Been going to physiotherapy for over 2 weeks now, and all i can simply say is that i’ve had such a great experience. Beginning from the receptionists, they are extremely kind and helpful. The place itself is also very clean and well equipped. I have had the pleasure of receiving physiotherapy with Margaret. She is very kind and knowledgeable. She follows all requests and ensures i am comfortable as a patient. She provides me with very helpful at home exercises that target the affected area. MedRehab Group - North York Clinic arguably is the best physiotherapy clinic in Toronto. I have been going there for treatment for a neck issue since January 2022. This is the best I've made in terms of choosing a Physiotherapy clinic. Upon arrival, always quickly greeted by a friendly, compassionate, and professional staff who made me feel welcome. I always receive a call or a text a day prior to remind me of an upcoming appointment. They are very flexible and always accommodate me if I have a schedule conflict and would be late for my appointment. This clinic has the best physiotherapists and staff who really know what they are doing for they have the best plan for physiotherapy sessions and treatments. I highly recommend this location, and I guarantee that you'd be happy with their service.

First time visiting this clinic and the service was phenomenal. From checking in to receiving treatment, I was treated with great respect and kindness. Vivian, the receptionist, was super sweet and kind - I felt welcome immediately. Rhoda, my physiotherapist, was super thorough with the assessment and treatment - pinpointing exactly why I was experiencing pain in my knee. Definitely recommend this place, everyone is so sweet, kind and professional! I will definitely be back :)

I usually don't write reviews but I think this place is very deserving of one. I needed to start physiotherapy after having surgery on my hand. I needed assistance in getting my range of motion and strength back so I did some research online and found MedRehab- North York. I noticed how great the reviews were, didn't look any further, and decided to give this place a try. I have NO regrets whatsoever! For starters, the facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff are wonderful - seriously. The receptionist Fabiana, is such a sweetheart. As soon as I walk in, she greets me by name and with a big smile (even those little things make a huge and positive impact). She has also been a life saver a few times when I needed to change my appointments around due to unforeseen circumstances with no issues - THANK YOU! My physiotherapist Ms. Rhoda is also lovely. She has been awesome during my sessions and I've really seen improvement in such a short period of time! I could go on and on but I'll keep it short and say you honestly can't go wrong by choosing this facility and the professionals that run it. I may even consider using some of their other services.

At first I had a wonderful impression, but after my last massage therapy at this location, I accidentally found out that sheet on which patient is lying during the massage is the same for all patients. Before my first massage therapy I asked my massage specialist if they change the sheet before every patient and got the answer: Yes. One time after I noticed somebody’s hair on the couch, another time there were some oil spots. I didn’t worry, because I know that they assured me that they change it. The last time changed everything. I had one more massage at this clinic. At that day I wore some makeup, including mascara. Unfortunately, I left a small spot on the sheet. How could I find out that the sheet was not changed? My boyfriend had massage therapy at the same location at the same day in the same room, but few hours later. When he came, the sheet was the same, so the clinic use the same sheet for different clients. They were fully booked, so before my boyfriend has come to massage there were 2 more patients. For me, it was a disappointing experience, because in my opinion, compliance with cleanliness standards is number 1 in any clinic! First of all, it’s about health of the patients. I hope that clinic will take this issue into consideration, because it’s dangerous for health. And personally for me it’s unpleasant to lie naked on an already used sheet.

I just wanted to say I actually had a great experience here today. The receptionists were really kind and friendly. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I had Bhavisha as my physiotherapist, she was really knowledgeable and she was able to quickly identify the issue I was having with my right foot, and provided me with great care and some at home solutions to help me out. Overall, I will continue to come back here: I’m looking forward to coming back here and getting a massage soon as well :)

Amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming. Visiting physiotherapy for my shoulder tear and rehab, lots of progress. One thing with the location is that underground parking charges $6 every time I visit. First 30 minute is complimentary, however, treatment time is 30 minutes-ish, so I always have to pay for parking.

I’ve been going to the clinic to see Dr. Daniella Astorino (chiropractor) and my experience has been great. The team isn’t the reception is very kind and helpful; and Dr. Daniela is very knowledgeable and approachable. She was very good in determining my diagnosis and treatment, within a week I started to feel pain relief.

This clinic is where I recently started. The service is fantastic. So far, my experiences with massage and acupuncture have been really pleasurable. Because of their exceptional services, I heartily suggest these folks.

Lovely experience at MedRehab North York location! From front desk to Rhonda the physiotherapist, felt reassured and filled in about my mom’s diagnosis and treatment plan! Really appreciated how Rhonda made sure to explain to my mom her issue in layman’s term so that she can comprehended the degree of her injury and how important adhering to the prescribed treatment is.

The staff is extraordinary, I could not ask for a better environment to be in when healing my pain. I started attending this clinic approximately 1 month ago to cure my strained hamstring. It feels like home! I thought I was never going to walk normal again. Coming to this clinic has encouraged me that all will be fine. The location is great and convenient. Very serene environment. The staffs are great and helpful. They don’t waste your time. I went in for massage and physiotherapy. I really enjoyed it. The masseuse took her time and did a fantastic job. I felt relieved. The only recommendation will be for slow music or sound to be played in the background.

I’ve gone for 2 separate reasons and have been with 2 of the physiotherapists there and the experience with both practitioners and for sets of physio has been fantastic. There is a lot of attention to detail and personalized care. It feels as though they really care about you, your comfort, and your wellbeing. 10000/10 experience, I recommend them to everyone I know.

Timely effective physiotherapy treatment on my legs. They provided me with two excellent treatments just before going on a 14-day kayaking expedition. Treatment was very effective plus gave me stretching exercises that I could do while I was on my trip. I have visited this facility to access physiotherapy services for a potential meniscus tear. I must say that this location is sociable, accommodating, professional, and clean. I appreciate how the staff at this location welcome you even if it’s your first time. Their customer service is top tier through the conversations they make with you and efforts to connect beyond seeing you as a mere guest. The staff have no problem listening to your needs and accommodating upon request. I’ve experienced their accommodative nature from adjusting heating temperatures without problem during my treatment to switching my physiotherapist to fulfill my appointment time if I was behind schedule. The front desk maintains a stellar level of professionalism that does not force you to do something you don’t want to do and genuinely shows appreciation for you choosing their location each time. For example, my physiotherapist set up a treatment plan for me that included 2 visits per week. I had to configure my insurance first and requested that I pause treatment until I get an update in converse. I understand that this might not mean much, but is a detail that is important. How you’re treated whether you choose a service or not, with respect can be indicative of the worth and value one has for you beyond the dollars you put in their pocket. Another instance I’ve noticed is their flexibility with my availability I have visited this facility more than five times and have never had an issue with their cleanliness and comfort ability of space while doing treatment. I've been going to MedRehab in North York for treatment on my foot after hurting it last year and they have helped me mightly. Rhoda and Bhavisha have provided treatment and exercises that are helping me regain mobility and reduce pain, and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. From the moment you walk into the reception area, you feel very comfortable. The space is clean and light. My therapist Eisha is amazing. You can tell she enjoys what she does. She explains exactly what she will be doing in great depth and how it affects the body. She has a warm and kind spirit. The building itself is very clean. There's paid parking but you're given a voucher to cover a 1hr parking period. A wonderful experience overall. 👏

There are not enough words to describe how excellent this clinic is. From the receptionists to the clinicians, everyone is so considerate, outgoing, and friendly. I came in this clinic as I was having numbness in my hands. I was initially anxious upon coming in because it would be my first time seeking out specialized care for bodily issues. However Dr.Daniella,the chiropractor at this clinic was very reassuring and made the whole experience comfortable for me. She is so amazing and really takes the time to listen and thoroughly answer every question you may have. Had an emergency with a stiff neck and they were so kind to give me an immediate appointment. The therapist was patient to listen to my issue and diagnosed. MedRehab group has the best physiotherapist ever. The environment is conducive. Fantastic techniques are used. The smiles and warm welcome from the staff especially the receptionist made me feel at peace. I have always had difficulty and pains bending the middle finger of my left hand and difficulty moving the wrist of my right hand. After being taken care of at MedRehab group, I felt great relief.

Was desperate for a physiotherapist after having back pain that made me unable to work. Medrehab had me booked for an appointment same day within the hour of me calling. I received great care and the staff is very friendly and professional. The exercises and stretches they taught me also greatly helped ease the pain and the healing process.
