Honestly save your time and do not come here, go anywhere else. A burger and chips took 25 minutes, when not even busy. The staff worked like snails, clearly had no clue what was going on. The food was sitting on the counter and not called out and ended up getting the food cold after 25 minutes. Almost worth just throwing it in the bin.

Perfect place to be left hungry and angry, waited 1,5 hours and didn’t even get chips, guy next to me was waiting for 2 hours to get his late dinner. Worst customer service and communication, were impolite and didn’t even listen to any of us, we’re making orders not by "order" but by the easiest one and some people were getting their orders 5 minutes after they ordered it. Terrible place, 0 for atmosphere, 0 for service, 4/5 for food, the only good thing was that.

The fine is fine for a quick snack. Staff miserable as hell & unfriendly I ask if I could put my own milk in my tea & a blonde haired manager said no really rude! Don't know what the problem was pouring milk in myself. Staff very slow the service. People sitting at the charger tables for ages really annoying when you need to charge your phone.

If you choose to eat here you better show up a couple of hours earlier as it takes them ages to process orders. I ordered a small burger and fries and it took them half an hour to deliver. I counted over 7 staff so no idea what they've been doing. The management doesn't care as you can see from their replies. The food was so tasteless too, there was zero salt in it. It's supposed to be "fast food" for Christ sake but it's anything but!

Do not come here. If you do, do not pay in advance! You will likely have to abandon your prospective meal after an hour of waiting. Manager was ineffective and the staff were cluelessly wandering about looking lost. Waited the better part of a hour before giving up.

41 minutes to get my food. Had to argue to get it. Some of my food was on the serving desk 10 mins in so was over 30 mins old when I got it and was cold and soggy.Instead of doing one order completely, they do 20 orders partially. If you order one meal, you might be fine and get it in 15-20 mins, and your drink might only be 10 mins old. Order more than one, anything complex, or actually, just anything, and your bollox’d

I don't recommend this place. It's definitely not fast food restaurant. For 2 sandwiches, one french-fries and 2 drinks (cola and orange juice) we were waiting 29 minutes. So looooong

Mega slow, staff appear to be messing around rather than doing their job. Food arrived with burger barely assembled. Managers look proper clueless dealing with incorrect orders. This place probably makes enough money, can do better.

One of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Ordered medium fries, 2 double cheese burgers and a large drink which not only came to an insane, €21 but also took them well over 30 mins to prepare it and this was after we had to complain to staff who just kept telling us that it's being bagged now (for over 15mins). We came for this to be a very quick stop on our onwards journey and we wanted way more time than we'd have liked here.

This was my worst McDonald's experience ever, I first waited outside for about 20 minutes, and then the food also took at least 25 minutes to prepare, because of this I missed the last train of the day and I had to take an expensive taxi. 2 stars because the wood was quite ok, but cold. Suggestion: visit the ones closer to Nice center.

Super busy, especially around lunch time on a weekend. The staff seem quite overworked. Lots of folks complaining about their orders. Visit if you've the time to wait. Don't yell at the staff.

Can't really complain - very quick service and we had a lovely view of the beach.

Food never arrived after 55mins, all I ordered was a wrap and a coke. Service aweful, pig troughs would be cleaner than the tables I sat at. I will rummage through a bin for better quality.

Took 15 minutes to get a coffee. After 10 minutes I asked for our money back and they refused and pretended to not speak English. Who works a counter in Nice and doesn't speak English? Scam place.

Around 10 AM. Ordered something but nobody in the kitchen at all and some alarm/warnings keep going off. Decided to give up and leave after trying to ask the only staff there, who seemingly just asked us to wait.
