    Great place to go if you want your order wrong. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong sauce and wrong bun.

    I bought 40 of these here. It was a busy time, so he gave it to me randomly. But isn't this too much? He didn't give me anything with jam, but only picked things that weren't popular. You make my day feel dirty.

    Ordered Bacon Breakfast Sandwich Combo with a Medium Iced Capp. CSR with an angry tone "BISCUIT OR ENGLISH MUFFIN?". I really don't know why she asked me like that. Then on the other till, my sister got charge twice for the wrap. Which made domino effect that made our order took forever. The thing I don't understand is, while all these are happening everyone is laughing and talking with each other. That made the sandwich person missed my order --which made my order took longer than what it supposed to be. Not recommended.

    Piece of garbage rude indian man who served me didnt want to make food at 130 pm so he told me that they only serve food until a certian time. I asked until what time and he didnt know what to say. Blatent false advertising if this was true but obviously it was just a lazy employee who didnt eant to make food. From a business point of viee the owner should be furious that his worker is refusing to make food and earn his business money because he simply didnt want to. Funny that a woman was preparing food for an uber eats order behind the counter at the same time the man told me they didnt have food at 130 pm.

    So, have to give credit where credit is due. I wrote a review about two months ago that didn't paint a very good picture of things at this Tim's. Here we are two months & a few orders later. We get from here a lot. They have vastly improved, very friendly. The food has also significantly improved. You have to try the new Roast Beef Signature Sandwich, amazing, so fresh. The Roast Beef Craveable & The Chicken Craveable is great when you want a soup, like their amazing Chicken Noodle Soup, the soup is also good with the Turkey Melt sandwich. Try these folks I'm sure you'll enjoy them. They also make a great Chili, really all of the sandwiches have improved a lot. My favorite here is the Chicken Soup, it is really good & i'm fussy as hell, not easy to please, but this location is trying to be better.

    - Slow service even when more workers than customers. - No paper bag when ordered combo. - Sandwich fell out of wrapper while walking, not being large enough and holding hot coffee without sleeve. Notice they never give you a bag, tissue, fork unless you ASK for it. Common sense people! Tim Horton's saving 10 cents of packaging, worth a customer I suppose. PS just waiting until Timbit prices are .49/each... Corp greed at its finest.

    Their coffee is consistently good, and I enjoy their classic donuts. However, the service speed can be hit or miss, and some locations could use a bit more cleanliness and organization. It's an okay choice for a quick coffee stop, but there's room for improvement.

    I ordered 2 breakfast bagels for delivery and it came from this location. Upon arrival there was only one bagel even though I was charged for two. The bag was sealed and I had to rip it to get it opened, I doubt the courier took the other bagel. How do you miss a whole breakfast bagel - that’s half the order?

    Not all Tim's are managed equally. This is a top tier Tim Hortons - food quality/freshness, and service is better than most; probably the best for gas station-style Tims. I can see why they don't offer drive thru - people are willing to park a bit and line up anyway, knowing they can get a quick and fresh meal.

    I visited esso for using the inflator today. But I did not have cash to pay for it and the machine did not accept my credit card. When Ahmed knew this situation,he gave me 2 dollars conis to pay for that. I really appreciate that Ahmed provided his help to me!I came back to return that 2 dollars but he did not take it. He told me this is his personal help. Thank you so much Ahmed!

    Morning staff are so rude. I witnessed an uber driver trying to get 4 different people's attention to give him the already bagged and ready to go order and they ignored him and also Told him his order was not ready meanwhile the order was sitting there and did not check his phone or or even ask him for the order number. I don't understand te ignorance and level of customer service they have

    I can say this Tims is the worst in the area. Staff usually rude and not caring. Orders don’t come as you place them. PBJ comes with cream cheese, instead of peanut butter!!

    I always visit in the morning. There are a lot of customers in the morning, so the waiting line is long. However, this place serves fresh and delicious coffee. It's better than other Tim Hortons. I tend to enjoy ice caps and double doubles and the taste is consistent. Sometimes I feel like the double double tastes weak. This is a Tim Hortons inside a convenience store, so the interior is small. There are no tables to sit at, so it's a good place for takeout. And although it's always busy, the staff is mostly friendly.

    The staff is very friendly but overwhelmed. This place is very busy, and I truly think that the store manager should seriously consider hiring more people. There's always a lineup every time I stop over for breakfast or a coffee.

    I ordered one donut, they charged me for and gave me 2 donuts. My only options were: get the 2 donuts or substitute the second donut with another kind. I decided to take only one donut. I can't believe Tim Hortons doesn't have the technology to refund money.

    One of the best Tim Hortons branches. The personnel work hard and are always polite and helpful. This branch starts at 5 AM every day, so it's great for an early morning person like me!

    I stop by to get a coffe by 10:34pm and the employee refuse to serve what I ask for arguing that it was closed. So in Google it said it closes at 11pm. And then he said only he will serve me a Vanilla Late. Nonsense!

    There was a guy naming rouj or roju its written has shift supervisor on his name tag. This is on Oct 2nd 8:00-8:30pm around, I was asking him about to take my order, he is saying I’m busy and he don’t want to take the order.. and their is a new training girl and she don’t know how to take the order.. how can an employee denies a order??? I was aww struck by seeing his behaviour. I don’t know what is this attitude towards a customer?? If no customer to the Tim’s he is not having a job right? Why is he having an intention to deny?? Just because he is a supervisor and can do anything?

    Hit and miss, weekday mornings used to be pretty solid, though someone now refuses to cut bagels in half, like at all. BUT, I tried getting a sandwich in the afternoon, I’m the only one in here, 27 minutes later, & still no sandwich, 3 staff, no one knows how to ring in the basic menu items that are on the board, nor were any one of them aware that they are out of anything capable of making a sandwich out of.

    It is a pretty compact and small Tims but they still do their work in an acceptable way. However it could use a lot of improvements: Both in service and quality of food. I dont order huge things from here, whenever I go I order a chicken wrap and a drink, so based on my experiences this place is pretty good

    One star is just for the coffee. Ordered one everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. But got cream cheese toasted with the bagel. Can't you see when you make the bagel? It's just "toasted with" I never asked you to load it with cream cheese. And they don't cut the bagel. Weird because it doesn't make any difference if we say not too much cream cheese. Not the first time. It's being repeated everytime. So I quit! To the manager, please guide the person. No wonder if you ran out of stock.assuming she is a new hire. Please watch while new hires are on training. Pretty sure this is a place where reviews don't get a response.but I hope this helps the people who read this.
