The general aesthetics of the room upon entering are quite charming. Thereโ€™s a coffee percolator available, neatly positioned towels and the bathroom is absolutely clean. Points off because of the dust in The room itself. Small details such as mirrors with fingerprints/lamps covered in cobwebs/dust in the television area have been missed. Also the lack of proper control over the A/c, I canโ€™t imagine having stayed here in the hottest days of the summer. Sadly no staff is present during the evening unless of an emergency. This means there is no one around to ask rowdy and noisy guests to settle down their parking lot party, potentially ruining the evening for the rest of the guests. The wifi disconnects intermittently, however is perfectly usable for small stuff such as google and texting, so long as you have the patience to refresh a few times. The employee/possibly owner of the place is incredibly courteous and helpful. I removed a star and edited my review because: This is a MOTEL. Basic room service (fresh towels/TOILET PAPER/emptying of garbage) Is ABSOLUTELY necessary for guests staying short periods. At the risk of being rude I ran a B&B better than this motel is run as a mere teenager with no experience. The lack of basic commodities when youโ€™re paying over 100$ a night is absolutely incomprehensible. Even more so considering hotels in Fairview directly charge the same 100$ a night rate for stays of 7 nights or more ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ And they provide proper hospitality๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Very accommodating to our check in time. Great hospitality, I was able to get everything I asked for in advance. Bathroom spotless. Room had everything we needed. Set back from the road and quiet. Will stay again and would recommend to friends.

No Air Conditioning, No Room Service, Poor WIFI - Does not meet the expectations of paying $100/night Good - Motel has been renovated. Everything is relatively new. Large window for room. Bed was comfortable. Room had good aesthetics with updated touches for furniture. The Bad - Unfortunately, the Bad is the owners removed all the air conditioners (A/C) from the hotel rooms. Consequently, the room was uncomfortable because it got hot and humid in October. This leads to the Ugly. The Ugly - As the window had to be left open. The motel is on McLeod Road, which is a very busy street. So, because the window had to be left open I could hear road noise all day and more importantly all night. Was even woken up early in the morning by the back up sounds of a garbage truck. I made the mistake of not double checking if the motel had A/C, as 99.99 % of every hotel / motel I have ever stayed in, A/C is always available. This is a penny wise and pound foolish move, as the southern Ontario summers are extremely hot and humid. This motel will definitely suck in the summer time. To give some credit to the establishment, a fan was made available in the room, although it is NOT a replacement for A/C. Holes were cut into the walls (exterior and interior) and a vent grill was placed over to hole to try to improve circulation. Again, this is not a substitute to provide A/C. And, this brings up the next issue, is there any heat in the winter time? I assume a space heater will be provided? Wifi was weak and kept cutting out. Could not even stream music on the phone, which uses very little bandwith and works with the slowest internet. Had to use my own wireless data from my cellular phone. No towel rack to hang towels. (Definitely an overlooked detail when they renovated). ******MOST IMPORTANT criticism **** I had a two night stay and after the first night, there was no room service provided. Garbage was not picked up and built up over 2 days. Sheets were not changed. Fresh towels were not provided***** For almost $100/night I expect a certain level of room service to be provided. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. If I wanted to provide my own room service, then I would rent from an AirBnb where the lower price justifies a lower level of service.

This motel is better than many hotels I've been in. It is sparkling clean - absolutely a joy to be in, I was very surprised at how nice this place is. The rooms are decorated nicely and obviously had some thought into them. Shower had good pressure and hot water (and entire bathroom was sa clean as they come). Owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it's a 7 minute drive to the main falls area and there are two gas stations right by the motel that have a grocery store open 24/7. Feels very safe. They even have a way for you to block the A/C vent if you're too cold, very clever. The only downside is that the wifi is not great in the rooms - it was not strong enough for video meetings for work, and just barely strong enough to use the internet. If you don't need strong wifi, this place is FANTASTIC!

This hidden gem is spotlessly clean, quiet and likely the best value for accommodation in the area. Parking, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, parking, wifi - all included. No surprises, no hidden fees. The young couple running the place (I think they're the owners) are friendly, informative, professional - always smiling. Highly recommend, will return

Great little motel. May not look like much on the outside, but the room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Microwave and mini fridge was a plus. Was a bit removed from the restaurants and attractions of Niagara (but only a short drive away) which can be a plus or minus depending on your preference. The small table and chairs out front was my favorite part. It was perfect to sit out on a nice evening and enjoy some of the local wine. I would definitely stay here again

Great motel, cozy rooms, very clean. Stayed there for 3 nights in early June, didn't have anything to complain about at all. We paid around $65/night which is great value. 7 min drive to the Niagara falls.

This place is a hidden gem, close to all attractions, very clean, great service, amazing rates and they called us to let us know we had left something in the room. The rooms are not overly spacious but for the price you canโ€™t go wrong. Will book again

It was a great price for long weekend. I thought I had a great deal from the reviews bit I don't think my room was that clean. I had the king room with the curtains as the headboard. There were spider webs all over the chandelier light fixture above the bed, in the corner of the bed table and the corner of the bathroom window (which u need to open when you shower because there is no vent!) and an actual spider in the tub. I liked that the hot water came very fast when you turn on the tap. It would have been nice if we had more towels, just 2 more would have been great! It's a bit far from the Niagara attractions so even though there's free parking at the motel, you end up spending money for parking elsewhere. Also, fridge and microwave in room so you can save money on breakfast and lunch

For a weekend stay in this area in summer, this was a reasonably priced option and met all of my needs. I'd stay here again! Pros: -Clean, quiet, and comfortable; not cramped -Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions over email and I was able to arrange to store my luggage in the morning -Though it's not as close to Fallsview as other options, it's in walking distance of reliable city bus stops so it's still practical for tourists who aren't renting a car -Right across the street from a 7/11 convenience store Cons: -City bus service stops coming around the area at night, so you may need to take an Uber if staying out late -You can't control a thermostat, but for what it is I found this acceptable and I was comfortable in August with the provided fan -Free WiFi was ok but might not be strong enough if you need to reliably video call or stream things -Note that check-in is limited to a 3pm-5pm window; there is no 24 hour reception. Self check-out is available.

We stayed here on the long weekend. Was nice to have a place where we could park our Motorcycles without issues. Room was clean and towels were a good size /clean. They even made a fancy swan with the towel. The manager/owner was extremely nice and made sure we had what we needed. Had a bar fridge, table to eat at and Hair Dryer. Close to a 7/11 and other places to eat a nice ride to the Falls. They have WiFi as well. Will definitely stay again.

I want to specially highlight the hospitality of the Motel owner: Gary! We were staying for 2 nights during September and I forgot to inform, that we will reach after official check in times. When we reached, there was a personal note in my mother tongue, explaining how I can do a check in on my own. Thank you Gary!
