Update: Check your chef(s). Such a hit or miss now. Wasted $100 on breakfast today, french toast was burnt, my eggs benny came out all separately so they had to bring it back to assemble it. Mom’s benny was cold. My crepes were pathetically lacking & DRY. Wont be back. Done wasting money hoping the competent chef is working. Last time I came, my eggs were raw in my benny. No compensation. I paid $5 for two SMALL eggs that are either raw or hard. No in between. Wow! Wonderful breakfast. Great prompt & friendly service. Coffee was fresh & tasty. I got the veggie platter with 2 poached eggs & hollandaise. The waffle was really good. You have to purchase your own real maple syrup for $10, but it’s worth it. I can’t do fake syrup.

Simple breakfast gone wrong. Waited 22 minutes to receive food that was not good. Besides the hair found on the pancake, the food (turkey bacon and pancakes) was under cooked, salty, neglected and then warmed up right before delivery. Customer service should be improved. Waitress did not greet and ignored new guests for 5minites upon entering. Checked on us once after they saw me taking pictures of the food then came with the cheque shortly after.

I followed the reviews and decided to take a chance at breakfast here. All was going well, my son's pancake and scrambled eggs perfect, wifes bagel.. well a bagel. However, the reason for the 1 star review is because of the massive egg shell I chewed into while eating my eggs benedict. My server Kelly was just doing her job and was able to discount my meal by $1.50. Over half my breakfast ruined and I'm complimented by a 10% discount. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Edit: They removed their comment for unknown reasoning. I reached out to head office weeks ago and still no response.

Homey, family run, down to earth friendly service and great food. Gluten free toast available. Belgian waffles are huge and perfectly cooked. Covid precautions clearly strictly adhered to. We felt very safe. Sharp contrast to the crowded all you can eat buffet next door.

This place has great pancakes & waffles and the portions are big. You have whipped cream and one topping included (strawberry, banana, etc.) and each extra topping is ~$2.99. One extra point for this place is that they have Espresso coffees! The patio is nice and our host was very very kind, helpful and fast. This now becomes a must-go in our future Niagara visits for Breakfast / Brunch.

This is by worst restaurant I have gone to. They do not deserve 1 star. My family was visiting from Chicago. We ordered the pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, home fries, and coffee. The food was tasteless, the sausage and bacon tasted so bad I couldn't stomach it, the home fries were greasy, pancakes, coffee, and waffles were bland. Top it off none of the condiments had labels on them. What if we were allergic, we wouldn't know what we are ingesting. When I told the waitress we weren't eating any of it. She sent the owner over who was rude, and racist. He threatened to call the police on us because we stated what we would pay. He

Charming little breakfast/brunch spot! Very clean inside, staff were super friendly, and the food was good as well. Only hiccup was that the mocha tasted like normal drip brew coffee that just had hot chocolate added to it. Regardless it was still a very pleasant experience and can definitely recommend!

I will start with the positive, the coka cola can was delicious and the coffee was as well... They got one of the 2 ordered totally wrong no egg on the sandwich and bacon was in and I asked for it on the side... no big deal I removed the bacon but it took off all the Mayo and cheese with it so my tomatoes sandwich ended up with no flavors and on top of all that the bill came with the eggs to pay for. The other order was ok... side sasuge was not cooked good and the house fries dry and with no flavor.... but please focus on the good coffee 🤨

We ate spinach and mushroom and mozzarella omelette which was decent but lacked bit of salt. Toast which came with omelette were excellent. Bottomless coffee in a separate jug is a good idea but got cold after a while. Service was polite. This place has its own free parking which is a nice plus

Came here on a Sunday close to lunch and ordered a big spread of items. Bacon was great, sausage is good but just average, pancakes are wonderful, eggs were done amazing, coffee was good and the restaurant was crowded but we were definitely not neglected and got our food at a reasonable time as well. We were seated fast and in a comfortable booth. Dividers between tables were adequate and COVID safety protocols were enough for us to feel safe eating indoors at their establishment. The bill came quickly when requested as well. Absolutely pop in here and give it a try! Oooh the home-fries were DELICIOUS! 10/10 for those… they were perfectly golden lightly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft cooked interior. It is recommended!

We were served by Kelly as per the receipt, she was kind and attentive. It was a 2 minute walk from where we stayed so it was convenient to eat here. The place was clean and the food was fairly priced. I recommend this place.

We saw advertisements at our hotel for this place having vegan options, as well as the sign outside of the restaurant displaying 'vegan specials'. We took a long walk in the heat to this restaurant trusting that but there was only one vegan meal option, a platter with some sauteed veggies but no protein. The food was fine (though a bit overpriced which is to be expected considering the tourist location) and the server was great, but we had thought it was dishonest to advertise that incusivity as if there were at least few options and we had to go without protein for breakfast.

This place did not let us down. Another locally owned establishment worth spending my time and money at. This family owned restaurant is absolutely worth the stop. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. The portions are huge. You will not leave hungry. The service was impeccable ... our server was on her A game. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who desires good food and great service.

The pancake house was very clean and tidy. The staff were polite and service was great! I didn't find the food to be super amazing, however it isn't extremely overpriced and staff were great!

A gem of a find. 💎 Family friendly and recommended by the guy at one of the other nice restaurants. Food was excellent quantity and quality. It wasn't the overly gross american size portion, Yet seemed larger than european portions. We had a lot of fun interacting with other tables around us. #shelivesontheroad #thingslookdifferentouthere #shesharestheroad #shewantsthisforyoutoo

We had a great experience. Our server kayla was a delight!! The food was delicious and overall worth the price. The space is clean, not too busy Chicken tendies were great. Side of toast and canadian bacon was delicious. The winner was the service

My friends and I came up to Niagara Falls for a weekend trip and wanted to find a small breakfast place after our first day of arrival. The restaurant itself is very cute and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere. What made this place stand out was our server, Ella! She was so sweet and on point with her service and made our time here comfortable. Shoutout Ella and the rest of the Pancake House, thank you for the good eats and great atmosphere!

The servers are very tentative, the restaurant is clean, and the decorations are nice. The food tastes mediocre, but the amount of food will surely keep you full! The poached eggs are a bit over cooked and the fried potatoes are not crunchy enough. Overall it's a nice place to have a quiet breakfast!

Absolutely recommend this restaurant! We had a fantastic experience all around - ambience, staff, and food were all fantastic. Felt like I was eating straight from my grandma's kitchen!

I am so happy we followed the reviews and went to this restaurant for breakfast while on a mini vacation with our three kids. What a fantastic breakfast omg! The service was fantastic, great coffee, fresh breakfast, great presentation and amazing food. Highly recommend the Panwich and the Breakfast Poutine. We were told it is busier on the weekends but it is so worth the wait so be patient with the staff. Everything is fresh and made to order and the home fries are great too! This will be our go to breakfast place Everytime we visit Niagara Falls. Forget the IHOP, go support a local business!

Was everything I wanted in a breakfast. Restaurant. It was very clean, and the food was very tasty and filling. All 3 of us left happy with full stomachs. Mary was our waitress, she was super friendly, very attentive and made you feel like you knew her for years. This is now my go to breakfast spot. Also met the owner, very welcoming, and friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the food quality and customer service. It was a great experience and we had a great family breakfast with no complaints. If your looking for a great spot to go for breakfast, I highly suggest this spot.

First thing, our waitress, what a treat! She was so nice, welcoming and kind. It really enhanced our experience. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as we hoped. For the omelette, you definitely need to use the provided salt & pepper and ketchup, otherwise it will be a bland pill to swallow. Nice thing is that you can add good gluten free toast to the omelette. The pancakes were good, just a bit bland and very heavy (maybe it's just our small stomachs that cannot handle it). Coffee was just filter coffee. All in all, good-ish breakfast place with excellent service, thanks again!

My wife and I were looking for a basic breakfast done well and The Continental did a good job. The overall service was very fast, friendly, and attentive. The servers were excellent and personable. Our food was not perfect, but still a good 4.5 out of 5. We had eggs, toast, bacon, and home fries. Their coffee was good too. I would recommend you try this place if you are looking for a simple breakfast and prefer unique local restaurants to chain restaurants.

"Locally owned and family run for 35 years, very down-to-earth, friendly and welcoming staff.” Everything served in the breakfast was simply yummy with bottomless coffee and breakfast potatoes on the side. Its a big portion even for someone with huge appetite. So, do order considering the portion size.

I ate food here - It was Canada day. T’was busy. Service was great we got checked on about 46 times. I got 2 eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. As a breakfast person this was an average breakfast. Nothing stood out. How ever prices felt reasonable compared to some of the other locations in this area……. All in all, not a bad spot for a quick breakfast if you are close to it.
