worst experience in a walk in clinic. The receptionist is so rude and irresponsible. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. They told me wait outside and doctor will see you there. I told her 3 times that my family is not with me, should I ask them to come and she said YES. I called my wife and when she and my 4 year old kid came they kept us on the street and the doctor called me instead of visiting my daughter. What was the point of coming to the clinic if I wanted to talk on the phone. Was it really hard to give a simple instruction to us ?!!! so disappointed. Do not waste your time here.

Long story short, This clinic accidentally ripped off my friend, a Ukrainian refugee who worked for months in another country, for less than our minimum wage, to make enough money to come here, then refused to refund him or acknowledge their mistakes. It took my friend months to make what the doctor took from him in minutes. When I asked if this was unit 18, the receptionist said "yes", when I asked the doctor if this was the place that was was a panel clinic, he said "I'm not sure, we've only been open two weeks, probably". He also said that if there were any problems, he would provide what ever extra documents we needed. That didn't matter because this place wasn't even a panel clinic,.which we needed. When we asked for a refund because we were misguided, we were transferred to the manager who got rude with me when I attempted to explain what had happened. Then I was transferred back to the receptionist who asked me to call back later and hung up on me. When I came in person to get this resolved, the manager sent me to the receptionist, who called the doctor, who told me, he had "heard about the kufufle" and eventually after us telling him that we were misinformed, he said "regardless of what the issue is, the work is done and we won't be refunding you". I'd give zero stars if I could, they straight up scammed us. I have an audio recording, but Google won't let me put it up here. It has been sent to the Better Business Bureau who will be conducting an investigation and looking into the consistency of the clinic's business practices.

Very good experience with this clinic. Did not have to wait long for walk in and the doctor was knowledgeable and efficient. Receptionist was a bit off.

It was a horrible experience. I went there for my medical exam and they forgot to include all the tests I needed. When I went there for my results, I realized nothing was ready and I had to do more tests! Not only did it waste a lot of my time and delayed my processing time, but this also caused a lot of stress. To add insult to the injury, I had to pay extra for those tests despite having paid a lot in cash already! Don’t recommend them at all! Your tone says it all! Yes that’s what I meant and your mistake caused me a lot of trouble.

I don't have much experience compared to this clinic, but my experience with this one was good enough. Dr.Kasianik is such a great doctor with a great heart. She helped me a lot, explained my X-ray results in detail, and tried to comfort me as well(since I was worried too much). She gave me the feelings she is doing her best to take care of her patients. The receptionist weren't rude at all😂 they were all nice + the pharmacists too!

The most unprofessional medical clinic in Toronto. (I've been to every 4th ones from the Yorks to the GTA.) I told them I have sleep trouble. They perscribed me a medicine that made my heart rate go up and I started experiencing arrhythmia on odd occasions. What did the doctor do? He flinched and looked uncomfortable, but did nothing! He told me to keep taking the pills, without even diagnosing my sleep problem (I was told right away that it's because I have depression, but how would he know it's THAT and not SOMETHING ELSE, without even a proper diagnosis?). That was extremely irresponsible - is he going to take responsibility if I have a heart attack? Doesn't look like it. Furthermore, he's SO RUDE! He asked me numerous nosy questions about where I came from, where's my family, and commented on my looks, which - my god - what a creep. The government should just shut down this business. Super shady. Oh, for the epilogue - I get spammed every day about their relocation, which was quite a while ago. I guess the way they treat other patients had them hurting for business, lol. Try do the right thing instead, and don't trick people!

I walked in for the first time and spoke to the receptionist if there is a possibility I can see a doctor, she asked for the purpose of my visit . I informed her my concern she immediately responded in a condescending tone and refused to accommodate. She told me to come back at later time. The receptionist neither asked for identification or any sort of contact info to follow up. It didn’t seem professional in fact a bit discriminatory. The tone she used and the behaviour she portrayed was alarming as if I should know not to come In at certain time of business operation at a walk in clinic.

Very bad experience. They never answer the call .They are not responsible at all. For COVID-19 vaccine they didn't book the appointment. There was a long line in the yonge street in the very warm weather. The information about COVID-19 vaccine in the confirmation email was not correct. I send them email for correction but they did not correct it. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all.

There is a reason why this place is rated 2.7.. An absolutely terrible clinic. Never repeat list. The receptionist (wears glasses) is the rudest, most unprofessional customer service worker I’ve ever seen. No doctors available. Though the clinic opens at 10, there is no doctor until 11am. So why open at 10? Absolutely terrible. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Avoid this place at any cost. We went for our medical to this clinic. They will not do any exam, it’s just an unprofessional chitchat and they will fill in the form. They have no information about the xray nor the lifelabs, they will just give you a paper and you should sort it out. But, they advertise it as near by, which by all means is not especially if you are using public transport. On the date of the exam they advise you to book an appointment after 2 weeks to review the results and submit to immigration. When I tried making that appointment I got one very rude email: DO NOT CALL OR COME IN THE CLINIC. If you want to come we will charge you $60. Anyway, it’s been 2 months since my visit and I still don’t know if they have submitted our results. I follow their instructions: do not visit our clinic, and regarding calling: even you call they never answer. Also, if you were to visit this clinic be prepared to wait more than an hour regardless of your appointment. Take my advice and avoid this place. I wish I knew this before I went there.

Awful place, so irresponsible, not helpful at all. Made me take my sick daughter to the office, then made us wait in the street, and talked to us on the phone when my daughter was walking near the back door, the doctor did not finally see my daughter at all, he just said some points on the phone. After 1 hour wait, we had to go and find another clinic in the area. The receptionist was so rude and care free. The worst clinic ever.

Dr. Aram is incredibly down to earth and he is super friendly. The whole check up process is smooth and the way he interact with people is just comforting. Although the Clinic is rather small but the whole experience is good. I was there for a immigration visit and the entire visit was safe and respected. I am seriously considering him to be my family doctor.

The receptionist is nice and unfortunately, the doctor probably thinks she know more about me than myself. As an adult no one else than myself do to know what the medication levels will be. That she refused to make a prescription but recommended an OTC makes me think of the possibility that the doctor just wanna sell pharmacies….

They are advertised they are a walk in clinic. When i went there they said we dont have walk in today. The interesting part is that next person came in and i felt they know the person and they accepted him. Also, very rude receptionist and looks like a shady business

I visited the clinic last week and had an amazing experience. Dr Aram was so helpful and knowledgable. The receptionist was super friendly and kind. Unlike many other clinics I didn’t wait for too long to see the doctor. Thoroughly recommended!

This is the pathetic clinic I have ever visited. I have gone through all the negative comments still I decided to visit once The doctor is not ready to listen to you at all she will keep on saying that please finish early I have lots of patients waiting outside first of all there is no one outside hardly they get any patients. The doctor asked me to do some blood test it’s been five days i am still waiting for their call even though the test lab has already sent them a report after one day. They don’t have any fix time and day of opening and closing.Today it is supposed to be open (Wednesday) as told by recipients. I called them but not answering my calls

I visited to dr.Mahtab yesterday for my med exam. She was very nice, helpful, proffesional. I am seriously thinking her to be my family doctor in future . Also receptionist was very kind and proffesional. Very lovely place. Highly recommend

Don't bother with walk-in. Reception told me to wait outside without taking my name, then I ask again in 10 min how long is the wait, she says maybe 2 hours. Then she goes and ask the doctor and the doctor says too busy. Waste of time.

This is a conveniently located walk-in clinic with friendly staff. Wait-times are reasonable. I came on three occasions and waited no more than 20 minutes each. Dr. Aram is friendly and thorough.

If you see so many bad reviews, you dare to go to this Clinic, I will say, you are really very BRAVE. Please note that the good reviews 1 year ago belonged to Dr. Aram, the doctor who worked here before. DR. Kavita is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She will never listen to every word you say seriously. She just wants to send you away quickly. This is also the messiest clinic I have ever seen. She will put all kinds of messy things together. You will be in a small room with piles of trash, cotton swabs, medicines, needles, and various inspection equipment. Please don’t make trouble for yourself, please read Google reviews carefully before going in, especially in recent months, and then decide whether to go in or not.

Waited 10 min., saw the doctor very quick and efficient. The receptionist was kind. I needed to see a specialist and was easily given my referral letters. Received my results in a week and had the doctor go through it in detail. Would highly recommend going during off peak time, excellent experience, got what I needed without fuss
