Terrible. $15 for a small green smoothie that I had to chew and took 20 min to get even though there were at least 7 people working and not that many customers. First experience with Freshii, popped down at a conference break and will never go back to Freshii. Would not reccomend chewing a smoothie for $15.

Placed an order of 2 bowls and not busy at all and took almost 30 minutes. Two people that ordered after us had their order before us. When we inquired they just started our order. One bowl was half full. Taste good but hate to see what this place is like when they are busy. Family of 4 got theirs super fast. Not sure what is going on but need to make sure the orders are in order.

Cheap customer service!! Unfortunately, we were guests in Sheraton hotel, and I couldn't take the kids at that time of the day elsewhere. Low-quality food. While the store was almost empty, many items like chicken were not available. If you need a cup for the water bottle that you already paid $3.5, you need to pay 1$. You can't get an extra paper bowl, even if you spend $60 for one of the worst Freshii branches. ** I don't like to put bad reviews in general. However, this one was an exception!

First time and liked their menu . Food was good the bowl and burritos . The juice was made from noon so wasn’t too happy and wasnt too great

This place is not terrible but it's not excellent either. I appreciate all the plant based options but something about the food made it feel or taste bland. I have eaten here many times overseas and I quite enjoyed the experience. My son did like the soup so tube so I'll keep it at 3 stars.

First time trying freshii, ordered a smokehouse bowl and mango smoothie. Worst food ever, and crazy expensive. Smoothie doesnt even taste like mango. Could go to an actual burrito place and have better tasting food for cheaper price.

Breakfast bowls were really tasty. Heads up, the smoothie bowl gets mushy if you don't eat it right away! Staff is friendly and resolved our mix-up quickly, keeping everything positive.

Deserves much higher average review: super delicious. People reviewing badly should probably go back to the American side: not a salad or healthy option in site. Basically a s&$t hole food wise on USA side lol crossed in to Canada for a salad!

This is an excellent place for a cold lunch on a hot, sweltering day. Their menu is diverse, and their Cobb Salad was perfect. As always, I needed extra dressing. The staff were informative and helpful, and the seating was limited, but good once you found a table. Great place to go for a change of a fast-food hamburger or pizza. It's also a very healthy choice!

Far too expensive for what you get. Two bowls and a small juice cost us $50. The flavours are mediocre and the kale should be de-spined. I asked for no corn, received corn and asked them to remove it.

It was the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life. Just rice with BBQ souse and spoiled tomatoes. Waste of food and money.

They make up their own hours of operation. Tried to go twice on the weekend Saturday and Sunday closed earlier than posted hours.

I tried Freshii for lunch during my stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. Freshii is a global, healthy, fast casual take out franchise that serves salad, wraps, bowls, soups, and cold-pressed juices. It is located in the lobby of the hotel, next to the Canadian Gifts & Marketplace. Overall, I had a mixed experience at Freshii in Niagara Falls Sheraton. I enjoyed the food and the healthy concept of the restaurant, but I was disappointed by the dirty environment and the poor service. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and nutritious meal, but I would also advise you to lower your expectations for the hygiene and customer service considering the price you are paying.

Went out for Thanksgiving and got a coconut chia pudding from this place and was disgusting. Fruit was still green and sour, and the pudding wasn't pudding, just a huge mass of chia coconut abomination in a cup. Was 14$, and I was very disappointed that both cups weren't finished.

They made some mistakes with our order and not everything tasted great. $70 for 3 bowls because of the extra cost and tax at this Clifton hill location was way too much for our experience here.

I picked Freshii because of the vegetarian options. I ordered the Chipotle which was none existent, salsa humph! None. It was tasteless. I had to eat cause I was hungry 😩. Had to wait for 15+ minutes for the food, the tables were not cleaned either. Overall disappointed since I love Freshii.

Overpriced food with no flavour. Also, they only had “one” staff member who ran the cashier, food preparation, cleaning etc so the food took a long time. We felt bad for her. $65 for three wraps and one drink. This meal was worth about half that

Do not stop here if you are visiting Niagara Falls. What’s supposed to be a fast food option turned into a 40 minute ordeal. 25 minutes of waiting for a simple bowl to be made, which they also got incorrect when I finally received my food. Avoid at all costs.

Great for a quick bite near the falls. They seem to sometimes forget the exact order, mind you I change it quite a bit from the menu so if busy I can't complain.

Yes! Loved it all! We ordered two bowls, a soup, and two smoothies, and it was all perfect. Customer Service was great and you can customize your order pretty much completely. The price wasn't as high as I expected and the sitting area was quite nice.

We were so impressed with this location and the person who served us today! She was so patient and knowledgeable. We have so many dietary restrictions and she was able to answer all of our questions. We felt very comfortable eating here. The food was delicious too!

I’d recommend not coming here. Very messy and dirty behind the counter. Ordered at 6:55pm, yet waited over 15 minutes then asked how much longer it was going to take, they said 5 mins…. After waiting another 20 minutes we finally clued in they forgot our order when they made food for someone else. Employees are just talking and doing other things. October 25th/2022.

Worst salade I ever had. First the employee didn't know what went into my salade, then when I open it up there is no chicken, had to go all the way back to get it. The salade itself was terrible, dry flavour less and the chicken was terrible. Make sure the employee knows they are doing before ordering.

Food was terrible, I ordered the egg and steak wrap it was the most stale disgusting wrap I have ever had. I couldn’t eat the steak I threw it away! The food was pre-cooked (not fresh) as well as it’s super expensive for a wrap. It’s pretty ironic the restaurant is called freshii

Very bad experience. Very very long time to get our salad. Only 2 salads ordered and 1h of waiting. Lost of time and the cashier didn't help the other... don't go there!!

Spent $18.00 on the teriyaki bowl. I recieved a bowl with rice and very few vegatables that were brown... Thankfully the mangement was nice enough to give a refund. However, I will never return to this location.
