If I could give this place more stars, I would. A last minute booking due to a failed Airbnb, I arrived very stressed. I have never received such welcome and care from any staff, ever in my life. Tash and Macey (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) were beyond lovely and kind, Tash helped me find my car when I couldn't find it, she was so patient with me as I gathered myself to fill the forms and take the keycards etc. All the staff were, at all times, kind, warm, and friendly. Opening doors, kind greetings and genuinely being wonderful. It felt like I have known them all a while, every single staff member made an effort to greet myself or my partner. The rooms were incredible. Not a fault could be found- everything was just beautiful- sparkling clean, modern and well thought out- The blinds crossed over and completely blacked out the light, there were outlets for all manner of cables, everything was so well taken care of. My partner is a property manager himself, and could not at all fault the rooms- everything was immaculate. The location was spot on. Inside Pentridge was filled with family friendly activities and also had a number of different food vendors. We ate at the Brew Dog- recommended by Tash and let me tell you; just delicious. I will recommend anyone stay here. It saved my weekend and the care of the staff was what made a great stay, the PERFECT one. I will 1000% be returning, and I will recommend this to anyone. Please stay here. These staff deserve recognition for their hard work, and dedication, I hope they are rewarded. Thank you, again.

We stayed for one night while attending a function in Brunswick. Hotel is lovely, clean and new and we found it nice and quiet. Staff were absolute wonderful, special shout out to Sophie who was so helpful and lovely! Great location, tram stop right out the front, restaurants and entertainment in the Pentridge precinct. Interesting to see the old prison mixed with the new. Parking on site and reasonably priced.

I just have compliant due to the height of pentridge walls it feels like the front of Adina is hidden. It's a beautiful design and should be on display it's very elegant and modern. Stayed for 3 nights absolutely beautiful Great service Extremely clean Staff were amazing Great experience

The room was modern, crisp and clean. Location is excellent for trams to the city. It feels odd being in the grounds of an old prison but I did a prison tour which was excellent.

Great experience of the olden days prison. Very well converted to a hotel keeping the historical looks intact. You get to sit in the prison cells and be served great dishes.

I had a great experience with this apartment style hotel overall. The room was fantastic, cozy and clean, with all the amenities you would find in a basic apartment including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and laundry machine/dryer. The room service was so so as they forgot to reload my coffee pods and milk several times until I left a note and tip asking for it but otherwise it was business as usual. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport (20 min drive without traffic) and Melbourne downtown (25-30 min drive without traffic). There are also lots of small restaurants and convenience services at walking distance within 5-7 mins. The only other knock on my experience was the lack of easy access for the gym/pool facility. I was able to access the pool with a pre booking but it was 5 days in to my 6 day stay and I asked for it on the 1st day. I was told it isn’t even part of the adina apartment hotel privileges normally and reserved for the other hotel side but this was confusing for me as when I booked it on Expedia it indicated it had a gym/pool, wish they had a general gym/pool/sauna that was drop in like most hotels 6 AM - 11 PM type of deal if not 24/7. The pre booking requirement is the first I’ve ever seen in my experience of over 50+ hotels in 20+ countries travelled.

I would like to thank Adina Apartments for such an amazing experience. I found all the staff both very friendly and accommodating. I love the modern style mixed together with the old architecture of Pentridge Prison. I really look forward to returning to Adina Apartments soon.

Fantastic hotel in a great part of Melbourne. Beautiful rooms. Only negative was the fridge wasn't very cold. Staff were amazing.

Lovely, modern hotel close to trains and trams to the city. We had the one bedroom apartment with a full size fridge, washer, and dryer. Boot factory, mela patisserie, and other great food options are adjacent, and the hotel restaurants are very nice.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation staff are nice, good location just out of the city, tram out front to go into the city, great views would recommend for anyone to stay here

We had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, the rooms are lovely with great views. We loved being so close to the Pentridge precinct and could access the tours and other attractions within minutes from our room. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, enjoying great food at North&Common for dinner and Cobrick for breakfast. Thanks Adina, we have had an amazing weekend!

Was really disappointed with the service. The rooms where awesome just perfect for a couple wanting a get away. We stayed fir 2 nights that was 60th birthday gift. Check in was easy. Only disappointed with trying to eat at the restaurant north and common restaurant was booked with no availability. Wasn’t even given an option to have a drink at the wine bar and come back later. The balcony door would open and the hairdryer wouldn’t work. Called reception who advised they would see to a replacement which never turned up. If you ever stay there they have a pod coffee machine to walk up your milk so your coffee isn’t cold use the microwave. Had to ask for milk as they didn’t replace it when they made up the room .

This hotel was exceptionally classy without being too out of reach regarding finances. The serviced apartments have every commodity you would need regardless of your stay’s duration. It’s proximity to key infrastructure from trams, cinema and shops is perfect for those who who need it.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were super helpful in a couple of very stressful moments for some of our family members. Room was excellent, (910) with great views to the city. The added bonus of being inside old Pentridge was a major plus. Location is not in the CBD obviously but not far on tram or taxi. Good cafes, restaurants and bars around to walk to. 15min to Flemington. I'll definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

This was one of the most stylish and thoughtful serviced apartments I’ve ever stayed in. You’re greeted by a friendly staff member as you enter the lobby and a 24hr check-in is handy. The room had everything I needed and more. Beautifully furnished, huge shower with overhead and handheld heads, gold fittings done right, and two TVs. I forgot to ask about timing for breakfast so was disappointed to find the restaurant already closed at 9am the following morning. Also found the trains a little loud outside the room (with windows closed) but other than that I just wish I had more time to poke around take in the history of this place, which I’ve heard includes the longest dining table in the southern hemisphere, with some gruesome tales. I also heard the wine bar (and offering) is incredible and is a must visit.

Got charged twice but got sorted very quick, Its been 8 days and still hasn’t received my &100 deposit back, That’s pretty poor on there behalf. Would i stay there again ? Not sure atm.

Pretty much brand new rooms . Clean, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom. . Friendly service. It’s some distance away from the city, but close to public transport. The restaurant and wine bar are first class. Quite reasonably priced. I would recommend.

The Receptionist was lovely we rang up at midnight due to the accommodation we were in was so bad we could not sleep. So we rang around for emergency accommodation and we can recommend Adina to everyone as they are lovely and the rooms are clean and fresh and inviting. We will be back. Amazing 5 stars

Stayed for one night in 2 bed apartment. It was nice and modern and clean. Views over Pentridge were fantastic. When their restaurant and bar open it will be even better. Will stay here again

Will definitely stay again, just nicely out of the city with transport at your finger tips. Clean and very historical yet funky place to stay. Friendly helpfull staff. Lovely views.

Great location too, picturesque grounds with an IGA, cafes, restaurants, chemist, cinema, hairdresser, massage parlour and boutique shops onsite. It was exactly what we needed.
