Well..simply a paradise. I arrived here tired from hours and hours on busses around Myanmar and this place was a relief. The road to the reception and the room were long but gave me the chance to appreciate the nature surrounding the resort. It's beautiful everywhere, the reception, the restaurant, the rooms are clean and ordered, the swimming pool is crazy, beautiful and immerse in the green, and from there you can have access to the gym and the spa. But the most amazing thing are the piers on the lake from were, sitting on a deck chair, you can relax and enjoy an incredible and amazing sunset. I ate every night at the restaurant inside because it was simply a pleasure, huge comfortable, cozy and welcoming place with great staff and good food. Breakfast was the best moment, a wide variety of super good food enjoyed while kisses by the sun! The best place where I have been in Burma for an amazing price, the better spent money of my trip. I was going to cry while I was leaving after 4 amazing and relaxing day that regenerated me! If you are looking for peace and quiet don't hesitate to book this place! Hope to see you soon!!

The resort was built beautifully but it seems that the management is not that good. The bed sheets are DIRTY. We booked the room with pond view but pond is very small and didn’t look well maintained. Everything is over priced in the resort. I had the most expensive but the worst meal in Myanmar. We spent $61USD for 2 person but the food really tastes bad. Food are cold and weird. I wonder why people would say that it’s good place for food. Also, dont book the transfer or any trips from the resort. The standard price of the transfer from the airport is $16USD but the hotel asks for $35USD.

Excellent place for families and tourists who visit to Myanmar for long holidays. Sun set with Beautiful Inle Lake was awesome. As the rooms are located in the small forest and ponds, proper pest control is really important.

This hotel is in a brilliant location for sunset. For sunrise, the staff suggested us to see it in the car park which is facing the east. However, there is a mountain blocking the sun and the view is not that nice. Then we went to the entrance where we watched the sunset. The view is surprisingly nice. Although the sun is not here, the sky is pink with some mist. The water is reflecting the view. We could also see the moon slowly descend into the hill. I would recommend ppl to watch the sunrise on the entrance then on the car park if you would like a stunning and romantic scenery. However, the restaurant is obviously over-priced. The seafood pizza tastes really weird. The tuna is not fresh. The sticky noodles is ok. I stayed at the deluxe room, but the bed sheet is a bit dirty when I arrived. The WiFi is unstable. I need to log in the WiFi everytime I unlock my phone.

We had the pleasure of visiting this fine hotel in 2018. At the time it was pretty quiet due to the political situation. I must have forgotten to write a rewiew at the time but it was definitely a five star experience. Friendliest and most helpful hotel-staff you would ever imagine. I trust, and hope it is still the same. I hope an opportunity to visit again ever comes to me and I strongly recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay at Inle resort and spa.

We had a "hut" overlooking the lotus flower pond, just behind the lake and it was lovely. Huge bed, sitting room, area to chill overlooking the lotus flowers - all very well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only downside is it's a bit of a trek to get to the restaurants and bars outside the hotel but after a day being deafened by a long tail boat motor a nice walk in the warm Burmese evening is a small price to pay to be well watered and fed.

Overpriced The surroundings are extraordinary, the accommodations are surrounded by trees and water areas, making it a very quiet place and a paradise for birds. That said, this environment is very expensive. And, apart from the fabulous surroundings, what else is there? The resort is logically far from everything (about 1 km to go to a restaurant) but there are no means of transportation available (bikes must be rented), a huge restaurant that does not make you want to sit, a random wifi, a breakfast not bad and included but for the price, we can expect better. The only drink I had, a bottle of local wine, costs 24€, which is almost 3 times the price in the restaurants of the town nearby. The type of room I had in similar hotel in Myanmar is half the price. I feel my room ("economy"55€ per night? a bit overpriced.

When you arrive by boat your first impression is a WOW - what followed was a series of many more WOWs. This is indeed a beautiful resort. The owner personally greeted us and showed us our bungalows. The bungalows are wonderful, very spacious and nicely decorated. Our friends where just next to us with a connecting deck. Again one of those WOW moments. He calls the resort his 'baby' and I believe he can and should be proud of what he built. It's a little paradise. We joined the New Year dinner and were not disappointed. From pre drinks over a wide selection of yummy dishes to the grand finale of the firework and a toast with champagne - all perfectly organized. We're truly enjoying our stay and the resort is a wonderful finish to our Myanmar adventure.

The Hotel itself is gorgeous. Very beautiful and nice rooms. The gardens, decoration and rooms are defenitly a four star hotel. But... the service, the activities to do in the hotel and the food is terrible. You will expect that being in a remote resort hotel you will have many things to do in the hotel itself but that is not the case. The restaurant is really awefull. The food many is poor and the quality so bad. It is not what you will expect in a four stars hotel specially being the only place you can eat. During our two days there I ordered a humburguer but it was from a frozen burguer meat. The first morning we had buffet menu for breakfast. It was kind of poor buffet but better than the second day. The second morning it was not buffet anymore. We had t choose one menu between very poor four options. Defenetly not what you will expect from a four stars hotel. During our stay there were four poweroutage also. The wifi keep disconecting constantly. We had to go to the front a couple of times to get new user and passwords for the wifi. Even the hotel is very beautifull i will not recommend to stay here.

A nice hotel/resort on Inle (Inlay) lake. The villas are scattered throughout the large property and connected by a network of winding footpaths through tropical vegetation and across several bridges. There is an onsite restaurant where you can have breakfast (included), lunch or dinner. Breakfast selection is somewhat limited although you can have as much as you want. Dinner has a range of local and western dishes. The closest restaurant outside the hotel is about 10-15 minutes' walk away. The rooms are quite large and modern. This also applies to the ensuite. Wi-Fi coverage is somewhat spotty and requires you to log on repeatedly several times a day. There are mosquito coils burning throughout the property, and while it is effective in reducing mosquitos it does leave its distinctive smell all around. Air-con is effective (we used it for heating in December). There is an onsite swimming pool, gym and a spa club (for massage). Overall this is a great hotel. The location is superb, the rooms and the hotel grounds are comfortable and appealing and the service is superb. I would definitely stay here again.

The view from the lake side is beautifull, and the whole concept of lake side / floating villas is neat. Staff was very polite and helpful, wifi worked ok. The hotel itself is beautifull. Our experience: 1) We had booked a room that was at the very.. very far end of the hotel. Not kidding, it was lile a 5min walk to the lobby. Nothing wrong with that, but the courtains on those rooms were so thin that you could easely see through! The room was nice but that was a big no no. Luckily we managed to get a room upgrade for only 30usd a night, moving to a pond side villa which was a lot bigger, nicer and more private. 2) Unluckily, those villas have some glass-less windows as those only have wooden shatters but no glass panel (polinesian style). Being mid winter and over the pond, the room got crazy cold even with the air con running all night at 30Β°!! 3) Restaurant was very good, slightly expensive but given that you are basically in the middle of nowhere and you can't take a boat at night to Inle or anywhere for that matter... I'd say it's ok. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. 4) It is slightly away from the lake villages and attractions but that may be a good thing if you want to relax a bit as the main parts of the lake gets quite noisy with the huge amount of boat traffic. And those boats run on single cylinder stationary engines which are loud as hell. Besides, you need a boat to get anywhere anyway so it's no big deal.
