    Went here for my mom and son birthday party. I often come here before the pandemic. Foods are good. Place is big enough and comfortable. Just a bit hard to find a parking spot. Staffs are ok too. Price is a little higher compared to others but their foods have quality

    I puked when I saw this wasted cup! Seriously you are giving me this? There was no leak or anything. You are giving me 5 WASTED CUPS?? I ordered medium with the combo and I had these cups!!! 🤮🤮🤮 wth!!!! Do your Job right! Double check before giving to the customer!!!

    Almost every time I go to this location there’s constantly a issue with orders. I work near here and go here often but I’m definitely constantly receiving poor service! The last few orders rather then getting no onions I received extra onions! Today I got Mc crispy faster then a coffee, I was parked for 10 minute for the coffee and was forgotten about and had to go back inside, This location was better before now I’m hesitant to come here since every time I come something goes wrong: and normally when there’s a mistake I’m usually offered something like a free apple pie for the inconvenience, can’t even remember last time that’s happened! This location needs better management. Shouldn’t be parking for 1 coffee ! Also McDonald’s was my first job that I did for years, so I fully get how things Should and shouldn’t be run,

    McDonald’s food is always below average. I hate their boston cream donut… it was my first time ordering it and will be my last time trying it too. The cream isn’t really the Boston cream we all know. Super disgusting.

    A busier location where orders take a bit longer. Ice machine was out of order. Staff could be friendlier. Ice cream machine appeared on verge of malfunctioning because very little was coming out. Small order area, gets very crowded. Food tasted good

    On Sunday Oct 1, 2023, approx. 9:15am I ordered through the McDonad’s App. I ordered a large black coffee and a large iced coffee. Pick up to be at drive-thru @ 2nd window. Your employee/service clerk (I didn’t catch her name, but your Manager Joshua knows who it is. You can also view on your cameras), handed me the black coffee first. I went to grab the coffee and the moment I grabbed the coffee, the HOT coffee spilled out and burned my left hand. I had a grey sweater over part of my hand. When I went to remove the sweater, my skin was burned and some of my skin had peeled off. The clerk apologized and asked if I need gel. She did ask if I was ok but it was not sincere. She handed me another coffee with a handful of Kleenex. I told her I wanted to speak with the Manager. She called her manager by “’Kuya’’. He came over to the window. I explained to him the lid was not secured properly and it spilled onto my hand and basically burned me. I showed him my hand. I told him this was not acceptable. He apologized and asked me to what at the reserved parking area. He came out and gave me a burn gel, my iced coffee that I ordered and a handful of napkins. He forgot his phone so he had to go back for it. He came out with his phone and asked for my name & phone number. He said he would inform the GM about the incident. And then he deleted my phone number and I had to provide it to him again. I told him I already paid for this order, I should be compensated. He told me ‘’no problem. Tell them you spoke with Joshua’’ By the way, this is the first time he mentioned his name to me. I told him that doesn’t mean anything. He just looked at me. I told him again it doesn’t mean anything. Excuse me, is this guy serious?? I’m going to tell some random employee that I spoke with Joshua and I would be compensated’’. He said that either he or his GM would call me. He apologized again and wished me a good day. I arrived home. As I went to grab the 2nd black coffee that I was given from the car cup dispenser and the lid completely came off. I took a video to show how the lid easily came off the moment when I grabbed it. So I could have gotten my hand/s burned again. I had to lift the coffee from the cup dispenser with BOTH HANDS. I placed it a coffee tray that I had in my car along with the iced coffee. I went home, wrote down what happened, took a quick shower and headed to Shoppers so that I could purchase something for my hand. Thankfully the pharmacist was able to assist me and recommend an ointment for my burn. I came completely livid and quite frankly disgusted with your customer service and especially Joshua. It is now Mon Oct 9, a week later after the incident and NOT ONE PHONE CALL FROM EITHER YOU OR JOSHUA. Do you even know about this incident? Did Joshua even report this? I highly doubt it. I tried calling your establishment on Monday Oct 2, approximately 5pm, the person who answered the phone said that you were not there. ‘’try calling back tomorrow or Wed.’’ Apparently your employees have no clue when you come in. Because of your employee negligence, I had to spend money on ointments and bandages for my burn. Since Sunday, I’ve had to apply ointment and bandage so that it doesn’t get infected. I must wear a plastic glove when I take a shower so that I don’t get the bandages wet. I will never go to this location again. If I could really rate this, this would be rated -10. Attached are pics of my hand the day of the incident and 3 days later.

    This place is always busy. I often go here when my kids have hockey practice. Despite being so busy, service is quick, accurate and tasty.

    This is one of my go to locations for breakfast. It's come to a head now that I have to CLOSELY inspect my order before driving off. Multiple times I've been given the wrong order even though the window person confirms the order while handing it to me. Check your sandwiches and drinks before you drive off.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again. Drive thru is designed for people who cannot wait. A few years ago i left a review about this location. I waited 20min for 4 McFlurrys and had a multiple orders where items were missing. It got better for a while but it's back to the same old issues. Recently, i ordered 2 McDoubles and was asked to wait. I have a new policy. Since it is drive thru, i refuse to pull into a parking spot and wait. If you cannot give me my order when i arrive at the window, i will be asking for a refund. Please improve your drive thru service. I'm not waiting in a parking spot

    The service level has gone down so much over the past few years. Hopefully they can improve the customer service among front line staffs to front line managers / supervisor team lead. I remember during one of my visit in the past there was a lady was trying to order a cup of Americano, but the a South East Asian looking female staff pretended she did not understand that lady's accent and kept asking her to repeat. At the end of it she even try to say "Oh, Ameri-Ca-No” like she' correcting customer's accent very loud to that lady. Cusotmers in the lineup behind that lady all got what lady was trying to order and had no issue understand her accent. My family and myself was quite shock of this arragont staff's behaviour and feel like she's no respect to the multi-cultural environment. I know it's quite common that 2nd generation of teenagers feel ashamed of their parents' accent for certain periods in their puberty, but bringing this type of mentality to workplace especially in the customer facing roles is extremely inappropriate. Moreover, this staff looked like at least in her mid-20s (wore different uniform, not a t-shirt uniform, perhaps different position?), and I wonder if top management is aware of this behaviour?

    This is the worst mcdonalds ever. The evening management is good. It morning management doesn't know how to work. Venice is it management and I would give 0 stars If I could. They always forget stuff, and are extremely rude.

    This location is a hit or miss. During lunch hours is great. Quality is great but something happens in the evening that doesn't make it a great experience. Drive thru seems to get priority all the time, and the front counter seems to be neglected.

    Typically a very fast location despite how busy it gets. Lately they have disappointed me with their service in terms of time and customer service. The past 4 visits I’ve had now they are either closed and it doesn’t reflect on the mobile app or it takes 15-20 minutes to get some fries and a smoothie. For what reason? Not sure, if they’re understaffed they need to figure out to hire more people especially overnight or at least thank guests for their patience. Wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

    The staff was polite, but service was uncoordinated and slow. I received my beverages fairly quickly after placing my order, but did not receive my food until 30 minutes later (and only because I inquired about it) and several items were no longer available (possibly because of the switch from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu, which occurred while I was waiting). I was not the only patron who had to inquire about their order and several others were complaining about the wait times. This is atypical, though, as I had not experienced these issues on previous visits—It was only on this particular day.

    I passed by here the other day to get a free offer I had on my app. I asked for the largest size I could get for the iced coffee. The employee said they only had medium cups. I said well call you give me the hot coffee cup? She said no. I said, "wow, great customer service. Fine give me the medium." When I got to the employee who would give me my order, I asked for the regional manager's name. The manager wound up coming and asking what the issue was. I told her. She said she could give me the fountain drink cup and if I wanted fries or a pie or anything. That is better customer service. I'm happy with how the manager responded to this.

    The parking lot for this mcdonald's is so tight and the drive throw end at the handicap parking spot. The service is very slow. And they do not go in the order that people order in. I seen two EMT order there food about 5 minutes before me. The first EMT got there food just when I finished ordering my meal. The second EMT was still waiting his food after I got my order and left. The food was hot but it took a long time to get it.

    Good service overall but a couple issues. The air hand dryers in the men's washroom don't work and there's never paper towels. Also, the napkins/lids station needs to get cleaned and replenished more often.

    I asked for one cream and one milk for my coffee in the drive thru. After I drove away and drank coffee. They put one cream and one sugar. I went back and they charged me for my coffee again even though the first one was given back to them. Make sure that you try your coffee before driving off because they will make you pay again for their mistake.

    Not a 24 hr location. They often close after 3 and before 6 for "maintenence" or "their system is down" or for "deep cleaning". This happens almost every night. Just FYI.

    Typical of what to expect from McDonald’s. Can’t complain about food. We know what we’re getting. I’ve had a couple incomplete orders when getting drive thru at this location though… including my last order, which was missing the bacon in my chicken sandwich and they forgot my large fries. I was heart broken.

    The food is stale and the drinks make you sick. The last time we almost went to the hospital straight from McDonald's, it was very bad (that was a week ago) after that I never set foot there again.. oh, yes.. and their coffee machine never works..

    Whoever that was the lead (blonde lady wearing all black) tonight I came was VERY unprofessional. She had the worst attitude and to top it off rolled her eyes at us when we corrected her on our order. WORST EVER!!! Wish there was a negative star rating option cause this has been the worst I've experienced. Service horrible and the food COLD and stale!

    I can never have anything bad to say about McDonald's. I love their coffee and their muffins, and basically anything from their menu! They need to offer coupons more often since not everyone has the app on their phone to collect points.

    Every single time I come here, no matter the time of day. Thru the drive thru, I'm sent to the pick up spots, the last time I was there for 15 min. Today was on the better side and still pathetic 6 min

    Update July 2023: Recently visited on a Saturday morning and it was insane the amount of people waiting for orders. Orders were behind by over 30 minutes and sadly most customers, including myself had errors/issues with the food received. The staff was stressed, especially the manager who was trying her best. I felt stressed watching the mess for 30+ minutes. Upper management needs to make changes to this location to accommodate the high volume of customers at this location (including the drive thru that often blocks the parking lot). This location is a mixed bag of experiences. Often have mistakes made with orders. Will continue to go here because of the convenience but management could definitely make improvements.

    Service here, in restaurant at least, is very, very slow. I've had to wait 20+ minutes for an order. They make mistakes with your order often as well. Never a sorry or apology. It's also always dirty near the drink fountain. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's, you get what you expect.

    It was nov 7 when we drove thru, and bought happy meal and 6 donuts. This is what i saw on my donut when i bit it. At first i thot it was the flavor but then when i tried to taste it, seems like not. Its a peeled fruit’s skin (not sure if apple or peach fruit) mixed on the donut. Its not just one but two. Hope next time you need to be very careful when youre baking.

    This was in morning and let me say it wasn't a morning rush when i came in it was steady. I came in to the store and order through the kiosk machine if that's what's its called. Then i decided to pay at the counter cause i wanted to repeat my order so i get what i wanted. First of all one person taking the order and it was getting busy and 3 people running and assembling the order. Those people were slow and food just waiting to be given out and my gosh my order of one meal took 20 mins... people were getting angry because they see there food just there and no one with give it out. Let me just say go back to the training board and put the best people in the morning that's how it should be.. Mcds had the best training back then and my gosh if theses were my crew they would not be with me and i will.send them.back to training.... head office check this store please. I will not recommend this place...

    Quick and friendly service. I would recommend checking your order before you leave if ordering through the drive thru because the orders are sometimes wrong.(small errors) Maybe you order large fries but only get medium size or you get coke instead of ice tea. That being said the staff is always quick to rectify any errors and they are always friendly and make sure you are a satisfied customer. We like coming here for a quick meal.😊

    My recent visit at this restaurant with my co-worker’s at 11:30 pm right after our evening shift. Despite the late hour, the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient in taking my order. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the speed at which my food was prepared. The quality of the food was also outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It is clear that the team at this McDonald's location takes pride in their work and strives to provide an exceptional customer experience. I want to thank you for your dedication to excellence and for making my late-night visit to your restaurant. I recommended.

    twice they got my order wrong. first i ordered hot chocolate and they gave me something with mint taste on it(went back and exchanged). this time I ordered cafe mocha and they just gave me plain coffee with cream(i didn’t go back) just tired of them missing a very simple order. They might have to re train their staff to make sure customers are getting what they actually paid for.

    Very staff dependent some shifts are good otherwise this place is run without a care. Waited for my order for 15 minutes. End result everything cooled off. Hot chocolate is barely warm. When I ce back to the desk lady just said it's supposed to be this way. Pathetic. McDonald's time to get back to quality control some locations are in the gutter.
