The hotel is in a nice location on the Spree River, overlooking the east side gallery. Rooms were a little small but were very clean and beautifully decorated. I think all rooms have views on the river, at least from the side. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the food was of a very good quality, wide selection of beverages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has good access to public transport that can take you to other parts of the city and also to the airport. The minibar didn't have multiple options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indigo Hotel Berlin. Here comfort, elegance, and modernity blend together. The design was a perfect mix of contemporary aesthetics and cozy charm, creating an atmosphere that was both inviting and stylish. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic, offering a wide array of options to cater to every palate. From the classic continental breakfast to more adventurous culinary delights, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the presentation was equally impressive. The staff was the heart and soul of the hotel. Their kindness and welcoming nature made my stay even more enjoyable. But one person stood out in particular - Randara. She went above and beyond in her service, making me feel like I was at home. Her genuine care added a personal touch to my stay, making it truly memorable. Thank you, Randara, for making my stay so special. I will definitely be back, 200% recommended!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Staff kindly assisted in organising decorating the room with birthday banners and flowers for my partner. They kindly upgraded our room too, the rooms are impeccably clean and very spacious. The soaps and shampoos smelt great. Whoever the chef is I would like to personally thank them. Most incredible breakfast I’ve ever had. We ordered breakfast in bed and it was amazing, not only did it look incredible but it tasted incredible. You can tell the chef really loves what they do. The breakfast buffet was just as good. All staff were helpful and extremely kind and accommodating.

The elevator did not work at first. We had to call for staff but they were really unpolite and not helpful at all. We ended up taking the stairs. The overall service was also really unsatisfying as in long waiting times and dirty hotel and sanitary rooms. Wouldn't recommend staying here, there are many much better facilities with better pricing.

Very good hotel. The best location and very convenient to get to the center.. Beautiful view from the window and the most delicious breakfast. Everything inside is clean and cozy. And most importantly, the sound insulation is simply superb. Very friendly and polite staff. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this hotel❤️🌹

Stayed one week for a business meeting. Awesome place with the best staff and superb location. Enjoy the rooftop bar and walking around the East Side Gallery. Gym needs more equipment though....

We primarily booked in here for the location (we were going to a concert 200 meters away at the Mercedes Arena) and because of the good reviews. The good reviews are totally valid. Everyone we talked to (front desk staff in the morning and evening, waiting staff at the breakfast) were exceedingly friendly and helpful. When you’ve been on a long trip, getting a friendly and helpful welcome is important. We basically just took advantage of the room obviously (small-ish but stylish and following the “trendy East Berlin” style that gave it some character - with a great bathroom - and some freebies in the bar), the breakfast (delicious and lots of choice), and the reception (who in addition to checking in and checking out, also helped us printing something out). We didn’t take advantage of the rooftop bar (we had bad weather so any thought of rooftop anything was off the agenda). Despite being close to more than one entertainment arena, we didn’t suffer from noise from outside even though we overlooked a public area. The hotel is across the road from a remaining piece of the Berlin Wall if you want to “been there, done that” with that. The hotel is near-ish to an S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (different stations, same name, Warschauer Straße), nearer to a fairly respectable shopping mall (East Side Gallery), and possibly more important for tourists, has one of the 3 public transport bus routes that are great for tourists (100, 200, 300) - the 300, on its doorstep. That’ll take you to Alexanderplatz and almost to the Brandenburg Gate (and lets you change to the 100 and 200 buses).

Modern hotel with great staff and facilities. I was staying at the hotel for a company event and I regret not staying also for the weekend (because the second hotel, although from a top market leader, was not of the same high standards given the same price). Great comfort, well sized and very quiet room. It’s a bit far from the city centre but well connected. It’s just in front of the East side Gallery, in a new cool and modern area near the Mercedes Arena. Great roof top bar with view on the city too. Highly suggested

We arrived at the hotel in the morning, so we had to wait a bit to get a room - the lovely girl at the counter gave me an upgrade because I waited patiently. I felt very welcomed. The rooms are lovely and very tidy.

Advantages: Very quite hotel with good atmosphere. Nice ground floor with area for working near reception. Fast internet, free water and very helpful personal. Disadvantages: for unknown reason the cleaning is not maintained well in this hotel. I am not a person who does feel the need to ask for cleaning the room every single day, however, even the cleaning for 2nd and more times did not resolve the issues. The dust behind toilet mirrors seems to be ignored for years… The dust on ceiling was even bigger surprise. By not mentioning this small, nonetheless disgusting findings to cleaning lady, it was clear that there is a problem in management or personal training. For the price asked I let my photos speak instead.

Clean hotel on a great location. Tons of restaurants nearby. Easy access to multiple rail lines makes it very easy to get around the city. Our room was a good size, I clouding a desk and a lounge chair. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large with fun tile. The room included two closets, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker.

I had an awesome stay here - but my experience here ended up hugely disappointing when I gave some clothes to be cleaned for laundry. I gave some fairly regular clothing, subs only 4 days worth - and the cleaning company took the liberty of DRY CLEANING everything, and charging me 94 euro. I am so, so disappointed that I had to fork over this money when common sense might have dictated that this was just a small, regular load of laundry. I really feel that the hotel could have communicated this better to the cleaning service.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone spoke very good English. The service aspect of a hotel is one of the most important things for me. The reason for removing 1 star is that 1. The hallways smell a bit like mildew. 2. Breakfast is an extra charge 3. I wish the mini fridge was larger and had a freezer compartment.

I had an exceptional time at Hotel Indigo. Spent a week here to explore Berlin. The room was clean, had comfortable beds and perfect pillows (something I often struggle with at hotels) and came with complementary drinks (water, beer and a bottle of coke which was daily restocked),. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and probably the best I ever had at a hotel. Staff was friendly and always very helpful. Loved the location, right across East Side Gallery with view of the Spree and Oberbaum Bridge. A short S Bahn ride away from Mitte (station is about 7 minutes walking distance) or you can rent a bike at the hotel for a small fee (in my opinion this was the best way to explore Berlin). There is a rooftop bar at the hotel where you can relax in the evening. Lots of restaurants and cafés right next to the hotel and cheap eats (Currywurst, falafel, Döner)less than 5 minutes away.

This is a gem of a hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, and really comfortable. I stayed at 611 overlooking Mercede Platz and it was quiet. Bathroom is very clean and new / modern. The ppl are so friendly and professional, making the experience complete. Area wise it is smack perfect to go just about anywhere.

Great spot to travel into Central Berlin. I explained it was my 19th wedding anniversary and they organised flowers and a lively card what a thoughtful thought.

great hotel. comfortable and stylish rooms with good lighting. nice reception at check in. the main con would the location it’s a bit off the main road and has very corporate surroundings. but with a bicycle it’s close enough to the action if this is your only option.

Stayed 7 nights. Nice enough hotel. Beds are comfortable. Gym is basic and fine. Rooms are small. Frame around TV was unique. Windows are small. Refrigerator is cooling only. Breakfast not included and costs 24 Euros. Bus 300 is out front and great. U and S Banh is 10 minute walk. Easy access.

The hotel offered excellent value for the price. The rates were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of the accommodations and services provided. I felt like I received great value for my money, as the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location added to its value, allowing easy access to nearby attractions without the need for expensive transportation. Overall, I was pleased with the affordability and value offered by the hotel, making it a wise choice for budget-conscious travelers.
