I came into the store with 3 of my friends, told the lady my budget more or less and she tells me to go look around for dresses. As I’m looking, she finds out that my friends speak the same language as her. For the rest of the appointment, she practically only communicated with my friends in Arabic, which I couldn’t understand. Later, I find out she was talking about me and saying how my budget is too low and how I can’t find any dresses within that budget. She could have directly communicated this to me as I was the bride looking for the dress. I even told her I was flexible with my budget, but she never told me the direct price of the dresses. She could have easily shown me dresses within my budget or told me hey we don’t have dresses in that price range and that would have been completely fine. Anyways, I will admit the store does have nice ballgown dress options, not many other choices but the service was terrible. This was the only store I’ve been treated so poorly in. The owner hardly even looked up at me to say bye when I thanked her as I walked out the door. Ps. to the owner: I found my dream dress within my budget elsewhere

I'm very disappointed - visited their booth at the Canada's bridal show. I was clearly interested in one of the gowns but the designer was very dismissive and unwelcoming. I am not sure why you are exhibiting at the Canada Bridals show when you treat me, the only person that was in your booth, as not worthy. I now see the reviews on google and it clearly validates how I felt as a client.

I was looking for a wedding dress and the first ever one i tried on was at Nana Couture. i fell in love with the dress and bought it. prices are also very affordable compared to the market the quality of the dresses are amazing and lots of hard work have been put in. i completely recommend checking this place out for wedding dress and/or evening dresses. also, if you need altercations for any dress, there is another wonderful worker at the store that can get the job done perfectly at a good price. This shop is incredible!!! The owner Nadia is absolutely lovely, and is a fantastic bridal gown designer with a great eye for fashion. I went in looking for a special occasion evening gown, and her collection was small but stunning!! The prices were also very fair. Nadia was SO helpful picking out latest designs that are flattering for me. It was especially appreciated cause I was shopping alone and she really went above and beyond. I also really trust her to do the alterations perfectly! Although I didn’t end up picking up the dress, I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends and family 😊

I came to Nana after visiting a few other stores. I saved a few pictures of dresses I wanted but they were all from Europe or sketchy looking websites, so I really doubted I would find something similar here. I thought I would have to settle on something nice but not what I’d dream my dress to be. LET ME TELL YOU. I showed Nana one of those dresses I saved and she led me right away to a dress she thought would be perfect. It was the exact color I dreamed my dress to be, it has a gold undertone and the details on it are incredible, there was such an attention to the details you can tell as soon as you look at it. I put it on and fell in love but Nana encouraged me to try on a few more so I can be confident in my decision.
