Ordered beef shawarma and chicken shawarma, came with potatoes and rice, and 2 salads. We liked the beet salad, very fresh. Portion was large, next time would have wrap instead.

Let's talk about people first. Ali and William, two great people who understand hospitality and we need more such people in the service/food industry. Quality and Quantity, both are great! To be honest, I have been looking for a good Mediterranean place for all these days, none of the other places maintain it clean most times, but Sultan's yonge st has been top notch. I also have to mention that the Waterloo one disappointed me, they don't maintain it clean at all, the management has to put some focus on the Waterloo location, because other two locations have 4.8+ stars and the Waterloo one is way behind.

Great Food for a good price !!!! One of the best shawarma places in North york region. I tried the mix plate (sultans plate) which is beef and chicken. The food quality was great for a very reasonable price.

The best shawarma place and such hospitable service from the owner Ali. Truly, he has touched my heart in only a few times already been there and despite him having a good colleague there, I will never order there anytime unless Ali is there too. Ask Ali to customize your sandwiches and plate if you like, tell him what you love most, and he will definitely ensure that you're well taken care with your orders.

The guy that served me was great to deal with, the food was good however a tad on the pricy side as this is in the foodcourt (just under $20 no drink), photo below was a mix of meat supposed to be two veggies but he let me try a few. The beef was ok if I tried them again would def stick with my gut and just get chicken. Overall the food was good but I’ve had better, hummus was the highlight other sides didn’t do much, chicken was good and sauces were ok.

At the corner of St Clair and Bathurst, an amazingly nice, great and wonderful Shawarma restaurant has recently opened. I love the energy, the wonderful service and amazingly tasty food. Will be there many, many time!

You got to try the malt drunk they serve here, basically an alcohol free somersby apple cider. Meat was great, Falafel was amazing, and the rice was great. Not a fan of the potatoes, but you can't be perfect. If it weren't so dang expensive, I'd be visiting often. Very friendly staff, worth the treat.

This place is one of my favorites in St Clair, the food is amazing and the guys there are super friendly and always very energetic. Price is super good in relation of quality of food that they give you. The hummus dip is very yummy. Variety of salads and sauces.

Really great food: Had a modified LCHF / Keto friendly version of the Sultans Mix of Chicken & Beef served without rice or potatoes but three excellent fresh salads plus hummus & garlic sauce. My companion had the falafel wrap and declared it was good. November 2022 Only open Mon-Fri 11:00-17:00 hopefully they get enough business to prosper.

Service was friendly and quick. However, the food was not as good as I was expecting based on the reviews. The shawarma was fresh and tender but not that flavorful. I thought the salads on the side were not as good. For instance, I found the chickpeas in the chickpea salad slightly undercooked and found the cabbage hard (could have used some vinaigrette). The sauces were good but not excellent. It is located in a convenient location since it is inside a subway station. Also, there are plenty of tables in the food court area to eat.

My family and I stumbled by the food court in search of something small to share, and we were blown away by the variety but also the quality of each item offered here. The beef and chicken shawarma was moist and tender! The salads were so fresh and full of flavour! The selection of garlic sauce, tahini, ‘sultan’ sauce was such a nice and added touch! Plus, not to forget the pickled radish, peppers, and beets - what a nice variety of flavours plus you get so much bang for your buck. Not only that, but the service of this team was truly out of this world. They were kind, patient, and generous. We were blown away by them today. Thank you Sultan Team and Ali! Give these guys a raise!!! 10/10

we had lunch here it is so delicious. Chicken and beef are well cooked with very delicious taste. Also the price is reasonable. Ali is the name of staff who gave us service. He is very welcoming and kind and helpful person. He helped us to chose food based on our needs.

I was really surprised at the food quality in this little takeout place. It was clear whoever owns this place has taken care to get really fresh produce and the falafels were really fresh. In fact they're the freshest I'v ever had in a takeout. There is also a wide selection of veggie choices, some of which I've never even tried before. If you are vegetarian this place is highly recommended.

Was in the area and stopped by Sultan’s for a quick lunch. The food was fresh and delicious. I hate a chicken shawarma platter which included rice, potatoes, hummus, garlic sauce, and two salads. I opted for coleslaw and a zucchini salad. All for under $20 taxes included (I added on a can of pop.) Bot the cheapest lunch, but worth it. Keep in mind everything has gone up in price. Customer service wow factor: I have a mobility disability and the woman working the cash registered offered without my asking to help me carry the tray to my seat. That was a very thoughtful and kind act. Below is a quick explanation of my rating mechanism: 1 star: Absolutely horrible and will not come back under any circumstances 2 stars: Way below my initial expectation with very few highlights. Will only come back to if a friend strongly insists. 3 stars: Average with some turn-offs. Might give it a second chance to test more dishes/services/items out. 4 stars: Meets expectation with a couple highlights. Will come back. 5 stars: Exceeds my expectation by various aspects. Will come back (quite often for food if applicable) and also recommend the place to my friends.

Ali made us such a delicious and yummy plate. He helped us figure out what portion sizes we needed and suggested what sides he thought were most yummy. I wish I could include the pictures but lol was too yummy and ate it right up. Thank you Ali for being amazing !

Best falafel wrap I’ve ever had! The staff were really friendly and the food tasted great. They also gave me a points card to collect stamps to eventually get a free wrap, which is neat because I kept on coming back

Simply incredIble. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and just finished eating it. It was so fresh and so cheap. The service was amazing. The owner/manager was so kind and checked up on us to make sure we were happy. The food was served with love and kindness and I will come back!!!! I am a student so this is very friendly for people who want amazing food for an excellent price.

The sauce here is so soft and delicious. The garlic dip was also soft. The staff was nice and the Asian staff was very friendly, too. It was a bit disappointing that the meat didn't taste like fire, but the food was delicious. I will go back to this place ^^

This place... Is incredible. Best falafel I've ever had, made fresh, and the portions are huge, the prices are low, and the staff super friendly and helpful. Going to have to start working my way through the menu and trying everything because it all looks so good!

This spot is my preferred one. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The team is very affectionate and the cooking they place on your table is so flavorful. I never decline to have a good meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The portions are very generous! I've tried Mediterranean food from many countries, but this is my first time having Egyptian food. The tahini is superb...the garnishes and salads are super flavourful (beets with apple, yummy!)...the meats are exceptional. I wish them the best and could only hope they move to a larger location so they can enjoy more success with more seating and a washroom, which would be the only set back I see. Other than that, this is one of the healthiest and most delicious food available outside of home cooking.

Went to Sultan’s for lunch today after reading all the good reviews and seriously, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I love the beef shawarma and it came with rice, potatoes, and 2 salads. It’s also value for money since I think the food is good for 2 people (or it’s just me because I came from a country with smaller servings). The guy who served me was also so pleasant to deal with, best in customer service!! I can’t wait to try the other food in their menu.

I want to show my appreciation to this restaurant as their food is delicious, healthy, and hygienic. The quantity they provide for the amount of money they charge is commendable. I come here to eat often afterschool and to study in the library. I've eaten with them 3 times so far and all three times have been amazing. The prices are extremely good for the amount of food, and the service is amazing. Especially Ali and William!! They're such amazing hospitable people and I wish them the best.
