Bit-O-Paris Motel

Motel

😠 Checked into this place at about 11pm, was charged around 45 dollars and the man at the rental office walked me to my room, I'm not sure if it was to see if the room was clean or occupied. . . After settling in, I realized there was no toilet paper, towels, or washcloths, the mattress was disgusting... People often mention room, bugs, rooms, stay,

Checked into this place at about 11pm, was charged around 45 dollars and the man at the rental office walked me to my room, I'm not sure if it was to see if the room was clean or occupied. . . After settling in, I realized there was no toilet paper, towels, or washcloths, the mattress was disgusting, and the carpeting in the room was even dirty.... After somehow falling asleep I woke up at 4am to a freezing room and there was no thermostat, just an air conditioning unit... by far the worst experience in my life and this place needs to be shut down by the health department.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! This place need negative stars. My husband, myself, and our 7 kids ages 15, 14, 13, 13, 12, 10 & 10 plus my serive dog who is liscensed to go everywhere I go took a spur of the moment trip to Niagara Falls. We couldnt find a hotel so we were given the name of this place ha ha ha that was a joke. Upon entering the office we were greeted by a not so friendly older lady who argued with me over my serive dog being allowed in the dump. We get our keys for 2 rooms and upon unlocking the doors the overwhelming smell of urine and mold came wafting out of the room because of the times we immediately look for bugs, (any & all) my husband pulled the comforter back and several large bed bugs laid there in plain sight. When we pulled the sheets back the mattress was crawling with them we evacuated the room only to find out the other room was infested way worse with them. We put the kids back in the car and went to the office asking for a refund. When the lady found out why we wanted to leave she said we brought them there which clearly they have been there for some time and my family most definitely does not have them so that was strike one. Then she tried to keep half our money blaming our dog um no my dog doesn't even have 1 flea and she sure didnt have bed bugs, strike 2 and then continued to argue with us that there was a gentleman in that room (but couldnt tell us which room) for a week and there was no bugs. So now shes calling us liars strike 3. Then had to ask permission (I'm guessing from her husband) from the gentleman in the other room if she was allowed to give us our full refund back. Um... no! After my husband demanded our money the gentleman gave it to us. And said we were just trying to get a freebie no even if you paid me I wouldnt stay. The gentleman didnt believe us and said his motel did not have bugs and he would just rent the rooms to someone else. So beware its infested with bed bugs, stinks, and the people who run it are VERY rude.

I'm not sure you could find a worse place to stay! It is the cheapest motel room in Niagara Falls New York!! I stayed here overnight because I couldn't afford to stay anywhere else 30 years ago and took a customer here three months ago and the room hadn't changed the TV was still broke just kidding they switched TVs but the new one only works with a remote control and he doesn't have a remote control. By the way no microwave.

One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in! Almost everything in the room was dirty including the mattresses, and chairs. There is no wifi, and no breakfast. There wasn't even a telephone in the room so getting room service is a bit harder than in other motels, and hotels. Smoking is allowed at this motel. The only good things about the place was that it was cheap, it's close to Niagra Falls national park, the TV, lights, and refrigerator work fine, and there are good stores and restaurants near by. Unless there are no other motels with vacant rooms, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

BED BUG ALERT...HE WILL SPRAY THE ROOM PRIOR TO RENTAL SO YOU DONT SEE NONE WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE. I told him there was bugs and he accused me of bringing them...when in fact they are crawling outta the walls. So I called code enforcement.

I have a "bug" allergy and I was Bit within first hour.... they wouldn't switch the room it was either stay in the room or leave, even though there was vacancy. For 60$ you can book the econolodge by the thruway on priceline.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. A little dated but price is great. Recommend to anyone having to stay for a few nights. Restaurants and shopping close by.

Place was ok! A little too many squirrels running on the roof dropping nuts (it is close to a woods). A few years ago I was renting there and I waited for a bus indoors in the motel hallway and an employee told me I had to wait outside for the bus. Did not make sense on his part! Maybe he is not there anymore to be weird to anyone else!

I'm originally from Niagara Falls, NY. I've planned to move back and settle and it reminds of being in some parts of Texas. I love where I lived before my parents moved to Rochester, NY. also been to Griffiss AFB. located in Rome, NY and being at Niagara Falls AFB. probably 3x. have not visit any other bases in other states yet.

Surprisingly nice rooms. Very clean and some are located inside, where you open your door to an indoor hallway instead of directly outside
