Winners department store - the staff are very helpful and very patient with the customer. The store is very big in size with lot of merchandise. The merchandise are displayed in a very clean and tidy manner. In the mens wear section you can find formal to casual stylish wear. In the womens wear section, selection is even much bigger. Other than the stylish fashion, accessories, sport goods, toys, cook ware, furniture, art works/ pictures, jewelry and watch... sections. You won‘t be disappointed.

The store has many different products. Divided into several sections: clothing section (women, men, children, baby) - shoes - bags - accessories - makeup and hair & skin care - food section (chocolate, candy ....) - kitchen section (dishes, cups, knives , ...) - Home decorations (tableau, statues ...) - Bedrooms section (pillows, bed cover, ...) In addition to the children's toys section 🧸 . It is advised not to visit on weekends due to congestion, and worse when standing in a long queue to pay 💰.

Nice and clean store .. You need to really search with patience to select your items/clothes but you do get good clothes. I wish there were more better brands in all sections .You can buy when there is clearance. Baby clothes also should have more options. Limited choice. The pricing is better and there is large enough parking space .

Nice, clean and less crowded place, big parking. I like the discounts they have on stuff. You need to hunt down best offers, I have noticed in other locations of winners, sometimes they have different price mentioned from same stuff , so you should check all pieces before picking one. Staff is very polite and respectful, lady on gate duty welcomed me in best way she can. All stuff was well placed and marked. I feel it's bit smaller than Scarborough location but still have everything needed. This plaza is big and had staples and Indian grocery store too, will visit that soon ;)

I came today to do returns and purchase some clothes. The lady in cash ( Sara M ) .she was so nice she did my return I had a lot of returns, waiting for me to find the receipt.. she was really nice and very patient with me .. her customer service was amazing..

My only concern about the lady in fitting room , I came today early morning, the lady in fitting room her name josmin or something like this .. omg she doesn’t speak English, she doesn’t understand anything, I asked her in English she replied in Spanish.. I don’t know how she got hired … I asked after I finished where I can find face wash .. she said I don’t understand…?!?!? Seriously…?! Other than that the store for me looks amazing and organized…other employees was nice and friendly..

It's always a great experience at all Winners locations, they have great products for a reasonable price and the staff are very friendly and helpful!!!

I would give 0 star if I could. The cashier was not polite at all, the item was apparently marked incorrect which is not the customers fault, but the cashier refuse to honour the price that the store had advertised. Will never shop here again.

I been coming to this location for more than five years , the lady she is working at this location her name Putty ) SHE is RUDE ….! Rude , rude she doesn’t know how to speak with customer always yelling.. Same like always, I came today morning for return and same as always her attitude. Rude , rude, rude yelling like customer can’t hear what she is saying…? Seriously do you think will come and spend money for this type of customer service…..! ?!?! And the management still keeping her at customer service desk …? Seriously..? , I always see her either on the cash counter, jewelry or fittings room .. Last time I was in fitting room , I saw her yelling on the poor customer for nothing .. Me I’m 52 years old . I came one day to buy a gift for my granddaughter ( earrings as gift and her customer service was zero . She was yelling at me . I told you earrings final sale .. Please please , but at customer service desk people know how to talk and engage with others that’s trust me will drive sales way better …

The lady who works at the fitting room Sara I think that’s her name . Is the best everr.. She was very friendly and had a great attitude too. I came today around 12 pm Definitely 5 stars for my review.

I have been going here on and off expecting what they offer to be better but they consistantly fall short. Usually based on the location a store has better items. Given that this store is so close to square one and Mississauga downtown you would think they would have more to offer. They need to be sent better merchandise with greater variety. Overall the store is clean and the traffic is minimal.

Highly recommend winners for affordable shopping. They always have good deals. Their reward system is not so great and doesn't work with email/ mobile. It would be great to see an upgrade in that area.

Visited multiple times, the collection will be updated every 15-20 days. Along with clothing they have 15 karate jewellery, watches, leather bags, home decorative items and toys

Winners is a great place to shop. Always new things and well organised. Only the washroom are not clean and died march the standard if the store.

Winners are good with good variety of clothes but this one was having very less variety and most important very less cashiers in spite it was weekend . It took us so long to finish the order. There was a long queue.

home section is wayyy to small, 70% of the store is clothing. i was going there to buy stuff for my new place and bought pretty much everything they have on shelf only because they didnt have much stuff and i need it them. hope they can expand, by far the least happy shopping experience at winners stores

Don’t buy jewelry, I bought a bracelet and asked them if it fades or rusts, they said no, after 10 days it started fading, went for a refund and they gave me hard time saying “the color is fading” so I said it is either a defect in the bracelet or you lied to me

Mostly clean and a good selection of products! Even during the busy holiday season. Could use more staffing in general but otherwise a great store for gifts and homeware.

Best place for clothes and winter wears in affordable price. They are giving good offers. A well organized place.

The one star is dedicated to a cashier named Juliette. She has no concept of what customer service is. No “hi how are you”, “thank you” “have a great day” “do you have a tjx card” etc. Just took my item, scanned it, I paid, then gave me my receipt. She didn’t even give me a bag and I had to ask for one.

Considering their prices, people might say they have quality stuffs but same stuffs are cheaper elsewhere. For low budget people Winners is not the right shopping place. It's my point of view because I don't like to end up in debts.

Visited early morning on black Friday. Greatly discounted products. Well maintained and products were organized properly. Limited choices in Men's clothing and accessories. The cashiers were helpful and courteous.

Love this store, they carry really good stuff. Their products are of good quality. You can find fine quality clothing, shoes, bags,cosmetics, kitchen items at one place.

Loss Prevention stalked my fiancé and I around the entire store.. overheard me talking about a perfume I wanted.. and "somehow" found one hidden somewhere and actually brought it to me (thanks). However while they were following the 2 brown people around the store.. they missed the dressed up white girl in her fancy jacket that stole something and ran out of the store.

I love going to Winners store, the fun of going through racks and racks of merchandise, however recently I noticed the place is becoming disorganized. Hoping that they maintain the place better.

Well organized store, easy to navigate and not overcrowded. Helpful staff and the prices reasonable.

Clean but two improvement should be made. First, there are 2 size tags on each pant, one is paper sticked on pant and one is a plastic on the hanger. However many of them are unmatch, it is so confused and hard to find the size. Second, there is no computer for the staff who stationed at fitting room area, so that they can't assist customers to check any size. Customers have to find the size from those unmatch labels.

Love winners, always great prices for name brand stuff. My only personal problem is they dont have much clothing for girls ages 10 and up. :/

I had come here for winter jackets. Very less collections.. ended up with winter socks only.
