I was really happy with Focus Physiotherapy and its services. A very clean place with experienced and patient staff who provide all stages of treatment well. Been going here since 2018 for physio and massage. I had an MVA and the staff in this clinic are very helpful, friendly and amazing! They are really doing their best to answer questions and bring solutions. Clinic is also very clean and also they make sure I am comfortable every time I have an appointment. Unfortunately, I already moved to Waterloo, otherwise I would still be coming to this clinic. I honestly wish they have a location nearby. Thank you Susan and to all other staff that worked my case within that 3 years! All the best! ❤️

I had a really great experience at Focus Physiotherapy in North York. I was dealing with foot pain (Plantar Fasciitis) and the physiotherapists there helped me get better in just a few visits. The staff were all really nice and they showed me some exercises to do at home to help prevent future pain. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physiotherapy services. The staff are excellent, the clinic is clean and well-equipped, and most importantly, they helped me get back to my normal routine without pain.

The therapists here are very good and have been very helpful for my situation. I met Dr Chandni here and she has helped me a great deal in regaining my mobility. I'll be thankful for her and credit her for my recovery

I’ve been coming to Focus Physiotherapy for 8 weeks and I’m so thankful that I was referred by my injury lawyer to do my treatments here. I had surgery in August to fix a radial fracture and I was dreading having to do physio when my cast was removed. I was scared that it was going to hurt and I wouldn’t be able to bear the pain. All that fear went away as soon as I’ve started my first treatment at Focus Physio. Chandni, my physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable and attentive to my issues and needs. She was able to get me back to 100% range of motion within the first few weeks. We then focused on addressing the pain in my wrist that comes with twisting motions, and a few weeks later, the pain has decreased significantly. I also had a thumb laceration from the accident which required flexion/extension exercises to get back to normal ROM. I’m happy to say that my thumb is now working perfectly normal. Thank you Chandni for helping me with my recovery! Susan is very well organized at booking my appointments and advocating on my behalf when it comes to my accident benefits claim. Their PT assistants Yasmin and Laura are both very great at their jobs and always welcomed their clients with smiling faces and great demeanor. 10/10 would recommend this clinic! 😊

I am attending physio and massage therapy appointments at Focus after an MVA and couldn't be happier with the service I receive. Receptionist Susan is delightful and accommodating and makes sure appointment times work with my complicated schedule. They are happy to work with my insurance and legal representatives directly. Chandni Mehta, my physiotherapist is very talented and has created a treatment plan unique to my needs; she's been able to help treat my back injury, whiplash and concussion symptoms with a range of treatments. Adam, the massage therapist, has made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and has been an excellent addition to my treatment plan. The facility is very conveniently located for anyone taking transit, in a building above Sheppard-Yonge station. It's very clean and well managed and run by the support staff. Happy to recommend Focus to anyone needing physio or massage treatment for any reason, I'm sure you will be well taken care of.

I've found Focus physiotherapy after seeing a lot of "highly specialized" private clinics, and I gotta say I wish I knew them before and saved my self a lot of time and trouble. The clinic is highly organized and professional yet at the same time you feel comfortable and welcomed. I didn't face any problems when it comes to appointment on the contrary the front desk staff was really accommodating and understanding. The most important thing about this clinic is the fact that they REALLY listen to your complaints and offer a variety of treatment options that suits your specific needs. Also they will ask you how you're feeling each time you visit.

Not a very nice welcome at all ...I filled out paper work on my first physio since a bad rear ender and as soon as I stepped foot in the empty office I was talked to very disrespectful. Some questions that had nothing to do with my physio and when I refused to sign liability for treatment payments that was the end. I said insurance is and lawyer is. It's clear it's only about the money in this place. I would not go there go anywhere else.

The facilities here are clean and bright and the front desk was very helpful. I was referred to come to this location for physiotherapy after my recent automotive accident in the end of summer by TD Insurance. I felt the level of hands on assessment from the therapist was lacking and much of the prescribed exercises and treatment were ineffective in relieving my symptoms even after attending about 6-7 sessions. Much of the treatment revolved around me lying on the bed and them using those electrotherapy machines/pads (the pads cost me $10 out of pocket also) for 15 minutes with a hot towel on top. After that, it was just going through some exercises and that was about it. I felt like the level of attention was not put towards relieving my actual symptoms. There was also one time where I was admitted and laid on the table for upwards of above 35 minutes without any treatment at all until I had to get up and the front desk what's going on and THEN I was treated. So apparently the clinic helper or assistant was awaiting instructions from the therapist or I just somehow slipped through the crack. Essentially, I wasted that time completely. On top of that, since there's no parking anywhere in the area, I have to pay for parking so that just added salt to the injury. Being completely neglected for that long just didn't feel professional at all in my mind. Of course, they apologized after the fact but I'm just hoping this doesn't happen to others as I want others to just be aware. This review is not intended to be malicious in any way but just to let others know what happened during my time with this clinic. I feel that the overall service from the front was very helpful but the treatment and assessment aspect could improve.

Great service with professional and friendly staff! Felt welcomed and comfortable when going for the physio, which was extremely important for recovery. Really thankful for what they’ve done for me and highly recommended!

I was hurting a lot because of my neck/shoulder pain. But Focus physiotherapy really helped me get a grip on that. All the exercises Dr. Chandni customized for me really helped a lot. My pain level has gone down massively. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to recover or heal.

Great service, always accommodating. They never forget to put me in a room that can accommodate a stroller. Massage therapy is amazing, they have angelic hands! Only downside is the washroom on their floor doesn’t have a changing table.

I walked into the clinic with 2 crutches and a grade 2 sprained ankle. I walked out with a month later with no crutches and a functioning/mobile foot thanks to Dr. Chandni Mehta. She was very knowledgable and explained the process of physio to me with each step as we progressed. She also answered any questions I had raised with ease and explained why I was feeling what I was feeling. This honestly gave me assurance that I was in the right place and put me in a comfortable mind state to begin treatment. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of my foot and being good personalities to be around every time I came in.

After read all the reviews I finally decided to give it a try cause it's very close to my daily routine. I lately injured my shoulder by exercising on the pull bar and it's been weeks my right shoulder lost rotation ability and painful with some movement. I made the appointment by phone and confirmed through the email. The booking process is very easy and smooth. I was introduced to PT Chandni Mehta. She was very friendly and attentive to the details of my injury. After first treatment and exercise of the week, my front muscle pain was gone so I knew I was in the good hands to recover. I immediately booked the second visit which was earlier today. I told Mehta my pain has moved more towards my rotator calf so she had me ultrasound and ice on the intense machine treatment first then the magic starts---She slowly fixed my rotator calf and I felt the magic happened while she was doing it. My rotation availability gained a lot right there. Wow, I am very pleased. Thank you very much for your kindly help. I will do exactly what I was told to do and hopefully my recovery would be a short one. I highly recommend this place!!! Easy access, great service, friendly staff, effective treatments.

I would like to give C. Mehta my PT at the North York location all the credit for healing my fractured arm. She is very thorough , professional and experienced. My arm is now healed and straightened with the exercises that she provided for me. The Staff is also very knowledgable , friendly and easy going.:)
