It’s a new restaurant that took reviews from the previous one so the rating is not correct. There was too much attention from the restaurant’s stuff, food was more or less. I liked shrimps but other dishes were average

We as a family really enjoyed a great evening, the food was fantastic, the staff where very helpful and spoke very good English. The menu is extensive for both fish and meat lovers with special dishes from Corsica. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for something tasty and special!

This place accepted us without a reservation on Saturday evening & I am super thankful for that. The place is cozy & welcoming & the staff is just super super good! The food is a blend of Middle eastern & Italian flavors! We tried the tuna risotto & grilled fish & both were very nice! I still give 4 Stars coz- 1. The veggies with the grilled fish could be more crunchy & fresh. 2. It could also come with a homemade sauce, something like that with the starter! I want to go back to Nice & go to this restaurant again!

Just arrived here from Paris today, and came here for our first meal. This place was not only extremely delicious, but had the highest quality customer service. The satay poulet is to die for, and all of the meats are so tender they melt in your mouth. Also, the location is superb with beautiful views of the street that heads towards the port. Will eat here again (possibly tomorrow). The lady with dark hair who served us was amazing, friendly and helpful. She deserves the best, thank you !!!

FYI, some of the reviews are about the old restaurant at this location, called "A Casetta", which served Corsica cuisine. The current restaurant, "Chez Tonton David", serves North African/Mediterranean/French fusion. Food was fantastic and full of complexity. The service was very welcoming and fast. I highly recommend this place!

Very good service and food, the pasta could use a little more flavor added... But with the addition of some salt and pepper it was good. The dessert was phenomenal though.

It was an interesting culinary experience. We had the mixed entrées which were so many, so diverse and so, so delicious, but were a bit disappointed with the couscous which had way too many zucchini and too little other types of vegetables and the meat was not to our liking (the merguez and the meatballs especially). The cocktails were well made and the serving impeccable. However having just one waiter for the entire restaurant is not very human rights respectful as the poor guy was clearly overwhelmed. We hope at least he is well paid. Overall a nice experience and we'll come back maybe after the tourist season to try the other specialties.

Good quality food and very friendly waiter, the kemia were enough and good choice of fresh desserts. Place is quite perfect for a date. Recommends!

Food was good but not amazing. Staff were friendly but service was a little slow. Would be nice to have more vegetarian options on the menu.

We found food was "ok" but really too expensive. Service was basic. The worst was ... Music. So loud and boring. I couldn't talk with my girl friend on the terrace. Not a place to relax during holliday. My girl friend disliked the place. No chance again.

Great experience, good quality and dish variety for a reasonable price. The staff was nice, our waiter Kevin was kind and attentive.

The new owner is so friendly, the place is confortable, the services is great ! Cocktail also ! But I paid 20euros for 2 merguez and a tomato sauce. You can see spaghetti and merguez for 20euros in the menu. Nothing under 20 for basic food, this is CRAZY EXPENSIVE for that quality. I think they can do much better food if they wish !!!!
