The store did not seem too busy today (about 11 a.m.), though the parking lot seemed full. Went in to pick up a few items. Noticed there are a lot of "seasoned" workers. Very helpful and friendly. Did not notice any of them on their cell phones either. Workers were stocking shelves. I went to the store to only purchase food items. I usually use Walmart+ home delivery.

So I work in a lot of Walmarts, and I am very respectful and courteous of others, but the guy you have working at the front door with the black long sleeve shirt on that says security is the rudest person I know , I say hi and bye to him every day I am in that store and not once will he respond to me. Is it cause I am white, because he seems to have a conversation with everyone else that has the same race as him. Everyone else that works the door is amazing, I just don’t get it, it makes me feel not welcomed..

It’s been three years since we’ve been to this location, and it has really gone downhill. It used to be super clean with helpful staff. Now, the washrooms are filthy with unflushed toilets, and there’s no staff around to ask questions. Several cashier lines with no employees as they filter everybody through the self checkouts. Won’t be shopping at the Niagara Falls location any more.

Went shopping for items last night. I cashed myself out in the self checkout line with the conveyor belt. Employee stood BEHIND ME IN THE LANE the ENTIRE time! First she swept near my feet, played with some of the candy bars and then breathed down my neck until my receipt printed out. VERY CREEPY! Will NEVER EVER shop there AGAIN! I have money lady I’m not a thief. ZERO STARS & I emailed corporate

I am usually in and out within a half hour tops! I am not going to say a whole lot because I just don't really feel like re-living the nightmare but during the time I was in the store, my car was hit in the parking lot and they told me that their cameras won't be able to see what happened before they even tried. This led me to believe that this happened before and they did nothing to make sure it didn't happen again like I don't know, maybe upgrade the cameras OR maybe they want to keep them with low quality so if a cart blows in the wind and hits a car they can escape lawsuits. Anyway. Not happy! Needless to say nothing was done about the damage to my car and the person got away

My satisfaction with the store seems to vary with the time of day that I shop. Early in the morning, very happy with it. If I go in the evening, not so much . Fairly clean. Good stock. Friendly enough staff. Wish they had more cashiers opposed to self checkout.

I'm angry Walmart. It shouldn't matter which city or town I'm in. If I choose to shop at a Walmart, I should be welcome. I will not tuck in my Megan David star. I will not hurry through your store so I can leave quickly. I will shop at my own pace. I will get everything on my list. I will not allow you to harass me ever again. If you subject me to hostile, or prejudicial remarks or actions; pressure or intimidation ever again; I will take measures to defend myself. As a Veteran spouse, I am deeply disappointed; but not surprised.

Note this was in the US and it is a great store, friendly staff very clean and their produce selection is excellent. The Canadian Walmart can take lessons from them. The frontage of the property is so clean ours are cigarette butts and garbage and used mask all over the place .

since the changes to the store all of them in Niagara Falls make you scan your items. they might have one cashier and that line is always full because not everyone wants to be a cashier . that's why people work there let alone the shelves are always empty. I feel like every time I cash out my doing a job that other people are paid for. I think I should get a W2 from there since I have to do the work of other people that really are paid for

This is the largest Wal-Mart I've ever seen. I loved it. It was clean and the selection of things are way better than the Wal-Mart's in Canada.

Typical Walmart just like any other. Employees aren’t as helpful when you ask them for assistance. Paper bags are 5 cents each, you’re better off bringing your own reusable bags.

Easy to find what your looking for. Employees and staff could be more friendly to the customers. Also u can Never get anyone to help u at the service desk to get fabric or pet food. I saw a customer wait for an hour for service before they gave up and left and I've seen that happen several times over the years.

This was one of the top five Walmarts in the nation. guess you can't keep top staff in position of leadership - because I don't think they have a clue (just playing shop) what their staff feel or care about working there. looks like someone in A leadership roll has no experience in retail and staffing

The food section is ALWAYS low or out of stock of a lot of items. It isn't a one off either, it's always. They also frequently have a single cashier (or not enough) for the entire store and expect you to wait at least half an hour to check out. Last time I left my cart. I'm shopping elsewhere. Have been disappointed too many times.

Hate going to WalMart but sometimes it is a necessary evil, this was one of those times. It was ok.

Fresh beautifully priced flowers. Great variety of items --- got a clip for my man's keys he keeps loses, flowers, bananas, cucumbers, 300 zip sandwich bags and a baby bottle washer for my vases. And a family size M&Ms -

Not the cleanest store I've been in. And they always running out of stuff and it seems it never fully stocked. I usually go to Target but I went this time for the first time since covid and nothing changed. Some stuff is more expensive than Target.

I fell slipping on heavy rainwater st the front door... they didnt even ask if I was alright. Filled out accid report which was never sent to me ...today I placed curbside only to find out an hour b4 pickup that they had no pears two days before Thanksgiving. Picture attached shows rotted bag of pears on shelf. Their food is always,half rotten. I have reported them to no avail. You will lose money shopping here. Almost fell again today. Told security guy and he blew me off...publishing pictures. THIS STORE IS KNOWN AS THE GHETTO WALMART. REPORTEDLY SOMEONE TRIED TO ABDUCT A WOMAN IN THE PARKING LOT JUST YESTERDAY.

Waited 37 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk for a fishing license after multiple associates paged the person responsible, who responded each time. Unreal.

So I used the pickup for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed! About 650pm I signed in when I parked, and less than 90 seconds later my order was in my car, after being brought out by a very polite young man. Great job guys!

It's Walmart, you know what to expect. People like to get in the way, the front door isn't working to enter on the grocery side as of writing this and sometimes the food is messed up (dented cans and stuff) but you go cause it's cheap and convenient.

Always an adventure shopping here. The outfits, the crazy people, the fried chicken. They let their plants all die outside which is just a shame. They say not enough staff but then why have so many out to die in the scorching hot sun. Decent deli

They always have what you need, busiest wally world I've been to at any given time. Expect to check yourself out, and stand in line to do so, hardly ever a real cashier at a lane.

Staff was very helpful, informative and patient with my mom and I when we crossed the border to come to this establishment. Our cashier was super kind and we were able to find everything we were looking for! We will return 😊

Needed a tire plugged. They were booked for the day. They made an exception and fixed my tire immediately. Very nice crew working there. I couldn't ask for a better outcome

It’s Walmart. Nothing great nothing terrible. You get the usual long lines, less than motivated employees (to no fault of their own). One thing I have noticed is their toy section is usually stocked slightly better than other locations. Nothing I can really say about the location that isn’t true for almost every Walmart.

This store has to do something with the curbside pick up area, it seems that they hired the laziest people in the world, they are always without desire, they are supposed to be the ones who put what we buy inside the car and even pack it, we don't have to get out of the car and even pack it, I think that's the purpose of the curbside pick up RIGHT? So, If we get out the car, it's for courtesy. I also told the guy that I had problems with the app, I showed him the evidence that I was the one who bought online, and instead of helping me, he went inside the store and then continued helping others customers and left me without notice, I had to call the store, and the person who answered the phone was also lost. They really need to train their employees more, or hire people who want to work, there are unemployed people out there who want to work but perhaps they don't give them the opportunity, and those who have the job are lazy.

It's a walmart...nothing to exciting. What makes this a great walmart...definitely the staff. They are awesome. Coming from Canada, I always love how they are so cheerful and call everyone honey or darling. I'll definitely go back.

The worst customer service by far. Don't look up items online and expect to pay the advertised price. When questioned the manager was told they "price match, but not Walmart advertised prices. Avoid them at all costs. Btw Home Depot price matches Walmart price's. Also went to corporate sight and documented this situation. They put a "regional representative" in touch with me for some type of positive resolution. The person who contacted me promised twice to send a $40 gift card. Yeah that was never issued, lies lies and more lies. Avoid walmart unless being ripped-off is kool with you.

I hate that there are few cashier's and way to many self checkouts! If I wanted to ring up items, I would have gotten a job as a cashier! 🙄 Always unkept aisles and I was specifically looking for Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage but found almost every package was beyond the expiration date.

First time I have been to This Walmart in Niagara falls NY 🗽 It's a totally different shopping experience than what I am used to in Canada, the selection of products is amazing and I'm coming back again when I have more time to check out other departments!!

I'm not sure how great the staff are but I find that this Walmart is huge compared to other Walmarts. They have so many supplies from so many different fields you could get, and they're relatively easy to find compared to other Walmarts as well! I personally also find the location very convenient as it's right next to the mall!

Walmart has everything I'm looking for it's a great place to shop most of the worker's are very nice& helpful self check out lines are usually long however it moves pretty fast, there's always a couple worker's up there helping if help is needed Walmart is definitely my main store to shop.

Loved the prices and the variety of items I could have bought there which are not available in Canada! I also loved the availability of staff to help me locate items. I want to point out that some employees make quite the difference in whether a shopper walks away or stays. I was looking for a particular water bottle for my daughter (cirkul as seen on tik tok). After walking around a bit and especially after I had walked the aisle with the water bottles more than one, I approached a staffer to inquire about whether or not its available. This staffer told me that as long as I do not see it in the water bottles aisle, they have none. I checked once again in the water bottle aisle, still no success! I decided to ask another staffer. This lady walked me to the exact shelf where I found the bottle! I wish I remembered her name because she was very helpful.

Watch your online ordering... We ordered for pick up two chairs listed in stock (7) and received confirmation email for pick up at 12:15pm. Wife went there at time given, only to call and get the voicemail for the store (was curbside pickup), no one picked up multiple times. She went in to customer service where that person had no clue on what to do. She was told to go to the "Dairy Doors" in the store to talk to someone, why would a consumer have to hunt down someone to talk to, they should have come to her. Apparently WALMART canceled our order without notification. I contacted online help, they were no help at all except for a $10 discount. Unfortunately my wife pick out to other lack luster chairs to get us by until we can get what we want... WILL NOT BE FROM WALMART, nor will we ever spend there again. I know we are only little fish in a big pond, Cooperate does not/will not care about a complaint as long as their pockets keep getting filled with other consumers money.
