Recently
I
needed
to
buy
my
toddler
shoes,
which
is
never
fun.
I
pregnant
waddle
into
the
store
and
take
advantage
of
the
bogo
half
off.
The
toddler
shoes
are
$55,
but
it's
not
a
terrible
deal
once
I
grab
a
similarly
priced
pair
of
mom
boots.
Upon
check
out
the
mom
boots
were
placed
in
the
wrong
spot
and
end
up
being
the
wrong
size.
No
problem
though
-
we
order
the
right
size
to
my
house,
they
are
to
be
delivered
at
no
extra
cost
and
all
in
all
I
spend
$97
for
two
pairs
of
shoes.
three
days
later
the
mom
boots
arrive
and
are
too
tight
-
by
alot.
I
typically
order
boots
a
little
bigger
but
due
to
the
furry
insides
the
extra
half
size
isn't
cutting
it.
No
problem
right?
So
the
next
day
I
take
the
shoes
back
to
the
store.
Let
us
pause
and
mention
that
I
am
noticeably
pregnant
and
I
have
an
8
year
old
and
20
month
old
with
me
-
so
I
don't
love
the
extra
run
around.
While
in
the
store
I
grab
a
similarly
priced
pair
of
boots
because
they
don't
have
first
pair
stocked.
I
quickly
run
to
the
counter
and
hope
to
swap
out
the
boots
I
bought
for
the
boots
that
do
fit.
Well
the
promotion
for
bogo
half
off
has
expired
and
they
have
no
option
but
to
refund
half
of
what
the
shoes
cost
me
.
So
instead
of
$97
for
two
pairs
I
am
now
spending
$60
for
toddler
shoes.
Super
frustrating.
They
offer
me
to
return
both
pairs
for
a
full
refund,
but
at
this
point
the
toddler
is
wearing
the
shoes
and
they
only
have
bogo
on
their
clearance,
which
does
me
no
good
because
his
shoes
were
full
price.
Otherwise
she
wants
to
order
another
pair
of
the
original
mom
boots
to
be
mailed
to
my
house....
again.
Which
at
this
point
wasn't
worth
the
risk
of
them
not
fitting
and
having
to
repeat
this
endeavor.
Long
story
short,
it
was
stressful
and
the
options
that
were
presented
were
not
helpful.
Also,
the
supervisor
had
one
drawer
open
so
while
the
cashier
and
I
are
talking
about
the
options
the
supervisor
asks
me
to
step
aside.
Im
carrying
a
toddler,
the
original
shoes,
the
new
shoe
options,
a
diaper
bag,
my
coat,
and
I
have
a
nosey
8
year
old
creeping
in,
so
sure
please
allow
grab
ALL
MY
BELONGINGS
and
step
out
of
the
next
guests
way
so
they
can
ring
them
up
and
then
allow
me
to
return
to
the
position.
It
was
just
a
terrible
shopping
experience
that
didn't
take
into
account
the
inconveniences
of
the
customer.
Then,
the
associate
and
the
supervisor
gave
me
the
"this
is
our
corporate
policy"
rundown.
Mind
you
the
original
mom
boots
didn't
arrive
until
well-after
the
promotion
expired.
Typically
I
go
to
Famous
Footwear
because
I
like
the
selection
and
the
bogo
is
pretty
consistent,
so
you
don't
feel
awful
for
spending
$100.
But
I'm
frustrated
with
this
shopping
experience
and
hope
to
never
have
to
return,
just
because
of
the
sheer
inconsiderate-ness
of
it
all.
