One of the best hotels I have been to. The location is fairly close to malls and city centre in New Cairo. The workers are friendly and caring. Cleanliness of the place is absolutely flawless and room cleaning is the same. Variety of activities is great, including: pool, restaurants, spa, sauna, steam room and a well equipped gym. Overall a very professional hotel which I would highly recommend to stay

Excellent stay. But very unfriendly security at the entrance. Smile at people, don't tell them in a harsh tone to walk through the security. We are guests not animals to be spoken to in such a manner. Very clean, very classy. Love the staff who clean our rooms. Excellent people.

We had one of the most luxurious holiday experience in a hotel for three days. You feel the luxury from the drop off and entrance of the hotel. All facilities were amazing and we can’t think of anything missing in this hotel. We can’t identify any negative points, all positives from the extremely polite, friendly and supportive staff, large swimming pool, gym, luxury rooms, amazing food, indoor swimming pool, sauna, beautiful views from the room, extremely delicious food in the hotel restaurant (breakfast) as well as the other restaurants which includes a variety of options (Italian, oriental and more). One restaurant open 24 hours which provides lots of flexibility. Cleanliness of the rooms and overall place was very high, I don’t think I’ve ever given this number of 5-star.

I attended an wedding at Monaco Hall.. this hall is mega wide.. accepted many people in a comfort distribution.. decoration was fancy... prides entrance were absolutely amazing.. buffet was perfect. V luxury place ✨️

This is indeed a great hotel, they are extremely professional, and I would highly recommend staying there, I have special thanks to the concierge staff Mr. Gaafar Ibrahim, who is extremely nice and very helpful and it was a great pleasure dealing with him, also Mr. Ahmed Helmi who took care of us while driving us around in old Cairo places and Giza, he was very patient and extremely helpful, also Miss Farrah at the reception who did a great job in welcoming us with a great smile. Now about the hotel, it’s fairly new with great hall, music is played every night , and features multiple different resultants with indoor and outdoor seating areas! The rooms are fairly very spacious and clean! The breakfast area is huge and has great variety of choices! My only concern about this place was related to some people who were smoking indoor, I’m not sure who are they but they appeared as part of the staff! Overall the stay was nice and people working there were extremely friendly!

I enjoyed all my 3 nights in there. Staff is amazing. Place is quite. Little far from city but u can get uber easily. Breakfast was nice. Worth the visit in all aspects. Little pricy

Went there for a wedding party with friends. Halls there are not spacious enough and not that fancy. Food was great and in copious amounts. You can get there in like 25-35 minutes from downtown, and the parking is always occupied.

I have booked this hotel on my wedding day and i have explained all details about coming at night and papers which i have so when the wedding finished i arrived there and i hold married documents they didn’t allowed us to check in saying because my wife is not Egyptian they need more extra paper which i already explained and btw her father was with us and all the family to check in 😂 which mean they have bo expert of what what they doing especially the manager , i asked to meet the manager many time and they like the manger already reject i asked them to meet him and they reject then can someone please explain what the manger job if he will not meet the clients 😂😂 i have been in many hotels around the world and this was the worest especially … i dont mind if they have told this from beginning but what they did is really uglly , dont start your honey moon there at all

Very beautiful hotel . The hotel has many restaurants, coffee shops and at the basement there is a large activity area where indoor outdoor pools are open with a large gym hall . Food is really good and the varieties are wide ranging.

Amazing hotel. It has one of the largest reception areas l have ever seen not even in mega hotels in the USA, Dubai, etc. Perfect venue for large conferences and corporate events. Location is right on ring road and close to the airport. Only problem is the military police around it does not make it very touristic.

Very nice facilities , very good quality bf , rooms are clean yet can accomodate minor refinements. Doors need better soundproofing and music at night need to be a bit calmer during events. Very nice team who do their best to keep guests happy. 8/10

We Had a very nice stay at Triumph Luxury hotel!! Nice room and super clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. VIP lounge very nice and attractive but they need to improve the professional service .. Regarding to the breakfast in the G floor restaurant very great and full range and professionalservice.. all we was get Pleasant experience overall and would definitely visit again & again !

Hotel is in good area of New Cairo and its public areas are quite impressive. My suggestion to the GM is rooms and common areas temperature is kept too cold and can easily be adjusted a few degrees upward, and save on energy bills. Spend the savings on needed repairs. Front Desk staff try their best, but either are too new or not properly trained. On both our group check ins, it took too long to find our reservations. And even then, rooms were not allocated properly and shorted.

Beautiful hotel, horrible customer service. I went with the family and before reserving we called to confirm the outdoor pool was heated, they confirmed that it was. Getting ready to go to the pool and it was freezing, we did not go in. Managememt assured us again that they will turn on the heat for the pool.. we again went the next day and still freezing, heat was not turned on. Cleanliness was not great either. We found 2 stains on the duvet and one on the mattress protector.

Great hotel, very good room, clean, personal very polite, good food, but not amazing for a hotel of such standards. The pool was very nice and the gardens very pleasant. No complains!!! I recommend.

A complete 💯✅ new world 🌍, full of all imaginable treatment from the magnificent reception and lobby. The only thing they don't have in term of hospitality facilities is a barbing salon.

Terribly loud night parties in the hotel garden is a norm with booming, shouting, drums and...even shooting of pyrotechnic devices late at night, causing vibration in a building. Hotel management does not control behaviour of guests at night even after complaints. If you are ready not to sleep at night - this hotel is good for you.

Staying for a conference which is on site. This is a beautiful and clean hotel. My room is enormous with balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff have all fone out of their way to be helpful too.

The rooms are spaciuos, clean and semi-luxorious. Bathroom has jacuzzi 😍. Hotel Pool is nice and they serve very nice hookah.

The hotel is located on a very quiet beautiful spot u can easily park your car either outside the hotel or using its parking with resnabole price. The hotel is really a luxarious one I spent the day on the pool with my family ,food was very fresh staff are helpful it was a nice experience. Give it a try u will enjoy.

The location is convenient and the cafe inside is really cozy with perfect taste of coffee. In addition, the decoration is very luxurious and royal from inside. I felt that I could meditate in the lobby. You can find a great gym inside which is very nice.
