Beautiful Exterior Design with outstanding services and facilities .. Great options for food & coffee .. Decent & spacious rooms .. The room furniture is relatively old but to some extent is well maintained !! It is very close to the airport .. The hotel is recommended for business stays !! Kempinski is one of my FAVORITE hotel brands !!

I've been to several Kempinski hotels but this one doesn't fulfill the usual quality standards. Rooms are a bit strange as the windows do not have handlebars to open - I had to call the room service for opening and closing the windows. Finally, the gentlemen left the handlebar with me. Their argument was security, while you got steel bars in front of the window going to a hight of approx. 1.90 m. It already started with the meet and greet service at the airport. My luggage was not appearing for 1,5h which led the gentlemen from the hotel to leave me several times alone - also when I tried to file the lost luggage report with Egypt Air, I had mainly support from another passenger because that gentlemen from the hotel had left me again. The hotel is located a bit remotely and when we arrived I had to get my luggage from the hotels car to the entrance on my own. The check in was a bit slow. When I wanted to enter a club located in the hotel to get a drink after that airport experience, they didn't let me enter. Only for couples!?? At the front desk, I tried to complain and asked for a manager. They just sent a security, who even didn't speak English, instead of a manager. With some translation, I was told that the club located at the Kempinski is not under their control and I could complain with the tourism police. As a Kempinski guest, I'm not used to become offended like this at all. The experienced service level so far was terrible for a Kempinski standard. I wouldn't come to this Kempinski if not forced due to a business trip. This was day one of my stay here - will update on other happenings of any.

Very luxurious room, the entire place in general gives you a proper modern 5 stars hotel vibes. The check-in process was very smooth, and also had a person from the guest relation team to walk with us and explain everything in the hotel and the room The breakfast was amazing and had many varieties

This is for the spa only We did a couples day and it was my 50th birthday. They surprised us with a separate lounge area, two fruit mock tails and cake. Our treatment room was decorated with flowers and balloons. Treatments were fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Overrated hotel. Slow check in and out. Low food variety at the breakfast. The room was clean but the overall experience wasn't good. Slow check in was very annoying to me because I was exhausted from the journey. Why should I wait for more than 10 minutes and then to wait for my baggage for another couple of minutes?

I had attended an event their in the last few days the place seems to be good designed and decorated but very poor in hospitality and serving I had notice a raised voice discussion with the hotel admin. and some of the presenter which left a bad an impression for the audience as a general note all of the serving staff gives no smile or welcoming any body they are acting as soldiers getting orders from their leader the event was good but choosing that place was sure not a good choice hope to see deference if I have to go for another event

This review is specific to the pool service. Ordered drinks one hour ago and three tries and they still can’t seem to bring the right order. Basic burgers and French fries have taken forever. A bit ridiculous when you have kids with you. The waiters by the pool definitely need a lot of training.

Despite the fact that you are staying in a luxurious hotel and paying big amount of money but you will not be served as expected.i had to stay in Cairo for 4 nights and had a meeting in the same hotel,the hotel did not give us any special rates,and imposed us to take the room with royal club lounge services. The lounge had a special policy,which I had respected, that children are not allowed to access the lounge since the lounge is for business people.we were obliged to go individually me and my wife to the lounge in order not to leave our child alone in the room.after 3 days of applying this policy on us,I had discovered that the policy is not applied on Egyptian people and the stuff have a double standard of treatment. I don't recommend the hotel.

Amazing and very stylish hotel. Customer service is superb, the pool is amazing. Aqua chill team was very helpful and manager Bilal Ibrahim was very accommodating. Andrew was also amazing. Overall very accommodating staff!! 10/10

We had a dinner at Romanov, and it was absolutely gorgeous! Starting from the hostess Dina and the master chef David… the food was extremely delicious and the service was pretty good. Thanks for making our night special.

The whole staff is going out of their way to help, they are professional, polite, and cheerful. Thanks for Merna, Murad, Hussein, Mahmoud and Karim butler. Because of them our stay in the hotel was pleasant.

Excellent hotel and we truly enjoyed our stay there. It is kids friendly as we were travelling with a child so this is something that was important to us. The rooms were great and everything in the room had its place and was comfortable. The staff across all the hotel from the reception to all the restaurants where friendly and accommodating. So well done and thank you for your hospitality. Special thanks to the lady at customer service Sabrine for being attentive to our child, We will defiantly be back again.

Gym facilities are excellent, very up to date equipment and excellent staff. Coach Ahmed Ramadan is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Highly recommend personal training sessions with him.

All staff are very friendly especially Wael from the house keeping, Mahmoud Elsakka & Nariman from the front desk, and pool staff. Don’t want to miss any as all of them are great! Pool bites are delicious and portion is good. Hotel facilities are amazing & room is really confront & luxury. Thanks for the great hospitality!

I recently dined at an Italian restaurant there , and I must say it was a delightful experience. The Italian cuisine was superb, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. The ambiance was inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable meal. The attentive staff added to the positive experience, providing excellent service throughout. I highly recommend this for a first fancy dates for anyone seeking a taste of authentic Italian flavors in a charming atmosphere.

The experience was wonderful, the place was very clean. I will definitely repeat it again, and I would like to thank the housekeeping department, especially Mr. Hossam and Mr. Mohamed in the Royal Club Lounge. I used to call him Super Smile for everything he provided for me in the room and in the restaurant

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Cairo, Egypt. The staff here is simply amazing, always welcoming with a smile. I came in a group and had such a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The employees are so attentive and friendly, our server, Nour, at The State (where you have breakfast) was very attentive. They have a variety of restaurants for your taste with amazing food!

The stay is amazing, the service from the staff is the best. The location is very comfortable and quite. I would love to thank Ms Latifa for her help during my stay. Hope to come again

Romanov is such a classy yet cozy restaurant. *We had a table facing the pool and the view was simply beautiful. *Very friendly staff, Abdel Rahman, our waiter was very welcoming, decent and very well mannered. *Freshly baked bread and butter are offered as a welcoming appetizer *We ordered the grilled chicken with a side of Grilled vegetables and the sea bass with a side of rice and grilled vegetables and both dishes tasted amazing! *The grilled vegetables were very well seasoned, the sea bass tasted great and the chicken was stuffed with mozzarella cheese, very moist and juicy. *We next had the creme brulee which wasn't so good honestly *Overall, the experience was very pleasant and unique. *Highly recommend it for a romantic dinner

Great service from beginning to start very attentative. Nur was very helpful at breakfast and is service was amazing. Hossam very kind and always explained new dishes to me and was allowed to taste new cuisines especially the deserts 5 stars

Fantastic old style bar on the first floor Only opens at 6pm and there is a happy hour half price. .... It's a dark leather upholstered bar. Outside of happy hour the beers are a bit more expensive than other 5 star hotels The service ( credit to Mr Yusef) is 7 star .Felt very welcomed Good advert for the whole hotel . Absolutely outstanding hotel - from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were looked after by the entire team. The restaurants are fantastic - especially the Thai one - and nothing was too much effort. Rooms were really nice, pool is stunning and the sauna, jacuzzi and spa facilities were world class. Cannot wait to visit again.

I am a Gem member since the opening, the place has its own characteristic which attracts me since long time. I also tried the new coach at the gym he’s very supportive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend hotel and gym.

Rooms are well organized but they're not spacious, as opposed to the size of the bathroom. Bathroom is well equipped, and sectioned. Coffee and tea are of a great quality and the room service team are friendly and very helpful. They're an asset to the place. Spa is included and the service there is great as well.

The Hotel is very good, location is very good both for pleasure and business related activities, 20 minutes away from the airport. The service is exceptional in every imaginable way. The Hotel offers all the expected additional services and comodities for the rates. Especial mention to the different restaurants available. Anything but 5* unfortunately. this hotel looks great from the photos, but leaves much to be desired. Citystars is half the price but twice as good. A lot of the staff here are untrained, will come pick up plates when you’re not finished, will leave you waiting for menus, will forget about your order for tea or coffee for breakfast. Smell of smoke in the non-smoking bedrooms, will charge you for a bottle of water even though this is complementary in citystars. Smell of sewage in the spa/swimming area. A very slim amount of the staff were good but rare to find. Not worth the price and certainly not deserving of a 5* rating

Staying here with my family for a week, the staff is very professional and kind. Service is amazing. Wael took care of everything I need in the room. Omar and Mohammed were very helpful at the front desk. The food is delicious at this hotel! The hotel is very safe, clean and pretty.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful time. We were able to enter the rooms immediately even though we came earlier than regular check in time. The rooms were clean and spacious with a great pool view. The outside pool is remarkable and the pool manager was a true delight, delivering on our every need. Inside pool is great as well just a little minus as the jacuzzi in female spa area was not working. Breakfast has a huge offer and you can eat something different every day. Live music on the terrace and in the restaurants is a great bonus. It would be great if the staff could be more proficient in English however they are truly wonderful, humble and at your service so I just seemed to forget about the language barrier :)

This was probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, one of the best luxury experiences. The hotel is gorgeous and very well kept, everything is very clean and very safe. The staff at the hotel are very professional and kind as well as extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. From the concierge Hatim and Ahmed booking the absolute best tours with the best tour guide we’ve ever had (Ahmed) and catering to our every need, to the pool staff Andrew, Islam, and Mohammed being very attentive, kind and pleasant, to the restaurant to workers like Bishoy, Beshoy, and Ahmed also being very attentive kind and pleasant but this also goes for the other workers of this hotel we’ve come across. The worker with the welcome drinks was always ready to receive us upon returning to the hotel. The food is absolutely scrumptious. The spa is gorgeous with so many amenities, one of the best massages I’ve had in a while, everything was so relaxing and luxurious. The housekeeping staff was very professional and detailed, they left the rooms spotless everyday and organized all my products beautifully; probably some of the best housekeeping I’ve come across honestly. The breakfast and the workers were absolute amazing, so many good options during breakfast and everything was delicious. The drivers and bellboys from the hotel were amazing too. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff; from our wonderful breakfast helper Noorhan, to the amazing and attentive pool life guards Saed and Ahmed as well as the f&b team of Andrew and Isamil. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, food is great. Will definitely come back again Ideal for a stay cation type break for a family with small children

Room was great, the bed makes you feel like you want to just chill on it all day! The pool and scenery is beautiful, and staff is very helpful especially Rana who made sure we had everything we needed even while checking out!

Many thanks Kempinski team for giving us a wonderful honeymoon experience! The honeymoon room decorations was above our expectations! So pleased that we had honeymoon cake, sweets and fruit platter. Everything tasted amazing! The breakfast was on another level! Very diverse and wonderful tasty plates and drinks. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. We had also a wonderful 3-course romantic dinner experience at Romanov restaurant. Each and every dish was tasty and the staff made sure that the dishes are suited to our taste… thanks a lot! Also, my the chocolate fondue cake was mind blowing!! Please do try it out :) Thanks again Kempinski!

After a small miscommunication the hotel went above and beyond to make the situation right. Farid the manager was especially amazing and we can’t say enough good things about him. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are so luxurious and the staff are the most helpful we have ever had. Ahmed Fouad the front office supervisor was there to help with anything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be booking again. Oscar.

Rooms are tidy, location handy - just between the airport and downtown. The morning breakfast has a nice mix of regional and international cuisine and suits different diets, fresh veggies and fruits are very good. I noticed the honeycomb station would deserve more attention- putting a small plate or bowl to catch it, watching if the honey is actually dripping or not would definitely help.

Breakfast remarks: Quality of food is really good. Service given is even better 👍 All team is working in good coordination. all waiters are polite and helpful. Saad is a great guy doing his job with enthusiasm. Breakfast options are too much, I hope they are not wasted 🙏

Great service at the hotel. Super accommodating for our 7 month old baby. Shout out to Farah who arranged a pureed apple for our daughter every breakfast. And a huge thank you to Nour for taking such good care of us during breakfast.
