Food is fairly good. Unfortunately, the services need to get improved. Date &Time: Aug 2nd, 2023, around 5pm, @Yorkdale food court-Bingzi. Order number: 2285 I order three cold noodle, one with sesame and two with chili sorce. When I sat down and found out they packaged with three chili sources, so I asked my teens to get a sesame source. My son brought back a spicy chili sauce he wanted to exchange for sesame sauce. During his first visit, the staff told him he needed to present the receipt for verification before they could give him the sesame sauce. When my son went again for the second time with the receipt, the staff claimed they already packed the sesame sauce in the take-out bag, so they could NOT give him another one. Despite explaining that they gave him the wrong sauce, the front desk staff refused to help, leaving him disappointed and stuck with the chili sauce for his cold noodles. It's just a sauce, and I don't understand why it had to be so complicated, lacking basic customer respect. I'm very disappointed.

A lot of 5-star reviews and I know it’s a global chain from China but perhaps I’m missing something. The gentleman taking my order was helpful in helping me understand what the items were. The beef peppercorn “burger” is an interesting offering and is worth a try, a taste of mainland Chinese fast food if nothing else. But it’s not much more than seasoned beef and Szechuan peppercorn (花椒) in a flaky bun-esque pastry. Just enough peppercorn to impart a mild tingling but not full on numbification that the peppercorn is known for. The texture of the beef and something mixed in was unique and was good, but nothing compelling. We also tried the shrimp wonton. Fair, but fits the archetypal mall food court experience.

Amazing food at a very affordable price. Store manager Christy is super personable and took her time to show us ways to save money ordering the combo meal. There’s also a $1 peach fizz/lychee fizz promotional event going on right now. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

So i walk up to this place and look at their overhead menu. I am trying to figure out how this thing works and what this place is even. The casier girl looks at me with a welcoming smile. Me: how does this thing work? She gets a menu out and says that i pick a burger, a side, and a drink. Or i can pick a preselect combo. So i chose pork burger, fries, and fanta. It was like 13$. I got my food and took a seat. It was a slightly different but kind of the same experience as usual burger place. It tasted good though and i was happy that i tried it.

One of the best Chinese fast food chains I've been to. For a decent price, I got the bbq mushroom, chilli noodles and lychee fizz. The food is well seasoned and packed a punch.

Sorry I see all the great reviews but nothing special for the price. A little bit of meat in a beef patty type shell. Meat had good flavour but was underwhelmed for how much you get for that price, fries were really good.

Beijingnese here, I’ve heard of this brand back in China but I’ve never really tried it before trying it at this location was pretty mind blowing the taste of juiciness the heat of the glass noodle… They are so authentic! Now this is good northern Chinese food that brings my taste buds back home!!!

I've always been a fan of the Bingz at First Markham Place, so I was happy to hear that they've expanded their locations to include Yorkdale. I will say that it's a bit of a weird location for Bingz, as I don't consider it in the same realm of other fast food you'd find in a food court, but I guess it is fast food. The service is fast and there was no line when I visited. In comparison, my boyfriend ordered from the Chick-fil-a next door and he had to wait at least 10 minutes. I'd recommend one of their combos, as their crispy burgers are a must try but their noodle/wonton dishes are also amazing. The price is also reasonable for such a combo. I ordered the Signature Pork + Cold Noodles combo, which also came with a drink for around $15 including tax and tip. The food was basically instant, as I was one of the only people waiting. Despite the extremely fast turnaround, the burger was very crispy and fresh. The noodles actually come packaged with the sauces separately, which is nice if you're getting takeout or bringing it home. Since I was eating at the food court I maybe would have preferred that the noodles be pre-mixed, as it got quite messy as I had to rip open the plastic packaging and mix the noodles myself. It's also not the best for the environment. Maybe that's something they can improve in the future, as most customers eating at Yorkdale will be eating at the food court, unlike their other locations. Overall I love this place and will be back.

Bingz is a must-visit if you're ready for a fiery and different style of fast food. This Beijing-based chain restaurant brilliantly blends the convenience of fast food with the bold flavors of Chinese cuisine. The menu offers a some options for all taste preferences. We had chili oil wontons. The spice is strong and amazing for those who can handle it. Tried the signature Hong Kong style tea and their beef bun. Throughout the visit, the service was fast, and the presentation of the food was on point. Bingz is a true gem in the world of fast food. If you're ready for a unique experience, this is the place to be. Don't hesitate—spice up your life and visit Bingz. Your taste buds will thank you!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and when I finally had it, it was so much better than I expected! It was not spicy despite me ordering the chili wontons, so anyone who does not have a high spice tolerance can eat it for sure. The fries were really good as well as the ice peak orange drink. The plum fizz I wasn’t a fan of but that’s personal preference. My other friend loved it. We came 5 minutes before closing but they were still taking orders. Great customer service, the cashier was recommending stuff to me. Overall a great and satisfactory experience! 😃

I've been here many times and as usual, the food was seriously mouthwatering. I ordered the Butter Chicken Sandwich and the Black Pepper Beef as the entrees, Wonton Soup Pork and Cold Noodles Sesame sauce for my sides. Every bite was packed with flavor and the portions were generous. I love the Sesame Cold Noodles. The service was top-notch too. The cashiers were attentive, quick, and made sure everything was just right. As for the ambiance, it had a cool and casual atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to grab a quick bite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🍔🍟👍
