This store is standard Sam’s club. Just average. But the one star review here is related to the tire shop. The staff in the shop are lazy and would rather turn you away than do the job. I have been refused both a battery and tires for two cars. That is all three times I came to Sam’s for the tire shop.

If you use the cafe be aware some of their employees DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES! I WITNESSED an employee go from making pizza to trying to hand me a receipt with the same gloves! I didn't even place an order and she was trying to hand me the customer in front of me the receipt. You can't use the register, touch your face/hair then prepare food with the SAME gloves! This defeats the purpose of GLOVES. No one cared when I complained either! I'm sure the health department will though. Futhermore you need to show your membership card even if you tell their EMPLOYEES you need a replacement card! A simple "Please head to customer service" would do instead of repeating the card you do not have NEEDS to be seen. You can't purchase anything outside the cafe without it anyways. I can't believe I pay to shop here. My faith in humanity is completely lost. Also there a gas station with a deep discounted yet questionable quality of gas for your convenience.

Member since 2010 01/08/2023 I have now visited the bakery to place a custom cake order for the second time in just a few months. I learned the first time that orders can’t be placed more than 7 days in advance after being turned away for being 8 days away from delivery. Both times I actually placed an order the same woman helped me and she didn’t seem to be very happy with at least that part of the job. I thought the woman might have been having an off day the first time but now I know that the woman is just rude. I felt like I was bothering her by placing an order. I remember as a kid my mother filled the form out herself so maybe they should go back to leaving them out for us to fill out if it’s too much trouble. Needless to say I won’t be ordering a cake from Sam’s club again. Wegmans is just next door.

This opening at 9am is pretty shortsighted. So now we have to pay extra for the privilege of giving Sam's money? So now if we want to get shopping before work we have to pay the extortion. BJs here I come. Picture is of me waiting 20 minutes so that I can give them money....absurd.

I bought a $500 dollars sams club gift card in this store for my online christmas shopping and it wasnt usable. I went back to the store and showed my receipt. They checked my acct and saw that the giftcard has been closed, the lady who was helping me said she cant refund me and gave me a number to call instead. I called the number and giftcard assistant on the phone said they can only help me if i bought the card online, she said the giftcard has been frozen by the sams club, She adviced me to go back to the store where i bought the card. I talked to a supervisor of the store and he said giftcards arent refundable and they cant give me a credit either. He said its unfortunate that this can happen to the giftcards.I am sharing this experience so no other costumer can have this problem again.

Negative experiences at the food court is the reason to write a negative review about this club. Sam's Club is now charging extra if you want to order veggie pizza. Why? Because now they have to "put the veggie toppings on the pizza." That's the explanation from management. How do you explain the meat toppings on the pizza? They magically appear on the pizza so they don't have to charge extra for that. One manager, other than the original manager I complained to, acting high and almighty saying "they can't get away with that, next time they have to pay extra for the veggie toppings." This guy understands logic very well (sarcasm). If the entire time Sam's Club sold veggie pizza at the same price as cheese or meat pizza, why is it more expensive now? Are the toppings suddenly absurdly expensive? Why not charge extra for meat topping pizza that requires the same labor? It's clear discrimination against people who are vegetarians and people of different religious background. No, they shouldn't be forced to eat cheese pizza only if a veggie option is there. Either charge extra for all pizzas with toppings or don't charge extra. Another problem is that the food court is always understaffed. Not enough help, so the service is always slow. Management ignoring this issue for years. The food court starts closing more than a hour before scheduled closing time. The result is not able to order because the item isn't there or the staff refuses to make it.

Always a wonderful experience at Sam's Club. We were looking everywhere for fireworks. Walmart had big packs for $130 ish, and they were sold out today! SAMS TO THE RESCUE!! They have HUGE packs! Don't waste your time and money at a silly TNT booth. You can get the same thing at Sam's Club for 1/3 of the price (not exaggerating). Also, this mobile check-out feature is amazing. We skip the lines every single time. They even allow you to purchase age restricted items that way and show your ID upon exiting the store. LOVE IT! Thanks for everything Sams! :)

I'll keep it a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐star as long as Sam's continues with their amazing app and premium services!! I love not having to wait in line and having pick up services on the real busy days. The premium benefits pay for themselves. Literally. In Sam's cash. I'll give them a 5 without the features. 😉 Clean, stocked, friendly staff, and amazing deals everyday!!

Asian community love to buy and invest in gold. Club should consider selling gold coins and bars as well.

The lovely lady at the customer service desk helped me download the app so I can order online, the pickup service, use the scan and go!! I am very excited!!! Thank you for your help and explaining all your discounts to me.

Gas is so affordable compared pared to market price. They have a wide variety of grocery items that last the family for the month. It's clean, the employees are friendly, and they check items In your cart for theft protection. Overall a good experience for the location.

Came in and got a membership today with my kids. Let’s first start by saying we are a high-income family and I don’t even come close to looking like a thief, but left feeling like one. Since this was my first time going to Sam’s, I didn’t realize how important the receipt at the door actually was. As I cashed out, I decided to throw out my cart wipes and accidentally threw the receipt out. I was initially shocked by the two forming lines at the exit checking every single item in people’s carts. I couldn’t find my receipt and knew then I probably threw it out. I showed my membership card. Was told I had to go to customer service. Customer service basically said when scanning it, nothing came up. It was very confrontational and embarrassing. I opened up my M & T app verifying a 115 dollar purchase just then from Sam’s. Anyway, the woman at customer service said she’d let me out and told the woman at the door I was okay to leave. 10 minutes wasted and my kids thought we were stealers. It was really ridiculous. Then after I was okayed to go, the woman at the door went through it allll over again and told me I had to get back in the exit line! I explained the situation and she said I needed a receipt. We went thought the same spiel twice! I was treated pretty poorly by the employees as if I wasn’t being genuine. I was given rude looks and attitude. I don’t really even care to ever go back there again.

They copy/pasted the layout of your average Costco and did a pretty okay job. Store was clean, shelves were stocked, and staff were about as present as a Costco (if a bit less happy-looking). Can't really ask for more than that.

Great store for bulk food and supplies. They also have a good selection of seasonal items of good quality. There's a membership fee but it more than pays for itself after just a few trips of shopping there.

Went to get my granddaughter a Birthday Cake had a great selection even bought a 30 pack Cupcakes for a great price! Everything I need is always in stock. Great prices and good quality.

I love sam's club but their constant changing of stock is a little bit frustrating. Sometimes they have my coffee some times they just stopped carrying it. Happens a lot. Everything else is good though. Nice staff,clean aisles and plenty of things to choose from in bulk.

Like a grocery store on steroids. So much to see here. Perfect for spot to buy groceries for large families or, someone who preps food in advance and freezes. Also have a great clothing area and a ton of outdoorsy / seasonal stuff too.

Nice experience but need to be able to buy the gift cards through the scan and go. When I went through the register all the cashier did was scan it so there shouldn't be an issue. Just a thought and idea.

This used to be the place to go in Niagara Falls, NY for a big box shopping experience and a great hot dog. Still a good spot for big box shopping but the food counter is best skipped.

Curbside order delivery was about a 30 minute wait after checking in today. This has a couple times in the past few months. The store associate was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. Apparently the text checkin does not work occasionally. He added a sampler bag to the order for my troubles.

This Place is the best place to shop at! I have had many good experiences. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Today I want to recognize Donna! I have been a customer for couple of years now and every time I visit the store I see Donna working very hard. From answering questions to filling fridges. Today she was fulfilling orders. And let me tell you she was non stop. I just wanted to tell her that she truly deserve the recognition today and everyday. Keep up the good work Donna!

I understand you are trying to control thieves, but they need to find a much better way than harassing their PAYING customers! Keeping you in a line to exit the store isn't exactly a great way to treat customers. And then to have the person at the door tell you "oh well" is the most pathetic customer service. I won't be renewing my membership to a place that makes me feel like a criminal every time I go there.

Patricia Applebee in the optical department noticed long lines at the check out, came over to us knowing we didn’t have a lot in a cart and walked us over to her department to check us out. As someone who works in the Service Industry as management, that is amazing customer service. I hope someone sees this from this store and rewards her. Thank you Patricia!

You need to hire better people in the cafe! Insanely rude young lady named Ashley gave me attitude because I asked her to repeat herself. I’m 57 years old and I can not hear that well. Even after I explained that and even apologized she still proceeded to give me attitude. Left without buying anything.

Really happy with new membership. Got it for $45 with a $45 gift certificate. Good supply and breadth of products and really good prices. We were members at BJs but decided to make a move with the quality and selection there.
