This office is very busy but they are very quick at assisting patients and getting you out with prescriptions and instructions. Just seen by a P.A. and he was great and very knowledgeable of my medicines and gave helpful information for a full recovery. The entire staff from the front desk to nurses were extremely professional and treated everyone great. Thank You again Pat M.

This place is a gem. I try not to write reviews because then people flood this place and service goes south. However, after my experience today, I would do a disservice to not give them kudos. Sign in was quick and efficient through the app. I was called in almost immediately as a walk in. The nurse on hand was pleasant and had excellent bed side manner. That can never be taken for granted because they make the experience at a doctors office positive when they know how to speak with a patient. The attending PA was excellent. He answered all my questions and wrote up a treatment. His bedside manner was also excellent. I WALKED IN AT 11:28 AND I WAS OUT OF THERE BY 11:45. AND IT WASNT A RUSHED JOB - IT WAS THOROUGH AND COMPRHENSIVE. THANK YOU!

First time visiting this urgent care and it was a great experience over all. I was seen rite away. The staff was Wonderful. Very welcoming and caring. The facility it self was very clean. Will defiantly return for any future medical attention.

As a new patient I did not know what to expect, however, the service I received was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk, PA, and Doctor were professional and friendly. They actively listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave my high-quality care. I highly recommend this location.

From the moment I walked in Sibel made me feel like I was the only patient there. This is consistent every time I visit TNUC. Sibel is attentive and always makes sure patients are taken in immediately. She is great for this business. Dr. K is my absolute favorite Dr. Whether he’s caring for me, my dad or my son he always delivers the best service. The place is impeccable. The staff is friendly and always fast. And they always fix me and my family. ♥️

Literally all of their positive reviews are fake. See the number of reviews the so-called reviewers posted. It’s so obvious. I came here for labs. It took 4 days to process and apparently they can’t send me my results online since they don’t have a secure portal. They refuse to email me my results or talk to me about it. If my results are life threatening then I’m filing a malpractice lawsuit for their failure to inform me. Don’t come here if you care for your well-being. Don’t waste your time here. Get better help elsewhere.

The entire staff are professional, courteous, thorough n efficient. The office is clean n well maintained. Dr. Gilbert answered all of my questions no matter how insignificant some may have been. He was understanding, caring n took his time. Under the stressful circumstances for my visit, the entire office experience was pleasant. Thank you all.

Staff was great, very proffesional, and caring. Doctor was on point. Took all different tests to pin point problem. Very informative. We were very happy overall. No other Urgent Care in our area treats us like Throggs Neck Urgent Care, that is why we keep going back there when we get sick. Thank you. 😊

they were very compassionate and caring, while my seven-year-old was throwing up all over the office. Very quick and effective treatments. I did not have to wait online and it was empty and clean.

I was placed in a room within 10 mins of arriving which was great. That's probably the only positive of my visit. I waited almost an hour in the exam room to only spend less than 5 mins with the doctor. The worst part was he didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. The point of my visit which I expressed to him, was to run a few tests to rule out any other possible issues, and he like most doctors, dismissed my concerns and did nothing. I walked out with a prescription I could have purchased over the counter. I was recommended this facility, but to be quite honest it turned out to be like every other urgent care. Complete waste of time. If you can wait, just go to your regular doctor who will work with you.

The place os very clean. The receptionist is very respectful & professional. The assistant is friendly & respectful & professional. They are to the point make suggestions and give you a prescription? Then tell if it doesn't get better to go see a specialist.l would return again of l could'nt see my doctor which l could'nt.
