    I had such a great experience here. Everyone was very open and honest and provided a very fair price. I did not have any issues with anybody being super pushy or high pressure. Doug was awesome! We didn’t have to do much negotiations as they provided such a great price upfront. This is an awesome place to purchase a vehicle - they have several different makes as well! Great variety and just a great dealership!

    I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman Louis Cheers was awesome, patient and very knowledgeable when it comes to making a sale. Louis was able to answer all my questions, the process went smoothly. Michael in the financial department was also knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership and possibly may return for another purchase.

I was so impressed with every interaction I had here. From each call with Jimmy to the advice I asked for regarding my specific situation. He never recommended anything I didn't need, while keeping me informed and helping me rest assured. I really appreciate it when I meet real genuine, kind, trustworthy people like this. Most of the team members were professional and the car selection was good. I was ready to buy so the overall experience was good. After the car was purchased I felt like the sales rep did a good job at following up and offering their help if need be. The representative I signed my final papers with was very friendly, personable, and for me made me feel good about my purchase before walking out the door (which is a big deal). I bought my 2024 Subaru Crosstek from Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted, on Monday, 11/13/2023 and I am very happy. My experience at this dealership couldn't be better. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Subaru in Cleveland, Ohio area. Thank you Jimmy!

    We bought an Impreza in Oct 2018. The dealership said it just came off lease & had a clean Carfax - no accidents. Fast forward 4 years later when we try to trade it in & buy another car. The updated Carfax stated it was in an accident before we bought it & wasn’t reported until AFTER they sold the car to us. I feel like notifying the Ohio Attorney General to warn other consumers of Ganley’s shady business practices. We were also promised (in writing) that car would have some chips repaired before taking delivery & they would mail us touch up paint since we were from out of town, none of which happened. Buyer beware! P.S. - dealer’s response doesn’t help at this point. How about being honest from the start?

    Great experience… traded in my 2020 Ram truck for Subaru Outback Wilderness. No hassle… gave me top blue book trade in value for my truck and wrote a check for the small balance. I give them a 10/10.

    I arrived at the dealership knowing which model and trim I was interested in, after driving multiple car makes and models. The staff was all away, occupied or on lunch but I didn't really have to wait. Candace stepped away from her lunch to work with me. She was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable about the car and made sure I was the focus of the moment. I appreciated all of it which is why I didn't dig in my heals. They left no room for negotiations but I locked in at a time of great incentives in addition to a good interest rate so I walked away a happy customer. --Note: Without hesitation, Candace listened and focused on my needs. I recommend working with her. True service is still a high value in my book!

    First time taking my car to a dealer for service work and I am very pleased with the entire experience start to finish. My service advisor, Amanda, provided a level of communication and transparency that far exceeded my expectations and previous limited experiences with auto work at garages. The overall cost to fix the issue at hand was very reasonable and I was not pressured into any other work that the car needed besides my immediate issue. I don't think I could have gotten any better experience from another, independent/3rd party shop tbh. Overall 10/10 experience and wouldn't think twice about going there for service work again if needed.

    Starting working with Mike Olsen back in November looking for a new car to get into. I never financed anything before I stopped by and was worried about not getting approved for that reason but Mike was totally cool and explained everything to me perfectly and gave me a lot of options to choose from as well. I had so many questions with it being my first time trying to make payments on a car and he was super patient and understanding! He put me into a new 2022 WRX that I’m in love with and appreciate him helping me get into a car I’ve always wanted since I was a kid! THANK YOU MIKE!!!

    I will continue to use this location anytime I need to purchase a new or used car. I will also send all of my friends to Doug! I began my search at other dealerships, and none of them were as kind and courteous, as Ken Ganley North Olmsted. Everyone there was great, but Doug happens to be my favorite. My salesman Doug was simply amazing and made the entire experience, pleasant and comfortable for me. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for a Doug to assist you with the purchase of any vehicle.

    Rachel Shafer was the person that helped my wife and I find our dream car and she was the best. She was truly a pleasure to work with and my wife and I had so much fun car shopping with her. Everyone that we met there made buying our car an awesome experience including Justin down in the service center who installed our crossbars and gave us some great tips about our vehicle.

    I got a flat tire and they was able to help me same day, no one else has the tire I needed. I think her name was Amazing or maybe Amanda who helped meat the service station desk.     We bought a 2023 Subaru Legacy from Ken Ganley in North Olmsted and had Dylan as our sales rep. He was very pleasant, answered our questions in detail and did not exert pressure to buy as we have experienced at other dealers. When we picked up the car, Dylan gave us a thorough introduction and instruction to how the car/computer system works. That was a tremendous help as it allowed us to use the features quickly. We are very pleased with the car, it's ride and safety features. We know we made the right decision.

    I went in to check out the new Crosstreks and didn’t expect to have as much fun as I did while at a dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly especially Kristy Tomcho. She was so helpful with every question I had and extremely patient. I’ve honestly never had a better experience while looking at vehicles. I really appreciate everything.

    I worked with Amber and Chrissy at the Subaru dealership and they were fantastic. I originally inquired about a certain vehicle, but it was traded to another dealership but these ladies were able to find me a different vehicle which I love. The two of them answered all questions I had, and Chrissy to the time to go through the vehicle with me and show me all the new gadgets and technology. They both even called me a few days later to see how I was enjoying the car and if I still had any questions. I would definitely recommend working with Amber and Chrissy if you go to this dealership. They are great people, very professional, and worked with me on where I needed my payments to be. I love my new car!

    I had an excellent car-buying experience at Ken Ganley Subaru. They had several of the model and trim level that I was looking for on the lot and I was able to take one for a test drive immediately. The salesman (Mike) was very knowledgeable about the features and different trim levels. After the test drive and a couple of back-and-forth negotiations on the value of my trade-in, we were able to settle on what I felt was a very good deal. I picked up the new car the following day. I'm looking forward to years of worry-free driving with my new Subaru. With my experiences so far, I would heartily recommend the Subaru brand, the dealership and the salesman, Mike O..

    We have just gotten home from purchasing a Subaru. It was truly such a smooth experience. We had a lot of stressful, last minute changes, and Amber handled it with so much grace. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and we really appreciated her low pressure sales approach. It made our decision SO easy! She has made us feel very confident that we've made the right decision for our family. Terry in finance was great as well. He was friendly and efficient.     So my husband and I randomly stopped in to look and test drive a subaru forester.. we are 1st timers. Gannon was the first salesman to approach us.... he asked what exactly we were looking for. Having done our homework we were pretty confident on what we wanted. However, apparently subaru foresters base-premium are in hot demand. Gannon states the only forester they have on lot available was a sports.... so we said wth let's try it... it had all the bells and whistles which is more than we were looking for but it was such a nice drive... we asked Gannon to crunch some numbers.... we told him what we were wanting to pay monthly... he went back and forth with the sales manager to be able to meet all our needs... and wala we drove off with our new subaru forester sport. Gannon was very detail oriented and professional... he is fairly new at the N. Olmsted location but he seemed knowledgeable.. he may need to loosen up a bit and have some fun doing what he does but he does a great job! I can't remember the sales manager but he was helpful and his mom was great.. hope they enjoy their vacation...lol. this may have been our 1st subaru but probably not our last!

    The showroom was clean and bright. There was a selection of tea, coffee and water while I waited. My salesman Gannon was knowledgeable and helped me get into the car I wanted with no issues. The process was efficient and each document was explained thoroughly. This is my second time getting a Subaru from there and will definitely be back.

    The car purchase experience was very easy here. The salesperson went way out of their way to help me get the paperwork to go to my bank to finance.Everyone was nice and professional. When I picked the car up it was washed and even had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend.

    This is the dealership to go to if you are looking for a Subaru, especially if you ask for Kieth! In this crazy market with limited availability it seemed impossible to find the Outback I wanted. I called almost every Subaru dealership in Ohio and everyone just blamed the “chip shortage” and tried selling me something else. Kieth at Westside Subaru put in the extra effort to look at what vehicles are being delivered and where. He was able to not only get my girlfriend the Outback she wanted, but also get the green one that I wanted. Excellent communication, straightforward pricing, low interest rates and quick turnaround!

    I had the best car buying experience here by far. The sales staff as was friendly and helpful. The real star was Dylan though. He was so patient and kind answering all of our questions and helping us get our dream Subaru. This is my second Impreza and i feel just as at home in it as my first one.     Disappointing visit in attempt to place factory order for a new vehicle. My first contact was inquiring if they participate in the Subaru VIP program and was told that they did. Upon arrival everything went smooth on test drive and my salesman Lennox was friendly and easy to work with. Then when time came to finalize the deal, the sales manager decided that he was only going to partially honor the VIP program details and would only complete the deal if I financed through the dealership despite the program details plainly stating that it is allowed to finance through the Subaru promotional rates. Overall a waste of time for myself and their staff. Would have preferred an honest answer that the VIP program was not being honored in the beginning from my initial email contact.

    I truly don’t have anything, but good thing to say about my Subaru Fam. Personally my experiences at Ganley have always been 1,000% the best, from when I purchased the vehicle to having my car serviced. This time around lady at the front desk was very helpful, even recommended me getting a tire rotation with my oil change. I’ve always said customer service is key and can always be deal breaker, but you guys always offer the best customer service. You have a great team there. Happy Holidays to all of you!

    I always have a great experience at the Service Department! I've come here multiple times for different repairs, and each time the team at North Olmsted is able to communicate the issue with my car, the timing of the work, and how much it will cost clearly and honestly. Roger in the Service Department went above and beyond to replace the air conditioning in my car and I was able to have the problem resolved in one day! He also coordinated a couple other minor fixes along with this repair, and made the entire process quick and easy.

    Awesome customer service! They are amazing, and are always willing to assist their customers. The place is well kept and staff is super friendly!     Leased a new Subaru and am absolutely very happy with my decision. This is my first Subaru and Nicole D. absolutely made it very easy and kept me informed each step. With the delay currently in vehicles, she kept me update to date on the transit of my vehicle and she was right on the expected delivery date. While I had some hiccups with the finance office, Nicole made sure to keep me well informed. The deal got done and I am so happy I made the switch to a Subaru. Very friendly staff and helpful sales staff.

    They were going through a CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP while I was buying my car. This caused delays. I understand that. My problem was with COMMUNICATION. I was very disappointed in that. I get if there is a delay but pick up the phone and give me a call to let me know. I didn’t get that. I will not be going back to this dealership anytime soon.

    Everyone I encountered here was so helpful. Michael was my salesman, and for my first time buying a brand new car and he made me feel so comfortable and was very understanding. He communicated well during the time I waited for my Forester, which is something I had a problem with at other dealerships. He took the time to make sure I was informed about everything and happy with everything. Would highly recommend him as a salesman and the dealership as a whole!

    Buy a car from here was made a simple and comfortable process. The sales associate we had (Woody) was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he encourage trying a variety of cars based on our many criteria, he made it easy to weed out the wrong options while being very transparent on pricing and build options and possible deals that we could avail.     Love the service department at Ganley Westside Subaru! Jason, my service consultant, was very helpful with explaining everything, getting my loaner and executing the best customer service possible! The service manager, I forget his name, was also amazing and did what he could to make this experience flawless. I highly recommend this service department for all of your Subaru needs! They really take the time to make sure you feel like you’re the only one there (and it was busy when i was there) and they are really helpful with explaining everything to a T! Thanks guys for yet another wonderful experience!
