Great location. Gentle breeze is always in the area and never feel hot or humid in the Resort. We planned and executed our family gathering 2022 in this resort. Total of 50+ members which includes kids and Senior members. We used their roof top for conduct our programs. They have lift to reach roof top which help our senior members to reach the spot. Young members spend their time in Pool and Play area. Rooms and Washrooms are neat & clean. Their F&B section played well for serving us. Without delay they provide hot food to us for three times( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). A great applause to the Aadisaktthi team for arranging needed things to us for making our family get-together as a remarkable one in our memories. We didn't get time to explore their Ayurveda facilities. We witness their facilities but not able to use. Its a loss for us.

While the location and the rooms are really aesthetic and beautiful. Their restaurant is pathetic to its core. Worst service I have ever experienced. More than 2 hours of waiting and still our orders were not delivered. We stayed for 2 nights and we were disappointed both the nights as we had young toddlers and senior citizens in the group. It was so worse that we had to order food from Zomato

We stayed for one night. The check out time was 11 am but they graciously extended it. The rooms were very clean and spacious with wonderful views of the greens and the sea in the horizon. The pool is heated and has a wonderful view too. There are massage specialists in the place too. The food in the resort is also worth the price.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. Lovely food and great ambience. Enjoyed great swimming too.

A beautiful place to live in Trivandrum. It is a 15 minute drive away from Kovalam beach. Very peaceful serene location. Their rooms are well maintained and clean. The food is decent and well cooked. The staff is very cordial and warm. The swimming pool is operational throughout the day. In the evening the pool water is moderately warmed to give you a pleasant relaxing experience. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff very attentive, prompt and disciplined. Very good, tasty ,fresh preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoyed the north Indian as well as south Indian food here. We could not use the spa treatment centre as it was closed due to Onam festival but it looked very nicely made. All in all a great place to stay .

This resort is located in extremely remote area which makes the travellers frustrated. The road are not constructed properly and are very narrow. This so called resort is approx. 2km away from the main road and due to its locality our cab driver denied to take us to nearby by sightseeing places. As a 4 star resort I had high expectations from this place but gave 2 stars due to the location. Even toilet papers/ tissue papers are not kept in the room. Not recommended to stay in this property.

The resort is in very calm location. If you want peaceful stay away from noise and rush, this is the best place. Service is top notch along with super-friendly staff. Vegetarian food was really delicious and I was surprised by such tasty food.

Our stay was awesome. The food is delicious. We went in June. The location of the resort is beautiful. The operational manager Ms. Somya is a wonderful staff lady. She is sweet and helpful. Thank you to her and the staff for making our stay memorable.

It was amazing place to stay here. Something I don’t like is My room was 304, exactly over the restaurant kitchen. So whenever I come out of my room, kitchen smells very bad. I just don’t like that room location. Except this, everything is awesome. Pool location, garden location and also staffs are good. All over my experience is pretty good staying here except that smell of kitchen.

I came all the way from New Zealand for short treatment and have been consulting with by Mr.Rouf. he is honest and very helpful arranged air ticket to treatment and few doctors. They have provided excellent treatment and service while I have been here. All the staff have been very caring, shown great hospitality and whenever I’ve needed something, they do it within seconds. The accommodation is excellent it is like a 5 star hotel and they have provided amazing food. I am very happy with the treatment I have received. I will definitely come back

This was a last destination for the kerela tour . The property is located in a little remote location and a small task to reach there . But the property was very beautiful and amazing. We had to cut short our trip for unforseen reason but surely will love to visit once again. The staff was very helpful and courteous . I really loved the fact that they agreed for a refund as we had to cut short our stay . The view and location of the property amazing. One issue we faced was in check in . We had informed the timing of our check in and even then the rooms the rooms were prepared and had to wait again as they had prepared the wrong rooms for us . The rooms were good but the they were not cleaned properly . We found 2-3 used items still lying around from the previous stay .

Worst hotel you could ever check in, I stayed here for 2 days and the service was pathetic, No rooms service, no response from anyone from reception or from room service. On Day 1 my room Tv was not turning on so I called the front desk and asked for help no one even bother to come to room and check the issue. Order food they took more than a hour to send food to my room. Breakfast has no variety and no table to sit. On day 2 there was no hot water, when informed to the host they simply said just turn on the tap for 10 min and you would get hot water, did that still same issue and again host did not bother to resolve the issue. No proper parking for the hotel , no amenities besides the Swimming Pool. There are ants in the room, just horrible hotel Overall

The location makes the stay very peaceful, however the rooms aren't maintained well. The walls are dirty, the bed linen was filthy and the taps were broken, shower wasn't working. Pool not maintained either Staff is good and very helpful. They need to have more options for kids in the menu as well as play area. They dint serve hot chocolate or Bournvita, neither their buffet breakfast had any item specially made for kids. Food was tasty and hospitality was good overall.

We had a very good stay especially because of Sowmya who made our stay peaceful and memorable. She took extra efforts to provide us with our comfort food and was very professional. We wish her all success . All these stars are specially for her :) Coming to the hotel, the location is lil interior. Once entered,it's hard to get anything from outside. Food quality was good at the hotel though. It was very homely. Reception services can be improved.though people are helpful but the call will not be answered easily. We faced issue with the laundry services. We were told it will take 3 days to get our clothes back which needs to be improved Ayurvedic massages are very good.you need to book your slot in advance. Above all, the people and services were good.

I booked single room with queen bed. They have joined two single beds and gave me. It was very uncomfortable. Day 1 room service we ordered noodles, they've served fried rice. Room service was bad. Room cleaning was not done for the period of stay for 3 days. Firstly, i used the hotel's recommended cab service for transportation. Unfortunately, the driver charged a fare significantly higher than what is typically expected for the distance. I was surprised and concerned about this discrepancy, as i trust the hotel's recommendations for services. Secondly, the spa services were also a source of disappointment. The rates charged were considerably higher than what was initially communicated or expected. This disparity has left me feeling unsatisfied with the overall value of the services provided. We had good experience with this resort. Overall the property is good, I agree with the previous reviewers that yes the walls of the rooms could have been cleaned. But yes for a time being you can adjust as we enjoyed the pool in night. We got the best view in balcony ❤️ The staff is supportive we asked them to stretch the dinner time, they simply agreed with us. So we loved our one day stay❤️

We stayed here for 2 days. View was nice from the hotel. It is situated in between the village area, so it was a bit peaceful and relaxing environment. Restaurant had quite a few options to choose from. Service was very nice. I was very impressed with soumya was managing the restaurant there, she recommended us some amazing places to visit nearby and anusha was serving us food there, she is one of the sweetest person I met here. Very friendly and polite people. Treated us very nicely. Swimming pool here is a treat. Overall a nice experience.

Located in a suburb, around 4 km from the beach, this is a nice resort to spend some quality time. The ambience is great, with bamboo trees, a garden which is complete with a pond containing lotus and koi fish, and a swimming pool and an ayurvedic center. From some rooms, and the terrace lounge, the ocean is visible far away, but through the jungle, it looks great, especially during sunset. Some only issues that I faced was that the room service often forget some of the instructions that I gave them and I had to repeat the requests. Also, from a resort of this standard, I expected the rooms to be a bit more cleaner. If these are ironed out, It will be an amazing experience ro stay here.

Good and peaceful location for stay. The road leading to the place from the highway is narrow. Food is good. Vegetables served are home grown so they are fresh. Good view from rooms. Mostly sea view. Beach is about 3kms from the hotel. Room service is good too. Had booked it for my parents. All in all a good and peaceful experience.

Ratings given will be -5 Worst hospitality worst food and the behaviour of their managers were also very bad. They dont know how to respond to guests, they shout at children, when we complained they say we will refund you your payment vacant the room n later denied to refund. No Value for commitments, Rude Behaviour with kids. It was the last day of the trip, and it ruined the whole trip. Worst Place to stay

Rooms and Ambience in good but service is bad. Towels and bathroom kit was only provided when asked for. Food was average but the rates does not justify the taste and the variety of dishes provided in buffet. The road to hotel is very narrow-one vehicle at a time could go to hotel and very inconvenience to travel at night.

Excellent Resort!! Very well maintained rooms with wonderful scenic beauty from Ocean View Deluxe Rooms with balcony.Good food! Very cooperative staff ready to help & assist.We appreciate Reception, House Keeping, Restaurant staff ; specially we like to mention about Amar, Anjali, Piya, Ravi of the Restaurant & Rekha and Gajanan of Reception.The approach road to the resort ( last one km ) is very narrow with sharp bends; this requires immediate attention of the Resort Management.The overall experience was very good!!

Only thing good about the place is property. Rest everything is pathetic. So beautiful a property which is not getting maintained, washroom doors in rooms do not close, less quantity of pillow covers, food quality is poor, the local male receptionist is ill-mannered.

Rooms were good,sea view photo is attached below(can't see where the sea was),food and restaurant staff behavior was not good. A great hotel with a good view of sunset and sea. You might find the ongoing construction a little off for the view, but looking farther away, you would enjoy the beauty of the view. Not just the view, but the food they served was excellent. Their buffet, even though it was not so broad, whatever they served was too good and delicious. Especially their honey glazed fish and Kadai chicken. The small green park with a large swing and the pool nearby is beautifully maintained. The rooms are good but not the best as they would need to work on a little on the maintanence part especially in the bathroom as the hot and cold water system was behaving oddly. Apart from that a very cozy, calm and serene place to stay with your loved ones.
