This gym is decent. However, there is major room for improvement. They offer a spa and when you request to use it, the workers always have an excuse on why you can't. They need to hire people who are there to help the customers and someone that knows how to use the machines. Its frustrating that I drive over 30 minutes to come to this gym and use the amenities and I'm unable to (including but not limited to the hydro machine and facial.) Save your money and your time. This gym is not worth it.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM if you are looking to use the jacuzzi. Several times I called ahead and was told that the jacuzzi was open and when I arrived it was closed. Just yesterday, the exact same thing happened but when I arrived I saw the jacuzzi was in fact open and I was told that it would be opened for the day. After I worked out and showered and changed to go into the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was closed and was told that the lifeguard had to leave due to a family emergency. You can guarantee that the jacuzzi at this location will be closed more often than in-service or you will be told itā€™s in-service and it will not remain that way. Other than the poor customer service from the staff and the jacuzzi issue, itā€™s a decent gym.

I like this gym a lot good vibes. I usually came around 4pm which was great but also last few days came around 10 am . I was able to utilize the 7 day pass which was great and came EVERY single day lol. The elliptical machines were dusted by the staff when I got there around 4pm. I didnt like the fact that the dumbbells where everywhere and couldnt find the weight I wanted which made me feel overwhelmed so I had to leave that area and stick to the machines. The hydromassage bed smelled bad like sweat and I didn't see any cleaning supplies the first day but that was my fault for not asking because later I did see it was in the hallway before you go in the private massage room. Needless to say I had to get a shower after that. That was probably my only main negative. It seems to get crowded around 5 pm or so like most gyms. This hydro massasager does seem stronger than others I have tried. I like they have more than one and you can close the door for privacy. I was told day 1 that on the guest pass I could go to the classes but in the second day I made sure I got there on time for the class and was told that it was not included which made me go there for 6:30pm to do tai chi when I could have just came earlier and did my regular workout smh. That did leave me a bit upset. It was also the hottest week and I noticed the air conditioner was not working on the main workout floor. There were portables but it was extra hot which kind of made me not sure if I wanted to move forward if this will be an issue the entire summer of 2023. I didn't try the pool but looks cool. Infrared Sauna was nice and relaxing. The locker rooms were a bit messy but not terrible. I also noticed that a locker had a top in there from someone's bottle and it was in there the next day too so wasn't cleaned too well but guess can't clean or check all of them so I get it. All in all other than the issues I mentioned I like the gym and I would recommend this gym to others.

Absolutely do not recommend. Please save your money!!! I canceled my membership literally the same week I signed up. Itā€™s extremely dirty and doesnā€™t seem to be cleaned not even weekly. I saw the same trash in the same spot 4 days later, with Poor staff and half of the machines broken or out of service. Staff doesnā€™t seem to care or know what theyā€™re doing and itā€™s very overpriced. The basketball gym is very small, extremely hot and packed 24/7 and the pool is out of service the one time I went for a swim. The sauna doesnā€™t work and half the showers are also dirty or out of service. Do better

I went into this gym the other day to try out the services. It was nice but the staff here is terrible. I wouldnā€™t even waste my money on a membership. Manny one of there trainers I believe was yelling at a client because he was trying to validate his parking ticket. threatening to cancel their membership. It seem pretty ridiculous! It also seem as though he had personal issues and it was not a good look for the Company. I find it hard to believe heā€™s an employee. Anyway I'm definitely taking my membership elsewhere. If you are willing to pay for this foolery, your better off going to Planet fitness. It's no different.

my partner and I were heading to the gym and we had ran into a dispute with an assistant manager named Caroline. My partner and I have been signed up to X-Sport fitness since March. Weā€™ve always been exercising at this gym after 9PM with no issues. Today we were informed that my partner couldnā€™t go into the gym after 9PM and that the employee that has been letting us go after 9PM is no longer employed so I explained to the assistant manager that has never been a issue of ours in this gym and that normally and that the manager on duty always lets us workout. This assistant manager was very disrespectful towards my partner and I and we had asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager and I explained to her that we should speak with management about this because itā€™s not our issue that other employees let us go after 9PM and because she is the supervisor that would we should be held responsible for the wrong doings of another employee at this gym. I had expressed that we would consider signing up tomorrow but we would like to clear up the miscommunication with her manager before doing so and that we should be excused because we drove nearly an hour to workout just to get told we canā€™t workout because the employee that has been letting us workout has been fired. I explained to the assistant manager that we want to go upstairs and workout and she said no and called security on us and we had explained it to her multiple times that we shouldnā€™t be held accountable for someone elseā€™s wrong doings because we drove from far and this is the first time we ever have a dispute with an employee at X-Sport fitness. This employee was extremely rude and unprofessional wouldnā€™t stop laughing at us and made us feel extremely unwelcome at our home gym and kept throwing her title around about being an assistant manager. This is an experience we have never experienced at this gym. It was uncomfortable for us because we were being laughed at by ā€œassistant managerā€ and it wasnā€™t our fault that this issue with an employee would land on us on as members. I WILL BE POSTING MORE PICTURES AS WELL SINCE THIS ASSISTANT MANAGER THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY TO KICK US OUT ON A POLICY THAT SHE WAS BEING BEING DISRESPECTFUL ABOUT INTRODUCING TO US

Great facility ,atmosphere and services. Shaun has great energy, very aware of the services and products being offered and communicates them well to new members. Hazel my personal trainer was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. There is a monthly class schedule however some of the instructors regularly come late then rush to begin sessions. The lockers, bathroom and shower stalls are cleaned periodically but not well, Iā€™ve noticed liners and sanitary napkins left in the stalls after they have been ā€˜cleanedā€™. Added to this Iā€™ve been warned not to use the lockers due to theft even if you had added a lock with a key to it. Lastly. when you register , they ask for a cc to put on file which automatically charges your card every month for membership, this makes the cancellation process very difficult and refunds impossible ; the front desk advised to call another number to cancel my membership, that was automated. If you can register at the gym you should be able to cancel as well. Be mindful of this !

I signed up for this gym two months ago and my experience so far has been good. The only reason I would give this Gym 4 stars is because of CLEANNESS and some staff are are not very professional. BATHROOMS are always smelly and trash everywhere. Specially during morning around 7 amā€¦ looks like none cleaned up from the night before. I know PLANET FITNESS CANNOT COMPARE TO XPORT FITNESS BUT planet fitness bathrooms are super clean and always smell good. However, I do love their fitness classes, pool , spa and so on. I enjoy it all the time.

After having a humiliating experience with a disgusting associate named Caroline I called to inform management that I was coming in to file a formal complaint. Upon arrival the manager Shaun tells me to give him a few minutes. I then waited about 35 minutes while the manager happily conversed with Caroline and numerous patrons, before using his hand to gesture me over to him. As soon as I sit down he calls me the customer with the bad attitude and told me he already what happened. I interrupted him and asked him to allow me to speak since he doesnā€™t know me, wasnā€™t even there, and hasnā€™t heard my side of the experience. After explaining my disdain with my experience he proceeds to tell me that I am not allowed in the gym because Caroline filed a complaint against me with corporate. He also told me to call corporate because it was ā€œout of his handsā€. I told him that I do not want to patronize a facility that allows disrespect to their customers on that level. I told him I am uncomfortable with entering, knowing she works there and is allowed to behave in such a degrading manner. He refused to make eye contact for the duration of his phony apology. I have now contacted corporate multiple times, with no one to speak to but an answering machine. I strongly urge everyone to not patronize this establishment. In order to dismantle the degrading and racially insensitive patriarchy that exists within XSport fitness, we must not continue to send out dollars at this establishment. Members and non-members alike this is a racist establishment with poorly trained employees and management.

Bathroom always gross. Urine always on the toilets. Showers stink, and are always loaded with spit. Shower heads always broken, and waters is often cold and low flowing. In the actual gym, the weights are NEVER where they're supposed to be. There's no reason why weights should be around the treadmills on the OTHER side of the gym. Rope extentions are tatered and too short to be effective and very limited. The pully cable machines aren't smooth. The weight signifiers are all peeling off the weight. Gym has a lot of potential, but it seems management is not into spending money. Too bad Blink fitness isn't 24 hours. I'd join in a HEART beat.

My husband and I were looking to change gyms and visited the XSport Fitness Gym in the Bronx. We were persuaded by the manager to join with the information that if we pay for a. year's membership we not only would get the second year free but that we could join as a trial that day and if we did not like it for any reason, we could stop the trial before the first month was finished and we would get our money back warranteed. Well, this turned out to be a SCAM. My husband decided to retire his membership before the first month was over. He received a form to fill out and mail to the main office which he did immediately requesting his money back as told initially. On that day, he returned his entrance key to the front desk as told by the same manager that had both registered us and now was completing the paper work for my husband to retire. He never received his money back and he has some additional small fees added to his account after he had returned his gym id. He has tried to talk to somebody over the phone and has received very negative responses and has send emails which have never been responded. We intend to move on with this problem as we truly believe this is false claims this gym is using to get to peoples money.

I've only been here a month and these are my observations: 1- You have people that show initiative working there, then you have those pejorative megalomaniac pedantic employees who make your day even harder then what it already is. 2- Employees should make every visit welcoming! most are usually on their phones, & when asking a question they are typically very disengaged or seem annoyed, businesses acquire & require great attention to detail, as customers are their hugest consumers, most of these employees don't really care for your experience, but they have VERY FEW employees that are polite and take your concerns into accountability. 3- The gym is disgustingly dirty in the night time especially. 4- This is a 24 hour gym, but the spa, pool and other amenities aren't accessible after like 6-7pm which is an inconvenience to those who work all day, we get an expensive membership to not even be able to access those amenities most of the time.

I love the equipment this gym has to offer, great staff overall. My only concern that has been going on would be the cleanliness of this restroom. It always used to be very clean, but now the stalls are filthy, the showers are dirty, the saunas arenā€™t clean, mirrors are dirty, horrible smell. It seems to me they arenā€™t cleaning this bathroom frequently and something needs to be done about this. I don't feel comfortable using the locker room here any longer.

Just went with my husband today to take a look at the gym and ask for brochures and the front desk woman told me itā€™s in the side there werenā€™t any. My husband and I waited two mins and she didnā€™t ask us if we needed help or anything. She didnā€™t ask if weā€™d like a tour. Very unprofessional. I would of loved to join with my husband but unfortunately I will not join and also tell my clients how unprofessional the atmosphere was. I am all for great customer service unfortunately this gym doesnā€™t even greet you when you come in rather go to planet fitness.

Iā€™ll give the gym a 3.9/5 but the staff .5/5. Iā€™ll like to say whoever job it was to choose the equipment there outdid themselves but when it comes to managing the equipment THEY SUCK! some equipment there has been messed up since forever. these are equipment I find to be vital towards oneā€™s fitness journey. when something gets messed up in that gym you really have to put fire in the staffs stomach to fix it which I really donā€™t like. Itā€™s seems they are more concerned with hitting there quotas than fixing and managing equipment. They make it seem so nice when you sign up but please beware. Personal trainers there are inconsistent. THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU & you will barely get back a refund. I recommend that you shouldnā€™t really spend your money with them unless you really donā€™t have a clue one what to do when you get to the gym. To tell the truth RESULTS WILL SOLELY DEPEND ON THE WILL OF THE INDIVIDUAL. Honestly Youtube is a great fitness encyclopedia Do your research SAVE YOUR MONEY! & Donā€™t take advice from suspected STEROID USERS!

I actually joined it because of the WARM poolā€¦they have water fitness which is very therapeutic for my knee but itā€™s being about 8 months now the pool have not been warm and no matter how much we complain they keep telling us that it is warm while the heater has been off for daysā€¦an employee who work the pool area told us that they only warm up the pool like once or twice a week so when we do the water class just to get in the water we of to take deep breaths or hold our breath and dip in the water because itā€™s cold šŸ„¶ we speak to the manager but if you ask me he donā€™t know much of whatā€™s going on. I am very very disappointed ā˜¹ļø with their lack of care and bad customer service.

Am highly disappointed. In the morning and night I have noticed it has been very dirty the tissues are all over the floor the garbage is overflowing and thereā€™s a bad odor. Also the lockers Iā€™ve seen are being closed as there own personal locker when they leave. The cleaning staff needs to go around more to tidy up more. I hope these issues will be addressed I love this gym I go often but It can be better especially in the cleaning department.

The gym is really convenient for co-op city residents. Lots of machines/equipments. Thats sums the positive. This is the ONLY reason I continue to attend this facility. The gym is always dirty. As a director of housekeeping in hotels, I would fire the entire staff due to the poor cleanliness of the gym. The staff are extremely unprofessional. They seem as if they do not care about the gym, the condition of the gym and its clients. the staff allow people to bring their Bluetooth speakers and play their own music extremely loud with no consideration for the other people working out. The management and staff do not care, as the gym plays excessively loud music at 6am, it baffles me why they would allow music to be played so loudly at such an early time frame, and this continues throughout the whole day. I hope upper management and corporate see this review, and can help improve the facility. I am seeking alternative gyms in this area.

My friend had gone in and has done really good. She worked hard for her results. But she had to cancel her membership due to a personal matter. When she called to cancel her membership an employee made unnecessary and disrespectful comments. When she addressed his rude remarks in tears, he pretended that he could not hear her. The level of immaturity and disrespect was unacceptable. Their customer service needs an upgrade and an attitude check. Terrible experience with their customer service. When she went to the manager about the situation, he was being aggressive when speaking to her. Donā€™t go here. It is not worth your time, money, or patience.

Honestly, these reviews almost discouraged me going to this gym but Iā€™m happy I came in and saw for myself. As an experienced trainer who went to multiple commercial gyms, this one is amazing. Itā€™s extremely affordable with so many amenities. Yes it gets packed but thereā€™s so much equipment and variations which is a plus. Tbh itā€™s a Great gym - And itā€™s 24 hours.

I see this place hasnā€™t changed. I called on Saturday evening at 545pm, to ask about memberships, the fees, the decorum, the atmosphere, etc. I had concerns because this place was a mess years ago. The young lady who answered the phone put me in hold for 10 min and never came back. I called back and they picked up then put me on hold again. Why? Seriously, that says a lot about your staff, the management, the company, the leadership, etc. You would never get my money. As a certified personal trainer for a Wall Street Health Club that caters to a Wall Street clientele, I know professionalism in the fitness industry. You guys get an ā€œF.ā€ Then again, this is the Bronx, and so shouldnā€™t expect any less from the area, the demographics, the population, and a fitness organization here. Far be it for me to think this place would at least meet minimal expectations on a simple phone call about membership.

The gym itself is good. Can be much better. My reason for the 1 star is that workers or trainers should not have relationships with clients outside of the gym. It reflex poorly on the gym. If I'm paying for your services it should not involved hanging out or anything else with someone I'm with.

The place is very nice but some of the staff I feel need to take a customer relations training. Simple acknowledge and common courtesy goes a long way. I tell you one thing the maintenance grew is very nice and friendly. I have 3 business and always explain to my staff, people need to like coming in and dealing with you because if they don't then they will go elsewhere. Nyc is full of competition.

XSport Fitness is amazing! It is a huge location with a pool with a lifeguard, basketball court, spa: fitness pod, LED facial, chromotherapy room. Hydro massage, hydration pod, gym equipment area on 2nd floor, exercise room for Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, Water Fitness classes & more. It offers child care, $5 for 2 hours - for the day & $10 monthly for 2 hours a day & you can view your child from the Tv's on the machines, while working out. You can purchase healthy snacks, sports drinks/water at the location & workout attire as well. Bathrooms/ lockers room have a sauna, showers, steam room & are very classy with hair dryers. Great location within the mall, by the food court area. Highway I-95 & Hutchinson River Pkwy are nearby. Tauri & Michael are very helpful & motivated workers. Open 24 hrs. 2 hour parking validation. If you park outside, it's free! The best gym in The Bronx! I recommend & well worth your $, especially for your health: mind, body & soul !

Iā€™m a member. Love this gym. One of the few in NYC with a pool (but it is small; for laps or water aerobics only). The reason I gave 4 stars is because some of the amenities I paid for arenā€™t available because theyā€™re out of order. Thatā€™s annoying because those extras are what I paid EXTRA for (jacuzzi and private steam rooms and water massage/LED facials). The trainers are A1 (I take Yoga with Michelle on Saturdays and Sundays. She is amazing and so is her fill in who does ballet. They have never made me feel bad if I canā€™t physically do a move, they take their time to talk to you if you need tips and they listen when you tell them a specific body part is hurting and youā€™d like to focus on it). The other staff is nice but a little unprofessional (they all have great attitudes but sometimes I find myself waiting around for them to finish their personal conversations so I can be helped or ask a question. But when they do get to me they have taken care of whatever I needed with no hassle). Other members Iā€™ve encountered both women and men have been super cool & supportive as well. The locker rooms are clean, the gym is huge and offers so much plus I can bring my mom for free because of my plan.

I just started and I'm loving it! Roxy at front desk is wonderful! She's super busy however quite attentive to my needs. My trainer Jean is awesome! He is encouraging and has a keen eye for any discomfort. (I have a bad knee). Everybody's been great! The smiles are welcoming and make you feel like you are a part of something special. Plus the facility offers an array of equipment and services which will help in achieving your goals. I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with XSport!

It's the best gym in world, it's open 24 hrs 7 days a week. The classes are fun yet powerful, the trainers will always help you, the staff is kind and always there to help. I've been a member for years now. The have a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, dry room is always clean. There is seven or eight different kinds of massage pod rooms plus a basketball court it's an amazing place, and the price is super affordable.

The New Year is coming and I know lots of people are going to want to start off on the right track with their health & fitness. Go to the Planet Fitness about 2 miles away. This gym is not worth your money or time. Plus itā€™s a very uncomfortable place to be if youā€™re a woman. The men on the staff say disgusting things about womenā€™s bodies and donā€™t care whoā€™s around to hear it. Theyā€™ll mislead you about pricing and will charge multiple random amounts to your bank account within the same week. No one re-racks weights and itā€™s crowded at all hours of the day, even the late night. If you absolutely must workout here, pay in cash and avoid personal training. This place desperately needs new management.

Very clean, spacious, individual and/or team sports, group classes, personal trainers... it's a whole vibe! To top it off, front desk staff is superb. A natural when it comes to customer service and making one feel comfortable in a new environment. When hiring, many managers and supervisors are often big picture thinkers. Without foresight, many are less detail oriented. I say this to say, this is NOT the case at XSport Fitness. The most important hire on any team is the first person to engage and welcome members. Naturally warm and an active listener are just two of the many positive qualities he posessed that my defenses and overly inquisitive nature melted away and I felt at home. And not just me, intrinsically he did with the members ahead of me. Remarkable quality to have and kudos on an excellent hire and an environment uniquely its own. It's not just a gym, it's not just a vibe; it's an Xperience!

Pros: - Decent equipment selection - 24/7 Gym Cons: - Dumbbells are never in the correct spot. Its extremely annoying having to go on a scavenger hunt for dumbbells. - Locker room isn't managed at all. Every time i go there there are more locks than there are guys in the gym. Seems like people are using the lockers as their own personal safe and staff doesn't seem to care. - The price does not seem to fit the facility at all. Iā€™ve had a better experience at planet fitness and the only reason i switched gyms was planet fitness wasnā€™t 24/7. - Staff donā€™t seem to care. I walked in and no one was paying attention to the front desk. I couldā€™ve easily went straight upstairs if i didnā€™t have a membership seemingly.

*I am using a throwaway gmail account for my own privacy* Let me tell you now, if you value your hard earned money please stay away from the personal training services at this gym. I have been trying to cancel my services for a month now, because of various reasons, and just found out a few weeks ago that I can not do so unless I am moving more than some number of miles away from the gym. This (among numerous other things) was not made clear to me when I signed up. In addition, the male trainers here are creeps. Iā€™ve had my trainer contact my personal phone more than once asking to hang out outside of a session. This was after he asked me in person THE FIRST DAY WE METšŸ¤¢ to which I responded by laughing because I was so uncomfortable and baffled. It got to a point where I actually dreaded going to training sessions but felt that I had to because I am still paying for it. Now, I simply do not show up for any sessions. There is most definitely a lack of professionalism at this establishment. If you are thinking of joining this gym, I beg you to please look elsewhere because I would never want anyone else to go through what Iā€™ve been going through for the past couple of months.

This gym has turned to chaos ever since the club manager Dan left , the weights are a mess there is never anyone racking them or cleaning up the club, locker rooms are gross. The whole staff is a bunch of creeps who you can hear daily speaking about the female members right at the front desk!!! The Training manager Joe is one of the worst ones I hear him all the time mentioning to other employees out in the open on what members he wants to sleep with and other disgusting things. I had my ā€œFree training session ā€œwith him where he just criticized my body and recommended me to train with him. I find the atmosphere in the club to be very uncomfortable to where you constantly feel like the male staff is looking at you. My advice stay away from here!!!

I cannot express how much I would never recommend anyone to sign up for this gym. My experience was horrid. Iā€™ve gotten hurt multiple times in this gym and guess who cared to help..? No one. Employees would look at me and simply walk away. Some would even snicker. Other than this, employees also shown great disrespect for people over a certain weight trying to make as much progress as possible. Iā€™ve witnessed employees say such rude regards toward specifically latino/black people. As a member of both communities I would just like to say, do not waste your time, energy, or money on such a place. Dreadful.

horrible gym, i signed up recently and as far as i can see, there is no gym Etiquette. dumbbells can never be found. equipment always broken. and on Multiple occasions i see staff members shirtless and flexing in the gym area with no care for the other gym patrons working out. its highly unprofessional and quite frankly Obnoxious. gym needs a serious change in direction staff and Management do not care.

I joined this gym about 5 months ago and I do not regret it. The locker rooms are always cleaned and properly maintained, Sauna is working when I need it and the staff is very friendly. When I first came in to check the gym out I was greeted by a staff member, Michael Hernandez who gave me a walk through of the gym, explained all the classes they provided and answered any of my concerns I had at the time. If you are looking to talk to anyone specific to start your membership I would highly recommend talking to him. If you also need help setting up a fitness plan I would recommend him as well. Michael makes it a point to understand your needs and works with you on how to get to your goals without making you feeling pressured or overwhelmed. Over all great gym!

Love this gym. Manny signed me up and it was that day I felt part of a family here. I am encouraged and welcomed when I walk in. I love the classes and fitness equipment. The trainers are all good. Friendly relaxed environment with no drama. I love it here!

They seem to have displaced their porter. I have been here multiple times in the past month and the bathroom has overflowing trash, no paper towels, etc. When I first started I would see the porter cleaning. Now I don't see anyone. I really hope they fix it and don't let this place fall apart.

I visited this gym for a few a months and was trained by private trainor Vanessa, she was and is incredible and amazing with costumers and her environment. Vanessa is kind and patient and most of all encouraging to her costumers and people around her, she also keeps the space very clean as well as the equipment. Love this gym very much!!!!

Great gym, very clean and spacious. Very sales oriented and pushy when signing up for a membership which was a huge turnoff but besides that itā€™s pretty cool

My girlfriend's been a member for a long time now and she was very interested in getting personal training to help get back in shape. She tried a free session with a trainer name Joe and he was very flirtatious with her and she told me how during the session he was commenting about how good her body would look if she was to train with him. She felt very uncomfortable and were looking to cancel now. Donā€™t come to this gym nor bring your girlfriend near Joe. Very unprofessional experience.

I used to love coming to this gym until they got rid of the manager Sean. Sean greeted every member that walked in. He knew when I hadnā€™t been at the gym for a while everything. He engaged with the members and his staff. NOW!!!! The staff DOES NOT SPEAK!!!! They are so standoffish. Sometimes even rude!!! I used to be there 5days a week. Now I only go for 1. If your expecting a smile or greeting when you come in or a have a great workout JUST FORGET IT

Unkempt. Staff gave up. Unofficial ā€œTrainersā€ monopolizing weights and equipment. The plus is that the price is right. Canā€™t beat it. Lower your expectations. No A/C so far this week. There were portable A/Cā€™s today. Bring water.

Could be a great gym. I feel like it's geared more towards people who are trying to lift socially And personal trainers. Definitely needs more squat Racks. Always packed except Sundays

XSport fitness has great potential but lacks in being professional. Too many things are wrong there: 1. Rules and regs are not adhered to. (You might find a member bouncing a basketball throughout the gym where others are working out. 2. Sanitizing stations are often empty (sometimes for days). 3. Individual members play their own music loud and with little to no regard to other members. 4. It can become a hangout rather than working out. If the Rules were enforced, staff capacity increased, and held accountable for their duties, XSport would be amazing.

Re-joined the gym after waiting super long after the city reopened. The whole team at Xsport Bay Plaza was very welcoming and friendly. They took the time to break down a workout plan and taught me the benefits of working out properly. Ernest was my guide for the night and he was phenomenal because of his guidance and confidence in me, I know I'll meet my goals. Thanks guys!!!! Super excited to start my journey ā˜ŗļø

Overall cool gym and cool staff. Clean, with clothes, snacks and drinks to purchase. Free 2 hr parking once your ticket is validated. Kind of a rough start with getting signed up for a trainer and actually getting trained by one but when I did he was really cool. They have a pool, basketball court, large gym for other classes (Zumba, dance, yoga, ect) and two other gyms one for spin and the other got HITT workouts, and good amount of machines. They also have hydro massage, and other recovery machines. Iā€™d recommend this gym.

Number 1. Iā€™ve been in XSport for about two years now and Iā€™m genuinely considering leaving. There are no kettle bells on the gym floor for public use, or a step up box. When i asked the manager why I canā€™t use the ones that are in the ā€œpersonal training areaā€ (even tho i pay for a trainer so im trying to do my routine) he literally told me that it is because people steal the kettle bells and that i can use a bench if i want a step up box. Cheaper gyms have all the equipment necessary available to everyone! Number 2. My brother took training classes once and he went to pass the classes to me since he doesnā€™t have time to go to the gym. When they went to transfer the classes they told me he only had 3 classes left out of 31, when my brother trained with the guy one time because he didnā€™t like it. They had in the system that the same trainer was training him at the same time, the same day for weeks when he hasnā€™t been to the gym in over a year. They gave me a number to call and was told there was nothing they could. So trainers are able to keep clients information and set classes for them without their permission so they can get commission?

50$ to bring a guest then they tell you extra rules that the guest canā€™t do and if you try to cancel your membership thereā€™s a cancelation fee.I was told Iā€™ll get a free month because my friend refer me; never happen. Miss one payment canā€™t go in but they have hidden fees they donā€™t explain. Only thing good about this gym is itā€™s 24 hours

Weights are never put back. Maybe not the gymā€™s fault but more the people who attend the gym. Be ready to spend 10 minutes looking for your second dumbbellā€¦..everyā€¦..singleā€¦..set. Never experienced this issue at Blink, LA Fitness, retro fitness, or even planet fitness.

First thing first, start by firing some male and female Xsport fitness staff members. From the looks of things, some of them are extremely rude and disrespectful to past and present Xsport fitness members, especially towards me for no reason. A months ago, one Hispanic female employee named Maude call me extremely ugly N-word for not wanted to workout in front of unattractive males. Clearly, I know she meant me of course due to me being more than a few feet away from this female minor. As if she thinks it is okay to disparage others to boost her insecure eager and low self-esteem. Plus, they never fully trained Xsport fitness clients, but only does half-way training sessions. All the good trainers Xsport fitness once had either fired or quit because of lack of weekly paid on due date.
