I don’t know why there all these bad Reviews but a heads up come early these guys need to go home too. So if your coming last minute don’t bother coming. The staff here take proper procedures if you need to wait wait to prompted. Most people who wrote the reviews are sick cranky people. They do everything right here. This is the place I always go if my doctor isn’t available.

Waited only 20 mins, doctor was very helpful and so were the staff! Walked around the superstore while waiting to be seen too! Overall lovely experience.

Came with my son had to wait for 2 hours even though I was before 3 people. My turn came after the people who came after me . My son was restless so had to calm him down while standing because he would cry if I had to sit. If you can avoid this clinic do it at any cost worst service ever .

called at 2 pm on Thursday December 29 (they close at 5pm) told woman who answered I have had strep throat since boxing day and my throat was bleeding and I was in pain. She td me not to come on and I should go somewhere else. this location I called is in walking distance from my condo. I felt like crying, I had never been treated so badly.

I went this morning - walked in and waited 10 mins until I saw the doctor. Dr. Lu is great. Will be back.

I have been there to get my immunization and fill out the form for my job. I have visited two different doctors: Dr. Wu was a nice man helping me getting my shots and later helped me to send my documents to my family doctor but recently I have visited Dr. Valentina Peeva. She is an unprofessional and aggressive doctor. Not listening to any of my words and I think I can hardly call her doctor because she was asking me about my lab results to read it although she was the doctor in the room. She didn’t even open my file to read the previous records and she was acting like she was trying to get rid of me. She made me stressed and as a doctor she was neither calm or assuring nor understanding and knowledgeable. I don’t recommend this clinic just because of her.

This is actually a good place, doctors are pretty friendly, the waiting time is sometimes long, but is because there is a lot of people.

Best experience at a walk in and I’ve been in Canada for 7 years. The receptionist was helpful and the doctor was efficient and knowledgeable. I don’t know if the wait times are always so short, but it was for me.

I went in, receptionist took my info, put in a room within 2min. The doctor was nice and to the point.

I believe all these bad reviews are not for this place but the family clinic at 29 gervais, there is no official listing so I think people get confused and think it's this place but the receptionist for Dr chettiar is so disgusting that I think people are leaving reviews at the wrong location.

Let me just start off by saying I got here just after 9am. I checked in. The receptionist told me to come back in 40 mins. I arrived 40 minutes later to wait another hour and a half. This place is ridiculous and please do not come here if you have kids. You will be waiting for a VERY long time.

Doctor and receptionist were super friendly and was able to get an x-ray and ultrasound requisition on the same day. Highly recommend

Their operating hours is not what is being said on google maps. They have weird mid day hours where clinic is closed, for example thursdays they’re closed 12 to 2. Had to wait for half an hour outside when I got here cause of misleading business hours. Clinic should update their hours on maps asap.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I was there with my son and the MALE OLD DOCTOR was so rude. Impatient and didn't allow me or my son to fully explain what was going on. We were Rushed out of there. I waited over 2 hours and the doctor didn't spend more then 3 minutes with us. THE DOCTOR IS SO RUDE ITS DISGUSTING

The worst experience of my life While consulting with the doctor about my medical condition, I politely requested a doctor's note, which I needed for my health - The doctor then complied and said she’ll go get me my doctors note and find the correct paper for it. However, the receptionist unexpectedly chimed in and denied my request, showing a concerning lack of professionalism and understanding of medical needs. This left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the quality of care at this facility. I’ll never go back here ever. If your health is at risk don’t rely on this walk-in clinic.

Would you believe that the front desk employees don’t know how to do their job, they just heard something called policy without even know how to implement those policies. If this clinic, by any chance, have any management team, then I would suggest you train your front desk on how a policy is implemented. Thank you!

I found the receptionist to be friendly and efficient. Patients were moved through the clinic in good order. I saw Dr. Lu and would be happy to see him again. I would be happy to recommend this clinic to anyone.

Please change your receptionist. So UNPROFESSIONAL, hard to talk to and cuts you off and keeps saying "ok" when you're not yet done explaining.
