We arrived to find someone else in our room. They have given them our keys and then did nothing to rectify the situation. We had to book another hotel even though we have already been charged for 4 nights. We still haven't been refunded.

Convenient location. Well connected to historical spots. We wanted 4 bed, didn't need to squeeze into sofa. Got 5 beds and sofa. Good kitchen to make our own

I found the accommodation to be completely sufficient for the price and the location, everything was clean for me, there could only be more glasses and cups, 2 of each is a bit small! Went to the "Festival of Lights" in the city and that's opposite the apartment Museum of Natural History which was illuminated from 7 p.m. We had VIP seats, so to speak! TV is available but you can't get any programs in, which is a shame because the WiFi is simply not strong enough for TV streaming with your own computer at various times! I recommend a different one for drivers To take an apartment there are only parking options far and wide from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. for 2 euros an hour, that's really brutal!

Dirty and disgusting. Mold everywhere. What's going on in the kitchen is really a disgrace. It's better to spend a little more and get decent accommodation.

Unfortunately not recommended. - Hygiene underground: hair in the bed, cobwebs on the ceiling in every corner including spiders, mold in silicone joints, stains on the bed sheet. New kitchen equipment with residue - Furniture damaged: bathroom cabinet strip broken. Connected fan with broken cable (!) at bed level. Ventilation cover (bathroom) missing, shower curtain torn. - Window taped due to construction site in front of it. Balcony cannot be used without notice. - TV (small monitor) not usable. Price is not related

NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES I booked this property 2 months in advance for a business trip. It hurt me!! 7 days before, I received a message that they tried to charge my card without success and that I had 24 hours to rectify the problem before cancellation. I give them a second card which works after 2 hours, but they still cancel 6 hours after the first notification without having tested the new card. I tried to discuss with them but nothing could be done "if a reservation has been canceled, there is nothing we can do!", "if we have not respected the cancellation deadlines, it could happen, there is nothing we can do about it!" . Add to that the bad faith "we tried to charge your second card", which is completely false: I receive text messages each time my card is not charged. I find myself stuck 5 days before my trip and prices in Berlin have skyrocketed. Run away !!

A real cheek from Booking.com and Orbis. Real dump everything dirty walls, floor bed and bathroom. Absolutely in need of renovation. I took pictures and got a different one. I didn't get a refund for the two nights, but I was reimbursed 40 euros for cleaning costs. Which I didn't accept. I paid through Booking but they had nothing to do with it. I should have found out more in the forums. Please be careful and under no circumstances book this hotel. I got a 4 star hotel 30 meters away for the same money.
