Please reconsider the process for travelers. The timeline isn’t reasonable. There needs to be a quicker turnaround time for the authorization results. It will give ppl a chance to fix their issues if need be....

My father has been admitted to the May Pen hospital on July 31, 2018 and the hospital and its staff has had my father on IV - no nutrition, and now today August 14, 2018 you are telling the family he has caught sepsis. I will be writing a letter to everyone involved to let them know about the lack of patient care and the dis-respectfulness of the nurses on the male ward. My father is dying because May Pen hospital NEVER gave my father a chance to live. Everyone in Jamaica will hear about this case.

So apparently nobody is at work, I've been calling and calling and the phone numbers just kept ringing without being answered. TERRIBLE! since I'm due my second dose of AstraZeneca and I'm not sure if its available now and there is no one to answer my queries what do I do? NOT even the health centers answers their phone.

For some reason this Ministry is always impossible to reach by phone. At this point I've tried every single number listed on the website and FB page, and any number I could find on their marketing material - no answer. Even the covid vaccination centre numbers go straight to voicemail.

My mother was admitted to Savanalamar Hospital on August 10 2023 for dehydration. She got a stroke in the hospital on August 15, 2023 on the bed in the same area.known as.ANE or whatever. I visited her on August 22, 2023 she had an IV in her left arm which was.turned off and a.bag with Sodium Chloride lying in the bed with her. I hung the bag on the.IV pole and tried to get assistance from a nurse and they all ignored my presence. On the 23rd I went back to visit her and the IV was still in her turned off. Someone from the Ministry of Health needs to supervise these incompetent people.

I had done pap smear over the years and all that happened was, the nurse just get at it when it was my time. I must take time out to big up nurse S. Who performed the papsmear at the Fellowship Health Centre on September 18th. Very professional! She gives counsel and explain how the cervical cancer affect women. She explained the hpv which I heard about for the second time and I believe if this situation was explained in the pass many person's lives would be saved. Big up nurse S. Keep up the very good work. Be not weary in well doing.
