The place is definitely overpriced, and the only really good thing about it is its location. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The keys to the apartment arrived one day after the beginning of the rental contract, and I didn't get the keys to the postbox for another month. The calls, emails and messages are ignored 90% of the time.

The location is good, but the price is to much. I pay almost 600€ for 19qm. That's to much. For that tiny room. Additionally there is barely light because there is just one window to the north north-east side. Additionally the neighbors can look right into your room. you have to decide between to have some day light and being watched or no light and privacy. Besides I pay for the internet since a year without having internet, I wrote a lot of mails but no response or I had to proof that I wrote them for the fourth time with no result in the end. I don't recommend reccit. Just if you are really out of options.

Poor sound insulation for a modern building, you can hear they saved money on construction Also not a single community room

Its expensive ,its small , you have to pay the electricity extra ( and they sell you the expensive one), YOU HAVE NO BED IN THERE ATTENTION!!!! They dont communicate all this things. But the neighbours are quite and the place is really central. The Customerservice is sometimes helpfull but mostly not . In conclusion it is expensive do not come here if you come for short term because again you have no bed !

They are horrible and big time liars avoid contacting them.

Don't rent an apartment here they raise the cost for, you every year with their (Nebenkosten) thus place is a pure rip off

Dont rent this place. Terrible customer service, they ignore your emails for months and their communication is terrible. They confirmed my apartment and one day before my flight they cancelled it. Also it is really expensive for that small room.
