Was here for the hottest weekend in August. 30+ outside, with humidity 35. Temp inside was great. Big new flat screen smart TV. Great room, comfortable bed, and towels were amazing. Somehow both soft and absorbent, which is something I haven’t encountered at any hotel. Close to all tourist destinations (5 min drive to Table Rock welcome centre and all other Niagara Parks, close to Niagara on the lake). Ted also provided suggestions for where to visit, how to spend time here, etc. Hosts super welcoming, thoughtful. They are the best parts of staying at a bed and breakfast. Call them directly for availability or booking. Highly recommend to stay with them.

This was one of the nicest bed and breakfasts I’ve stayed at. The hosts were friendly and helpful, provided information about the area, assisted us with our bags, and even offered us a ride to the train station. The only negative was that the wifi was a tiny bit slow at times. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends.

We booked 2 nights here with our 2 children (7 & 5) and booked the family suite. It is very spacious with a king bed and queen bed and en suite bathroom with a nice sitting area and large TV. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Ted and Wei are very gracious hosts and always asked if we needed anything. With two slightly particular eaters for kids, they offered different choices for the breakfast each morning. We were feeling pretty tired from 3 days on the road at this point and probably looked worn out, so it was always nice to come back to the Manor and have Ted and Wei greeting us with sincere smiles. Location is great - we walked to the falls one night. Just a bit over 2 miles to get right down to the brink of the Horseshoe Falls. Nice view of the gorge from the manor. Amenities in the room were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying again!

What a truly wonderful experience. My partner, and I decided to extend our stay to just enjoy another night here at this beautiful home. I really can't emphasize enough the pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service we received. Energy of the entire home was calming, and relaxing. The hospitality and warmth was what made our stay so enjoyable and peaceful along with every need of our stay met, and exceeded. I don't think I'll ever want to get a regular hotel after experiencing the hospitality and kindness we felt at this Manor. It really felt like being at home. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will certainly be back :)

A very wonderful and beautiful experience staying here. Ted and his wife were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was a great experience too. They made sure to ask multiple times if we needed anything else. We would love to visit this place again and again.

I recently returned to the Butterfly Manor bed and breakfast for my stay in Niagara Falls! And I can honestly say that I choose this stay over any hotel simply because not only are the accommodations much larger than a standard hotel room and the location is fantastic but my family keeps coming back because of the host. Since we met Ted and his lovely wife, they’ve always gone out on a limb to give us the most outstanding bed and breakfast experience!! From their delicious breakfast to their amazing hospitality it’s a 5 star all the way. Highly recommend!! -Annette

Ted is a great host! The room was clean and had an ensuite bathroom. Delicious breakfast every morning and Ted was very engaging and always making sure that we were comfortable. No issues with parking at all here.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway in Niagara but was disheartened to see all the hotels showing such steep prices. We came across Butterfly Manor and thought we’d give it a shot, although we’d never tried a bed & breakfast before. We thought to call the location to verify a couple items before booking. Ted answered the phone and he was very professional, generous and patient. He clarified all outstanding questions and was incredibly cooperative with us. He was wonderfully accommodating (he made fried eggs instead of scrambled for me as I have a dairy intolerance) and him and his wife were very hospitable. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back again, cheers to great service and professionalism!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was wonderful. The room was clean and neat and so was the ensuite bathroom. The room also had cute decor and looked nice. The hosts were very gracious and lovely. And the breakfast was homemade in the kitchen and was delicious and filling. We had French toast, bacon, yogurt, orange juice and coffee, and fresh cut fruit. Also, the location is good if you’re planning on taking the bus. It’s close to the WEGO bus stops as well as walking distance to the GO train/bus station. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back next time we come to Niagara!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Butterfly Manor. The room was lovely and the breakfast healthy and plentiful. The host was very friendly and gracious and went out of his way to accomodate us (when we asked for a glass of milk in the evening for our daughter). Absolutely recommend it!

The room we stayed at was on the top floor and was clean and cozy. The host asked us what we could have for breakfast, if we had any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We were accommodated as such. Host even went out of their way to go out and purchase food items Which we could consume. We were also provided with information on the attractions in the area and what we would enjoy based on our preferences. Every interaction with the host was very pleasant. All in all, we had an outstanding time.

Everything about it was top notch Started with the owner who was amazing. Let us check in early, very gracious man. The room was beautiful and perfect for us. Breakfast was awesome. We missed our second day breakfast and Ted ran out as we were leaving with a container of grease fruit. We would definitely recommend this to anyone. On top of everything the price was right 👍

We had a great stay there! The host Ted was thoughtful and considerate, the room was very clean and comfortable. There are digital locks on all doors, very safe and convenient to come and go. Free parking and lovely breakfast. Great value and highly recommended!

Great travel experience! This lovely b&b deserves all the stars it can get. Ted was an absolutely amazing host and both Micheal and I felt welcome right from the moment we called asking if we could check in a bit earlier than the mentioned time. The room we stayed in was lovely with a King Size and private bathroom. We had ourselves a warm, plated breakfast. We will definitely be coming again and again for a little getaway.

We discovered this place by chance last weekend and we were so glad we did. We stayed in the family room that was huge, squeaky clean with comfortable beds. Ted and his wife were so accommodating with anything we wanted to have for breakfast, they even provided fresh cut fruits(worked as a good snack for my toddler) with the delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely return back! It's a convenient location too if you're planning to travel by bus, with a bus stop a few steps out from the house.

The rooms were super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and lovely location by the river. More importantly, the hosts are really friendly. They care about you beyond their duty. Our friend had an accident with the house's bike, the owner acted really humane and cared for her very much, and not the bike! I'm a picky traveler and that was one of my best experiences of accommodation.

We had a great time! We stayed in hotels in past visits to Niagara Falls. This time we decided to look for something different. We were concerned with big hotel buildings like Hilton, the chances of contracting COVID could be high. We selected Butterfly Manor based on price range and reviews. We are happy that we made this choice. The B&B looks like carefully kept clean. The owners pay special attention to protect everyone from COVID-19: - Easy availability of preventive measures and supplies such as masks and sanitizers; - The hotel room and public spaces are carefully cleaned; - Social distancing at breakfast, all dishes are sanitized The room was very comfortable. The river view was fantastic. The house was quiet at night. Compared with hotel stays, the free parking is an added benefit. I remember I paid over $30/night at Hilton, and I could not drive out freely because that would be another parking charge associated. This means we could drive around to cover a lot more places (The Falls are getting a little too acquainted for us). All in all, this is a 5-star. Will come again!

Very easy to find, ample parking. Close to all the usual tourist destinations. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded expectations, it was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. Breakfast included was excellent and delivered on time. We were incredibly satisfied with our stay at the Butterfly manor and will return!

Perfect Bed and Breakfast experience. The owners were very nice and always tried to communicate even though not being native speakers, they always cared about us and we felt very welcomed. Very clean rooms and great bathrooms.
