I had a horrible experience a manager named Allison Susan publicly humiliated me twice saying I can't talk to the workers how am I supposed to know what products to get if I don't talk to the employees but I wasn't talking to them please at the time that she approached me I was just looking at some shoes she is unprofessional and shouldn't be in customer service she needs to be behind a desk I also tried calling the corporate twice left messages and never call me back I will never ever shop at dealers I would rather go to Macy's and again this manager's name is Allison Susan and Allison approached me with some guy saying that he is another manager but I later found out it was her boyfriend

Paul in the MALL Dillards North Olmsted shoe department gave me the wrong size shoe. I noticed wrong size when home. I also spoke to Jo and both felt my fault. I would give negative rating if I could. Really bad customer service. I shredded my card and will never recommend them.

I don’t want to be bothered by sales people- I just want to shop without the pressure to buy. I didn’t realize employees are still on some sort of a quota. This isn’t the economy for these kinds of sales tactics! When I’m ready to check out then I’ll look for a person to ring up and bag my purchases. The era of commissions and quotas are over- gone in the late 1990’s. The stuff that they’re making now is not like the quality I remember. When I shop here I feel like I’m just paying for the Dillard’s name instead of the quality stuff Higbees used to carry-then it would be worth buying at such prices. Dillard’s merchandise is overpriced, lesser quality stuff you can get anywhere else cheaper. Annoying employees because they are on a quota system or commission so they are very aggressive. Sorry guys the 1990s are long gone. People don't want to be bothered anymore. Also, the quality has gone down. Higbee's was better. That was quality. Dillards doesn't treat their employees well either. How can you support a company like this.

Met up here for a discreet encounter in the dressing room. It wasn't my idea and I didn't know how it would go. But the employees were so nice and the fitting rooms were very clean. All that plus Bae. My mind was blown. Omj

Olivia and the juniors department was a great help in finding a dress. She's kind and compassionate, and I would recommend her to anyone.

This store has the best selection of style whether for yourself or the kids or just looking for a gift!!!

An absolutely wonderful woman was working the women's intimate apparel department during my visit to the mall. She was very knowledgeable and helped me so much. Even though she was helping many women, she still made me feel like I was important and that she valued my patronage.

I was looking for a Tom Ford fragrance but didn't know the sub type. 3 associates helped me discover which fragrance I was searching for. Excellent customer service! Very reasonable prices

I got a suit from here and had the pleasure of dealing with Brian. Not only was he a professional but also knew his product and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you again!

Bought something. Said it'll b mailed, 2 to 3 days they said. Theres a routing # on the receipt they said. You can track it there she said. Looked it up, not found it said....Week later here it is. So lesson is don't let them mail nothing, i say!!! Buy it while you're there. And you won't have to worry if it's lost because the routing # don't work.

James in the men's department waited on me the other day, I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He took his time with me talked to me about how I just missed the big sale LOL but directed me to a few areas where things may be still on sale. From now on James is my guy in the men's wear department!

They must not be desperate for sales in the shoe dept I walked through looked at a few shoes but not 1 person came up to me there were 2 sales ladies on the floor what shame is it because i don't look rich? You have no idea

Had an absolutely amazing experience today at Dillards. Got off escalator not knowing where to find dresses and an employee saw I was wondering where to go. She took me straight to the dresses and had an employee in that department help me shop. They both asked questions as to what occasions I needed the dress for and when it was. I felt as if I had my own personal shopper. She helped me out so much! I had been somewhere else prior to Dillards, no one there to help me or answer questions. I will definitely keep shopping at Dillards. Keep up the great work. The other store lost my business.

It was great to go into Dillard's for my window shopping experience.

Went to return a blouse in high end womenswear, no salesperson there. I went to juniors and the associate clearly didn’t want to be bothered helping me. She said I couldn’t return it there, that it had to be returned to the department of purchase. Told her(long black hair) there’s no one there, didn’t believe me so she called, and huh, no one answered. She finally agreed to return it. What a waste of time. So unprofessional and I expect more from Dillard’s.

The store manager, Kara Wallace, is a HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL, INCOMPETENT miscreant who has no business being in retail. She threatened to call the police on me when I wanted to return an item that was within the prescribed time frame. I will NEVER pateonize this awful cespool again and have already elevated my issue to a higher level!

One of my favorite stores to shop at, yesterday I went to the Clinique counter & Vinny assisted me, he was wonderful,kind & very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to be around. I come to Dillard's very often & from here on out I'll find Vinny to assist me!

The dillards I visited was not busy at all. There were more employees than customers. I really think they need to provide small shopping carts for their customers. I'm sure they would get more traffic. I know how customers at Marshall's and tj. Max etc. Really like the convenience they provide.

Store is very well kept always keeping up with in season fashion. Helpful and friendly staff I can easily navigate my way through the store.

I bought a LV handbag and happen to be a defective handle I took it back I was told I cannot return it sales on it is final. But the most interesting part I didn't know is a refurbished handbag, you can not guarantee the authentication of this expensive Louis Vuitton. I try to register and the barcode only says authentic. I contacted what goes around comes around company, Shawn Potts never returned my call to address the problem, Carly called back and said she doesn't work with the company, I am disappointed in Dillard's, please don't buy LV from them I wonder what they sell in their shop that is not the original .A big lesson please go LV shop and purchase from the store but not Dillard's.

Wanted to return a pair of Levi's, that had a defect in the thread,had a little hole in them,wasn't even a week later,no tags off them or anything,and since they didn't have another pair in my size,they didn't want to give us our money back,but a gift card,$73.00! No I want my money back so I can just go to Macy's,or Penneys to get another pair of Levi's, so finally after 45mins,they did. It was truly a awful experience,them trying to put me in a bigger size,or different brand.

We always enjoy our experience at Dillards especially in the men’s polo section in the men’s shoes. I had a great time checking out shoes the last time I went and was assisted by two gentlemen who clearly knew what they were doing and understood customer needs. One of my favorite department stores! Please keep up the good work and thank you for weathering the Covid storm and providing products to the public.
