For a department store, it doesn't feel like that! Each corner has their own flare and style and feels very unique. It's very well spaced out and their styles are all very reasonable. Home, women's clothing on the lower floor, men's upstairs with the bathrooms up stairs for access. Nice convenient waiting spot upstairs as well if you want to sit and wait on people. Everything is nice and organized/tidy as well. Store is very well lit and doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Staff are very knowledgeable in their section and gives great recommendations! You can also order to the store for pick-up as well!

One of my favourite clothing stores to shop. Lovely layout, well lit space, and well organized, so much to see. They have styles for all ages and occasions with plenty of accessories. Overall very chic. The quality impresses me each time. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

Not a department store kinda gal, but for Simons, I’ll make an exception. I have to give compliments to the Buyer, whom, I think does a really great job at sourcing really great and unique fashion finds for the store. I was able to find good quality items for a very good price. I will admit I have a sock addiction and Simons really satisfy it. They have countless designs of socks of every type. They even carry some specialty socks made in France. It’s a splurge but oh so worth it for something you can hardly find elsewhere in Toronto. They have denim made in the USA for less than $100 vs other places which will cost you will over $250. If you think Simons is just another Hudson Bay? I guarantee you, it’s not.

I was cashing out my purchase at the end of a Sunday in the beginning of June. I spent an hour or so filtering through the clothes and found some things I liked. I came to the glasses case, tried on two pairs but they weren't quite right. I had asked the woman who was opening the case what she thought as well and with the most motherly advice she told me there was something better out there in the store and I agreed, her advice was exactly what I needed to hear. She cashed me out a few moments later and while doing so, she told me a short story about her daughter that she is proud of, without giving specific details the moral of the story is that good things comes to those that wait. It's not about the sunglasses I tried on, it's about Maria J's customer service, I've never felt so seen by an employee I knew very little about. Her mannerisms, life experience and overall honesty and energy was a breath of fresh air. By writing this review I hope Maria gets recognized by management in an appreciative way to let her know she is such a servant to the world in her authenticity and just by being who she is - as well as to the company.

This store is very well laid out, the home section has a wide variety of style to surely please everyone. I always find new things to buy. Large selection of clothing and accessories. Men’s clothing is upstairs and women’s downstairs. The change rooms are great and very spacious. Currently with restrictions the store is not overly busy which is nice too!

Though La Maison Simons (or Simons as most people commonly know of it) has surely established itself as a force outside of its home base - Quebec. While it has been here for some time at the Square One Mall in Mississauga, it was not until recently that I had visited the store for the very first time. What impresses you as soon as you enter is the sheer size of the store. It must be covering quite a few hundreds of square feet. The white interior give the store a great look and the aisles of skus organized are done in a very well thought out manner. The cleanliness, the quality of items displayed, the manner in which they are displayed, the unobtrusive manner in which their staff is around to help you...... they all make the shopping experience at this store a memorable one. One only hopes they will keep up this standard for long.

This department store from Quebec has beautiful array of products ranging from clothing to household items. Located in Square One Shopping Centre, the store is very large! Great for personal shopping or for buying gifts. Price is carried throughout the store. Lots of parking available, with direct entrance and mall entrance.

Very clean and nice layout store. Huge selection for men’s suit. You’ll definitely find one that fits your budget. Fitting room for men is spacious and with good lighting. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Simons has a very diverse selection of clothes and also has affordable and high end items as well. It's a very peaceful experience shopping at Simons and the staff is always pleasant. One thing I'm not a fan of is their strange elevator music playing in the store.

I was returning an item that was ordered online and while one clerk studiously avoided making eye contact as she looked for shoes for herself (it seemed, at least), the clerk behind the counter could not have been more helpful, friendly or efficient. This second clerk made my first visit to this store a very enjoyable experience. Oh, and one can return items at any register in the store...a major plus in my view.

Love this store. Love the variety, the price range for just about anything between their lines (Twik being the cheapest and then Icon middle of the road etc.) I love the gentle mellow music always playing. I love their house and home section, the lingerie, the swim, the leggings. Improvements: I wish the hours were better (so hard to visit on a weeknight) AND please- your change rooms have horrible unflattering lighting. You will probably get more sales with better, soft flattering lights in there!!!

Yesterday I took a friend to Simons to find an opening night outfit for an entertainment even't he's going to. We were helped by a sales associate in the men's suit section named Marcus who was extremely helpful as we shopped. Marcus took us around the store making custom suggestion for the items my friend picked out, was kind and gave us his honest feedback about what we were trying on. My friend walked out of the store extremely happy and relieved to have found a new suit jacket and several options to style it. Will most definitely be back.

Absolutely THE best online shopping and delivery experience. Ordered men's socks which was the easiest, most efficient system. Descriptions were accurate and true. The delivery was just as wonderful - items came gift wrapped in Simons signature green boxes and expertly packed in the outer delivery box. All arrived as meticulous as an in person store purchase. Simons has now become my go-to online Canadian shopping destination.

Simons in Montreal has been a long time favourite of mine and now they’re in Ontario. Lots of great brands for virtually any activity from skiing to a night on the town. They all have their reasonably priced store brand. You can do all of your holiday shopping in one neat and well organized place.

Big store with lots of high quality options. Service can be a little harder to find if you need help, and it’s definitely more on the expensive side. But if you need something good that’ll last, they usually have you covered. All the stuff I’ve gotten from here has lasted over 6-7 years.

I have very fond memories of visiting Simons in Montreal when I was younger with my mother who passed away a year later. The pink knit scarf and hat amongst other items. When they finally introduced online shopping (or maybe it was a thing longer but I didn't know) I was very excited. I have only been to this location once to pick up an online order (December 2022) last minute before travelling (steamery clothing steamer) and some cute cat dish towels etc. I accidentally broke a glass item in the bathroom accessories section and I was very apologetic and thankful that the staff who heard across the floor didn't make me feel awful about it. I will say there weren't a lot of staff around but I also wasn't needing assistance. I love that they have Canadian made items, clothing and shoes (sometimes this is more online only) and support artisans in general. They also seem to be one of the last retailers to offer a lot of cotton clothing, undergarments (bras, underwear, socks) and bedding/towels. Love that they have a variety of wood and glass bathroom and kitchen items (I'm very anti-plastic :)) Overall, their prices are great, even more so if you catch a sale.

Always a great find to be found at Simons!! Picked up a dress and a shirt. Busy day and had to wait a bit for a changeroom but always a good experience. It's my favorite go to place. You can always find something. Prices are reasonable. Parking free. Housewares is great too. Hubs always finds great clothes here too, really nice men's dress shirts good price. You gotta go here! Oh did I mention bathing suits! Good selection and good price.

It’s a good store, although there’s always nobody there it seems. Compared to other simons stores. I only like the section with towels and house appliances. The clothes depends, it’s not always “wow”. Better to wait for sales to come.

Très chic department store from Quebec. So many cute styles for young and hip to slightly older more sophisticated. Everything from housewares and designer looks to winter accessories and athletic wear.

2023 - May Men's review 3/5 - Selection - inventory on items is not the most robust for men's. 5/5 - Service - I felt very fortunate with the staff assisting my very specific styling requests. They answered and delivered in a timely manner. 4/5 - Pricing - Inhouse products in line with the industry standard. The fabrics are in line with industry standard. This is my go to fashion wardrobe store. I'll be coming here often. Special thanks to Omar and the seamstress.

Beautiful store. High-quality clothing for every age group and occasion. Casual styles for teenagers to sophisticated business clothing, to evening gowns. Alteration service is available for purchased clothing. Selection of purses, backpacks, wallets. Scarfs, nylons, gloves, jewelry, watches. Home decor and bedding. Modern interior with soft music creates a welcoming vibe. Attentive, polite, and helpful staff. This is not going to be like chain clothing stores with loud music and crowded fitting rooms. Reward points are available. Great experience to either shopping or just browsing around.

Layout of the store is impeccable. Lots of free space, high ceilings (really high). Lots of brand names. Quality of fabric is nice on brands that aren't well known also.

My favourite store to shop! The sales are great, and there’s unique colours and items that you can’t find places. The store is so organized. No cramped racks. Associates are helpful. I also love the layout of the store and their concierge upstairs. Really giving you that luxury experience!

I really enjoy shopping at Simons for their unique selection of goods, in-store experience, and excellent customer service. This afternoon 1 week before Christmas, I called the store general line to connect to a dept. about product availability. Instead of transferring my call, I spoke with Tanya, who offered to look into the availability and if the products were available, she offered to placed the items on hold and call me back to advise the status. Within 15 mins I received a callback from Tanya. Simons your customer service continues to wow me! I wish you had more locations in the Toronto region.

Although I had a very unpleasant encounter with two sales associates at the custom service counter yesterday, I did end up having extremely pleasant conversations with their managers Tran and Jean. Both Jean and Tran were so professional in dealing with my complaints on the sub-standard customer service. Simons truly has great leaders in charge! As a long term loyal customer, I wish Simons all the success in the years to come. For those two associates, I do hope they can take this as an opportunity to learn from the best.

This might be my first 5 star review. Amazing customer service here. They listened to the issue, and came back w the perfect solution. One thing to note I approached them with a calm and respectful manner and they said that was so appreciated. I'm 100% loyal to them now, and not just because.my name is also Simon.

Simons offers an extensive array of beautiful and fashion forward merchandise at excellent prices. The website is extremely user-friendly, fast-loading, designed beautifully and is easy to navigate. I have purchased exquisite women's fashions and every item has been packaged very well. The apparel is high quality craftsmanship and always in perfect condition. Customer service is lovely and responses are received in a timely fashion. It boggles my mind how fast shipping of my orders is and I have received my well packaged goods with lightening speed. I am very pleased with every aspect of Simons and highly recommend them for your shopping needs.

Poor customer service in the men’s clothing department. Staff are not helpful at all. I ordered and paid a set of suit and after 10 days I was called that the suit was ready and available for pick up. Drove all the way to the store just to find out that the pants was missing!! Very disappointing experience as I was gonna use suit to a very important occasion. Improve your customer service!!!

Simons is easily my favorite place to buy clothes. The styles available are often a bit bolder and more unique than what's on offer at other stores. They carry designer as well as in-house brand clothes (Djab for streetwear/ more youthful looks, Le 31 for more classic menswear or bussiness clothes). The quality of these in house brands is also pretty nice because I have some pieces that have lasted years for which I still get compliments. They also tend to have really good sales so some of these items I've gotten for $10-$20 when the original price was $50-$80. Go here at Square One or any of their other locations across Canada and you'll probably find something you'll really like!
