A sublime park that climbs the hillside until it meets the tower Magne at the summit. The views, sculptures and Roman architecture around the source are all fantastic. Plenty of places to sit and relax with a picnic or sunbathe. Small children's parks are placed throughout with a miniature carousel by the main entrance. It's well maintained and naturally very green, with a mixture of more exotic plants and trees added for variety. The source is also surrounded by various fountains and water features keeping the air cool and fresh. A must visit for all ages!

Wunderschöner Park in Nimes.

This park in Nîmes is really beautiful, the trees give it a cool breeze. From the park you have a clear and lovely view of the town. It is so breath-taking just to visit the place. I would go back there countless times. I was with friends so, The more the Merrier...but you can do it solo.

The Jardin de La Fontaine is just gorgeous. It's every more remarkable given its transformation from the original mill race to today's park. Stroll about the beautiful pools and canals and be aware that all are fed from natural springs originating from the hill above. These same springs fed the later mill race. You can walk up the hill through the forests on paved paths to the Tour Magna and get a beautiful vista of the city.

Beautiful park to walk around with amazing views from the Roman tower at the top... if you can make it up there in 34 degree heat. Nice cafe at the bottom which is perfect for a drink or two in the shade.

Lovely gardens in keeping with the classical style of Nîmes. We'll thought out to provide shade, which I appreciated as it was 40C

Huge gardens built over the site of a natural spring. Great for a family day out. There is also a Roman watch tower to climb up and see the views over Nimes.

A great set up of fountains. A lot of hungry carp is present in the water which is eager to eat anything. Near the fountains a roman Temple can be found which is easily accessible. It gives a nice view of structure.
