I want to express how much I enjoyed having dinner at this great restaurant.. food was really tasty, it felt like it was home made Italian food, it became now the most Italian authentic delicious for me to go to when i am Niagara Falls, i went there for my anniversary. Just a hint .. if you are going on a weekend make sure to make a reservation otherwise u will really wait for a longtime

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food and drinks were very very good. I highly recommend going with a shared family style experience versus doing individual portions to really get to sample various things on the menu.

I am delighted to report I found one of the best Italian restaurants in Ontario. My partner found this place while we were searching for a place to eat, and we decided to give it a try as it was one of the few restaurants in the Niagara Falls with a good rating. I was surprised as soon as I stepped inside, as the outdoor space looked more generic and nothing special. The restaurant is actually a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, and the indoor is really well decorated. I appreciated the dim lighting of the indoor space and all the paintings on the walls. The restaurant felt like an upscale, family restaurant type of vibe. In terms of the space and the seating, it's definitely big enough to host multiple big groups but it's also an ideal dining space for couples too. I ordered a glass of vino and my partner and I ordered meatballs and sausages to share. For the main course, I ordered a mushroom risotto that was on the specials for that day. The complementary bread that was served was a good hint to the quality of the food that was about to be served. It was perfectly seasoned and was delicious with olive oil that was served with the bread. The meatballs and the homemade sausages along with the tomato sauce, were also really well seasoned and perfectly cooked; they both had good texture and the right amount of moisture inside. The portion of the meatballs and the sausages was generous, it would have been enough for three people as a starter. I was really, really happy with the risotto. The rice had the perfect texture; it definitely had a bite to it, but it was soft to chew and just perfectly cooked. The overall creaminess of the risotto and the texture and the flavour of the mushrooms worked really well together to create a balanced, delicious meal. It is the best risotto I've ever had and I think it will be very hard to find a restaurant in Ontario that can serve up a better cooked risotto than the one I had at Napoli Ristorante. The service was also really good and the food came at the right time. The overall dining experience was great, and the price of the food felt very reasonable given both the quality and the quantity of the food. While it is a bit out of the way from the main entertainment and the hotel areas in Niagara Falls, it is well worth walking extra couple of minutes to give this place a try. It is absolutely worth the trip if you are craving for an expertly made Italian food.

Celebrated my mother's birthday with a wonderful dinner here. The food is excellent. Our server was fantastic. The owner greeted my family and I at the door and took us to our table. He periodically checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Napoli really is one of the best restaurants in Niagara Falls. High quality food and wonderful service. I would not hesitate to recommend Napoli to anyone!!

Every time we come to the Niagara region (we are from Montreal) we inevitably stop at this very friendly Italian restaurant. Affordable price and exceptional food await you and what about the service. I recommend it without hesitation

In town for a several day family vacation with 10 people + kids from the US. Had multiple solid recommendations for Napoli prior to the visit. This place did not disappoint. It has been here since 1962 and I can see why. The excellent service, slightly-off-the-beaten-path (but not-too far) location alongside the excellent food made for a great meal. The arugula salad was outstanding for starters. Pizzas are wonderful and authentic with a flavorful crisp crust. Sausage is house made and toppings are super fresh. But don't sleep on the house made pastas; the bolognese will change your life. The creamy mushroom with goat cheese will take you into a different dimension. The best eating experience we all had, unanimously, during our entire stay in NF. Maybe in all of 2023. Maybe ever?!

One of the best Italian restaurants with good quality food. If you want to pamper yourself this is the place to choose with no doubt. We visited last night and really had a great dinner, the pizza crust is amazing, generous portions. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place. I’m not big on Canadian Italian food, but when I eat here it’s like being back home. Everything is delicious. I always take my friends here for their birthdays. Perfect atmosphere and the food is always perfect.

Old style pizza place. Great selection and taste. Service can be dicy sometimes but food rocks. 🙏🥂there are other items on the menu besides a good selection of pizzas. Located at a hood intersection with lots of parking spaces. This restaurant been at this location for long time and is a great part of community around

This is the first restaurant in Niagara falls that we tried, which set up a high standard for the rest of the places we visited later. We ordered pizza, spaghetti, and an appetizer. All of them are very tasty! The servers are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasing. We enjoyed our meal very much!

Perfect place to enjoy the evening when crossing the border. Good food and great service. Only downside, no working WiFi

Came here for a big birthday a few weeks ago. My boyfriend made a reservation ahead of time and they knew it was a very special occasion. I was a little disappointed with the lack of celebratory enthusiasm. Maybe I was spoiled last year when I went out to dinner and was met with a birthday card signed by all the staff…The service was average. I just couldn’t justify giving 5 stars for no ‘above and beyond’ service. The food was fantastic, I love fresh clams. The only thing that became very apparent very quickly was how small the portions were. There was a pricier option for a more family style portion but given that there were only 2 of us, we thought it would be best to get regular portions. Little did we know that the “regular” portion was actually smaller than usual. Would I spend another birthday here? Probably not. Would I come back? Perhaps.

Food was great. Prices were reasonable. Service was good once we were seated. We were asked to wait for a table to open up and have a drink while waiting, which we were fine with, but we weren't able to order anything while waiting as no one would take our drink order. Everyone would refuse to meet our eyes and seemed to be ignoring us. They were fairly busy to be fair but it was strange to feel like we were being outright ignored. Otherwise everything was great. Focaccia and spaghetti were our favorite dishes.

Amazing food and exceptional service. Looking forward to the next visit here. Anthony is truly an amazing host and the staff are super friendly. The food was beyond exquisite with bold flavours, seasoned to perfection. Cooked to perfection and the taste of Italy really shows in all the cuisine. Thank you Napoli’s!! 💞

Best pasta I've had in Canada, full stop. Pasta and pizza are fresh and homemade, you can taste the quality. This was actually one of the first places I visited when I came to Canada and have been many times since. Me and my wife had our first date in Canada here and will continue to visit for our anniversary as we celebrated our 1 year here last weekend. Can't complain about anything, if you are in Niagara and fancy some Italian, don't think about anywhere else. Just go here.

I can really appreciate when I eat authentic Italian food and this place didn’t disappoint. We ordered the Margherita and Bianca pizzas, they are delicious. And the Cannoli is really spectacular. We also loved the atmosphere and ambiance. Finally, our server Luis went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure!

My first time at Napoli was last year Christmas when we visited the white Niagara Falls. The food was amazing good therefore when we bring friends to visit Niagara Falls in July, we decide to revisit Napoli and make a dinner reservation at Napoli with no hesitation! We order Calamari as appetizer, it is so good, fresh and crispy! Recommend! Pizza, we choose Funghi this time and is a good pick! Goat cheese, portobello, mushrooms match each other very well, taste is balance. Ravioli, I have great expectations on this dish, unfortunately it does not give me surprise. Tagliatelle, I am expecting the handmade texture and freshness of the egg noodles but it does not surprise me. But the clams are delicious! Desserts and coffee are okay, not outstanding. Services are good and seats are comfortable!

The appetizer bread with olives/tomatoes spread was so good! I would go back just for that. Pastas were well done but we couldn't finish, too full.

Loved the atmosphere, the music, the walls were painted and so pretty. Service is great food is good. I felt like I’m in Italy. Even thought about opening a restaurant in Italy 😂

The food was amazing. Our table had the homemade Focaccia with the herbed butter which was great (didn’t know bread could taste that good). I had the Cavateli which was perfectly spicy for my taste. The waiter was very attentive and was very considerate when there was a mishap with one of our dishes. Definitely provided a 5 star meal/experience will be back when in the Niagara region again.

This is the place in Niagara Falls that you will want to come for authentic Italian cuisine! Absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect... And I have to say a very big part of the experience was the service. Jorge (or George, he said call him whatever was easier) pushed this experience over the top! He was quick, extremely professional, funny and very attentive. He was there when ever we needed anything... The drinks, appetizers, main course and after dinner aperitifs were flawless. This is a place that I highly recommend! If you are in Niagara Falls and want to be happy... Go there!

Just wow. You can always tell a place where the owner is in it for the passion of creating a memorable experience. Had the pleasure of meeting Anthony, the owner, and he treated us to some history on the restaurant while we waited for our meal. It was an early dinner so we opted to skip the appetizer but the Gnocchi with braised Ossobuco was so delicious and fluffy. Like tiny pillows wrapped is the most delicious sauce. My partner had the mushroom pasta and I'm not ashamed to say I finished that dish for her and fought the urge to lick the plate. We decided to finish off the meal with an espresso and was surprised with a decadent lime torte. What a way to end our meal. I scraped up every last crumb and finished off with a candied lime slice. I can't forget to mention the service. Not only was our waiter super knowledgeable about the food and its preparation, his warm smile and kind demeanor made our night that much better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to my closest friends and family. As a former chef, I don't hand out recommendations lightly. 5 well earned stars!

We ordered a pizza and two pasta. Price was very reasonable. All tasted good but especially the pizza. We could not finish the pizza and took one piece home. After 48 hours and traveling over 100 km in winter, the pizza still tasted fresh after a short bake in a small oven. That tells you how good the dough was. Our waiter was exceptional. Knowing that we wanted to share all our food just by listening to our conversation, he brought additional plates for us without asking. Our cups were always filled. Not once did we have to wave him in to fill them. There were many more small incidents to show how attentive he was. Napoli seemed like a family restaurant in a small town but with a top notch service and food. I hope they will remain this way for years to come.

Incredible authentic Italian meal. We ordered a pizza and salad, bolognese, pomodoro with meatballs and tiramisu. The handmade pasta was cooked perfect to Al dente and the sauces were so fresh. The meatballs/sausage plate was a tad dry and too much for one person but the sauce was incredible. Tiramisu was a strong dark chocolate espresso flavor which I loved but isn’t for everyone. Prices are a bit high compared to other restaurants in Niagara but it’s well worth spend

Came here for my husband's birthday. The pasta was freshly made and the white pizzas were delicious. There were 5 of us and two pizzas, a pasta and two appetizers were perfect for us. Service and food were awesome

The staff is extremely friendly and caring of your experience while you're there. The drinks were a little on the pricey side but were very well made. The complimentary bread and dipping oil was a great way to get us started and hold us over for a bit. The main course was nothing like we've had before. Everything was just like mother used to make, creamy ravioli, crispy well cooked pizza. And the appetizer calamari was crispy and was a great portion for the price. There was an issue with a power outage and their systems went down for a bit, but they were still serving customers the best they could and making sure everyone got to their table. Our experience there was like being at a families house for dinner. Welcoming atmosphere and fancy dining area makes this place a go to location when visiting the falls P.S highly recommend booking a reservation as this place gets packed

The food was so delicious and the expresso martini’s were so good! I got the gnocchi and my friend got the Mafalda and both came out quick, hot and delicious! Our server Luis was super attentive and friendly. I’m not from Niagara but next time I’m back I’m definitely coming again!

Food was great but not amazing. Burrata pizza had fresh, creamy burrata but it also had a lukewarm crust that was slightly too thick and chewy at the end. Clams in my vongole were overcooked and rubbery but the broth was thick and flavorful. I would have appreciated more broth though. The semi-dry Riesling was a show stopper and a must try.
