! The vegan burger is a real success. The fries were also very good. The weekday lunch menu is €16, not expensive. It’s a place that I would recommend.

I have ordered and lunch deal which comes with a classic burger of your choice, fries (free upgrade to sweet potato fries 🤩) and a drink of your choice. It tastes awesome and authentic!

First time, Sat mid-day 1500. Party of 7, walked in, found seating without issues, no reservations. Burger was amazing, the bread is light, fluffy, and light. The milk shake was unbelievable!! Highly recommend! 4 stars because the food was a little pricey, and no kids menu.

Called ahead for a reservation but we were told they don’t take reservations. We were able to find a table pretty easily and didn’t have to wait. The restaurant is pretty big and modern. They have a nice selection of burgers and fries with toppings. The shakes are incredible and big enough to share. I had a simple cheeseburger since I’m not usually a fan of burgers but it was really good. The cashier spoke English and the food was delivered to the table quickly. Great experience.

This place is not bad. But if you want a food from the quality products, it's not a place. This is a regular fast food restaurant. The ordering is easy, serving pretty fast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location next to skyscrapers

Nice location. The Killer burger was tasty, but i've definetly seen a better presentation. The patty was juicy and you can taste the flavor of the cheese. Overall i give it an 7.5/10.

A unique place with excellent burgers. Burgers are a decent size but very tasty. The fries are perfect. If you want a serious sugar rush get one of the milkshakes, perfect for the end of the meal. Overall nice place with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended.

My go to place for burgers when I am in Frankfurt - it's definitely one of the best burgers you can eat in the city! Milkshakes are also great, a bit too much if you ask me, but if you can handle it go for it. Vegan choices also available.

We stopped to eat here because the place attracted us a lot. I must say internally it is well organized and is a beautiful design. But it also has its downsides. The staff is a little too uncoordinated as the product they have to bring you they carry a little badly and with little enthusiasm. I ordered this dessert and I must say that in the picture it was different, it was all together instead they made it so separate for me, I was not satisfied at all. The taste wasn't good at all. I'm sorry because this place may have good potential. We have also been other times and it had not disappointed us as well as this time.

The Burgers are great, the Fries even better and the milkshakes are even tho they are about 80% sugar the best. However when I was there I once had to wait about 90min on my milkshake... It tasted great but it was not worth waiting that long... I did get my money back but I would have rather had a McDonald's milkshake that is ready 2min after ordering it 😅

The food was good service also. I ordered veggie burger was delicious but the smell of onions stuck to my hands for next day even after many wash 😂 but I like this place is cool. Go try it instead of staring at your phone ☝️ RUN to it and have FUN 💕

I love this place !! In my view, they have the best burger in Frankfurt! Their burger is delicious and juicy and has fresh ingredients. The have a variety of burgers to choose. I also enjoy their sweet potatoes. They are crunchy and tasty. The decoration is very American and its inner space is cozy, nice and spacious. They also have a yard outside that has lots of nice flowers where you can sit and enjoy your burger. The staff is amazing, so kind, funny and helpful. The self service works great. The place is very clean and the toilettes as well. It is very close to the city center among skyscrapers. I totally recommend it.

Burgers were very delicious and well prepared. The milkshakes are probably among the best handmade specialty shakes I have ever had. The homemade nature of seemingly all the ingredients is surely what makes the good so good here. The staff was pleasant and really helpful. Definitely worth a visit

Tasty burgers and delicious fries. Aioli say he was AMAZING! Coleslaw salad was so so. And now, the milkshake! We had Oreo milkshake which was delicious! Slightly overpriced 10€ 😱 I would give 5 starts is just the burger wasn’t that amazing. Staff were very friendly

The variety of vegetarian and vegan burgers is astonishing. Besides that they really taste good and actually make you full. What I do not like is the price for burgers and fries (8-10€ and 4-6€). The staff is still friendly and open-minded.

I went to What's Beef for the first time mainly because of the shakes that most people post on social media. We then ordered, of course, the nutella donut shake and the Selim ABC burger with fries and the Cheeseburger. Everything was absolutely delicious, from the bun, the meat, and the shake. We eat now quite often at What's Beef and tasted almost every burger, and nothing disappoints us. They have menu sets, which I highly recommend since they include a burger, a side, and a drink. The place is absolutely cozy, they're designed like diners in America. They don't take reservations at Saturdays and Fridays, and they can be full like crazy (understandable), but other then weekends it's fine.

What’s Beef is the bomb! I had the 10€ rookie menu (for students and pupils only - Monday to Friday 11am-5pm) which was really filling and so delicious! The burger meat just melted in my mouth and the fresh lemonade had an amazing

Das Essen ist super lecker gewesen. Das Lokal ist soweit auch in Ordnung. Ist halt ziemlich laut. Wir hatten endlich ein Abend ohne Kinder. Dafür ist das Restaurant nicht geeignet.

Ich war bereits mehrfach hier zu Gast. Man kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Freundliche und zuvorkommendes Personal, Top Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis (vor allem der Lunch Deal bzw. Studentenmenü), gemütliches und modernes amerikanisch angehauchtes Ambiente. Die Burger sind von hoher Qualität und schmecken sehr gut. Auch die Pommes sind lecker. Zusammenfassend also eine absolute Empfehlung für jenen, der gute Burger in Frankfurt möchte.
