This is literally one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I've stayed at a lot around the world! Me and my son come here to visit Olympia and we always stay here. From the fair price, the cleanliness, the nice pool and big hot tub to the great, (better than most hotels) breakfast, the nice fireplace and lobby area! They have big TVs and comfy beds too! We love it here and will always come back! The staff is nice and helpful! Thank you for the experience!

Unplanned stop due to weather. I love the grand feel of the lobby with couches in several groupings, TV area and the lovely woodwork of this hotel. Staff were very pleasant and professional. The room and other areas were clean and pleasant. Room was quite large and we appreciated the refrigerator and microwave so we could have a nice dinner without going out again in the weather. Business center was appreciated as we needed to print some materials for our zoom calls. The breakfast was excellent and used good covid safety procedures. Breakfast staff were very helpful to customers, especially some who were in wheelchairs and needed assistance. Since we stopped because of the weather, we probably will not need to stop there again, but if we do, this is where we will stay.

Rooms comfortable & clean. Good price for what you get. Great comfy, big lobby for reading a book or just to get out of the room. Decent bfast with hot / cold selections. Need to work on coffee - was inconsistent, sometimes lukewarm & bitter, sometimes very good. We stayed for a week & housekeeping was excellent, vacuuming & replacing linens & towels right when we asked. Overall a good stay. Parking convenient. Good location by Target, Safeway, Lowes, etc.

I'm really glad you asked! As I was going to do a review on Google as well, I reserved this hotel mainly because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great, and the breakfast was pretty good! Customer service from the receptionist was deplorable! She was really rude... The pool had HUGE chunks of human hair in it and had very obviously not been cleaned often and thoroughly enough! I really should have gotten pictures of that but I didn't want my phone to get near the salt water. I caught and ripped my pants on some trim with finishing nails sticking out in my room. I'm not worried about my pants as they already have holes in them from working but I have a four and five year old that I had to keep away from the microwave/fridge area so they didn't get injured. I'm definitely giving the maids a good shout out for excellent customer service, but over all I will not be back next year I don't want to have to worry about what's floating in a pool I can't see the bottom of and I don't want to have to worry about my kids getting hurt from nails sticking out of finishing trim. I wanted to stay here to unwind from vacation, not worry about my kids safety in our rented room. I'm rating it a two out of ten because of the good breakfast and nice maids.

I stumbled on a great deal to stay here for a night (something like 20% off the usual rate) and based on that price, I’d say it was a worthwhile booking. Night staff was friendly and attentive, day staff less so but not that big a deal. Breakfast was decent for hotel standards. The room was large and comfortable. However, the bathroom was surprisingly outdated and parts of it seemed run-down (e.g., missing drain covers). Everything worked, but it struck me as unusual given that this is a Ramada. I probably would have given the hotel 3 stars if I paid full price, but for the price I did pay it’s a solid 4/5.

Room 232 Shower curtain rod leaning down so bad the curtain wouldn't close up right so water was on the floor. Toilet seat was missing a nut so the seat moved. Jets in hot tub weren't working but you could still sit in it. Gum in the carpet right next to the bed so stepped on it every time we got out of bed. The breakfast was delicious. The tv was a good size...they're usually too small but not this one. Bed wasn't too bad. Good sized room too. Not sure we will stay there again.

Pretty good bang for your buck. Good breakfast, pool big enough for laps. It wasn't overly clean, it did smell slightly of smoke, and the front desk seemed impatient with my requests, plus someone opened my door late afternoon when I was inside (when I called out, an immediate "sorry! my mistake!" and they left). No idea what happened...anyway, can't quite give a 5, but would stay here again for the value.

This was a great stay! The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Our room was a good size and very clean. Parking was easy and free. The hotel is close to lots of shopping and in quick cycling distance of the Chehalis Western Trail (which is absolutely beautiful!). I washed several loads of laundry here and it was inexpensive compared with other hotels where I've done laundry. However, the dryer was somewhat ineffective. Also, we loved the included breakfast. There was a variety of offerings and plenty of it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room, hotel, and even the parking lot were extremely clean. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. There's several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, so when you sleep till noon because the beds are so comfortable ( which my son and i did) and miss the free breakfast, you can just walk to Denny's or shari's. I'm definitely staying here when I return to Olympia next month. Best hotel in the area.😍

Good location, not far off the freeway yet still close to everything. Good service and cleanliness. Complimentary Breakfast was outstanding! Good variety of food. One suggestion is that they could upgrade the plug-ins in the rooms to support USB plugs. Aside from that, we're very happy with our stay.

I stay here quite a bit. The rooms could use a remodel, if you're the super picky type. I'm not. I love staying here. It's a quality hotel. The public areas are first rate. The staff is professional and there are plenty of places to eat around there. The free breakfast is one of the two best I've had at hotels all over western Washington.

Little tricky getting to the hotel, Ramada sign is hidden behind bushes and entrance for the hotel is behind Domino's and Shell. Stayed here for 3 nights, our room was on the top floor, clean, spacious, with mini fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, good selection of TV channels, very little outside noise. Bathroom faucet was annoying, had to pull it really hard to get water flawing. Big recliner was old, ripped fabric, we did not want to sit in it. Hotel furniture is very outdated, feels like you stepped into 70's. During our stay coffee was consistently good and strong, breakfast was great, staff polite. This was our first time at this hotel and we would stay here again if we're in the area.

The place is well kept and clean. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The front desk staff need a refresher course on customer service and the place is NOT pet friendly at all, even with service animal paperwork. After 4 days of my families stay their they refused to let us renew our reservation stating that it was because our Dog not being on a leash and running up and down the hallway. My Dog is a Pit Bull and is very well behaved but we keep her leashed just because the bad reputation the Pit bull name carries. Needless to say there are nicer hotels with nicer staff and my family will not be back to the Ramada.

Best in town! Never had a complaint, although now that I think of it, the spa jets have been down for about 2 months without fix, but the breakfast is the fullest anywhere, and the best, delicious! Respect and courtesy from every single employee bar none. You really are treated as a valued guest at every turn! Amazing! I'll never look back after staying here, and we stay here bi weekly now.

Used to be a decent family hotel and not much money. Place was dirty. Pool didn't have towels, hot tub not working, had to get our own extra blankets, food was ok...but kiddos liked. One front desk manager on duty terrific next day different front desk staff was either gone or clueless. Seriously didn't know what she was doing. Just not a place to stay anymore. My guess is not enough staff to take care of things. I went there often enough to see the drastic changes. Not a place I want my family to be in anymore.

the room itself was very nice and clean. after a long day, i was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, however, when i got to it, i discovered that it was broken. the water was the temperature of the pool and the jets did not work. the hot tub was disappointing, but other than that this was a great stay !

The pool and spa being open 24/7 was a plus, the room was clean and cozy, breakfast had something for eveyone. But the true 5 stars here are the employees! Everyone was super friendly especially the front desk people, they appeared to enjoy their jobs very much. I was here on business and will definitely be back if I'm in the area

Loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great! Came home every day and house keeping did a wonderful job keeping our room clean, giving us fresh towels and making our beds. It was a super comfortable stay and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Being one of the cost competitive hotels in the area this one is the best by far. Its relatively inexpensive, pet friendly, great location , great amenities, comfortable rooms, great staff and their breakfast spread is on point! It's in a great area with lots of shopping etc to boot. And you can rack up the Wyndham rewards! I give it a 10/10!

I really did not appreciate being rushed out by housekeeping staff PRIOR to the check-out time. Even with Do Not Disturb hanger displayed, I was asked repeatedly if I was ready to leave yet so they could clean. However, generally happy with the location and safety, very friendly desk staff, and room did not have any major issues.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were so Friendly. Me and my fiancΓ© were last minute needing a hotel and all the hotels were wanting 600$ for 2 nights and this hotel for 2 nights was 305$ , there pool and hot tub was open 24hours, the breakfast was so delicious and a lot to choose from. The hotel was nicely organized and very gorgeous! We definitely would come back!

The place was nice and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. I did not like all the homeless people walking around the property though.

This place is a bit spendy for a Lacey hotel but is very clean, quiet and nice. Excellent customer service. And nice little breakfast bar. I have stayed twice and was very pleased both times.

The location has got to be the best, very close to Interstate 5 and yet is surprisingly quiet at night. Also there are oodles of restaurant options. Room is quite spacious. Very nice breakfast plenty of options including waffles. Pool was clean with very large hot hot tub.

This was a wonderfully well stocked and well-staffed property with great amenities. We were amazed at the 24-hour Pool and Hot Tub option. Ultimately, we did not utilize it but were thrilled to know it was there anytime if we so chose.

I really like the 2bedroom for price point & privacy. Substantial breakfast for a hotel. Pool usually crowded with kids but appreciate its open 24 hrs so if you want exercise you can go at off hours, gym decent too. I’ve stayed here a few times now for price point and location for exploring nature all over the greater Olympia area.

Staying here for a short work trip. This hotel had a great price and is near where I need to be, so I booked it based on the high ratings and I’m glad I did. Super easy check in, helpful staff, and a clean room with a microwave and refrigerator. I will definitely stay here again for future work trips. I also enjoyed the free parking, free breakfast, and free WiFi.

The staff were beyond helpful and friendly upon checking in and when needed. Rooms were clean and quiet. The location was a little iffy because of how close it is to some of the other not as nice hotels and there is a large number of homeless in the area. The parking lot gets full quickly in the evenings and it's not very well lit. The buffet was pretty good and there was plenty to choose from, A big plus is that the pool is open 24hours!

Good location with some restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of free parking, though it was kind of tricky to find the right entrance into the hotel. There are a few driveways in a row, but some are dead ends Hotel was super busy when we were there. The pool is 24 hrs and it was packed in the evening. The breakfast buffet was good, but kept running out of hot items and everyone had to wait. The staff were quick and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfy beds. The hotel is dated, but it was a good value for money and cozy enough. I would stay there again.

The room was surprisingly big and clean. Bathroom is a quite outdated, but was also clean. Location is ok. Breakfast was, for a European, below average. Lack of good bread (bagels were old), scrambled eggs tasted watery. But above all, they use plastic knives and forks as well as disposable plates. Why? Is it really that hard to use normal plates and cutlery? Far from sustainable!

  • 4/5 Glor S. 1 year ago on Google
The beds are comfortable, the water pressure was a bit sharp and aggressive >~>, but dang my hair has never felt cleaner. They had an amazing assortment of things for breakfast, a waffle maker, crispy potatoes, sausage links, hard boiled eggs, omelettes, yogurt, muffins, and cereal. They had a drink vending machine, a 24 hour pool and gym. Clean rooms, and friendly staff. We will definitely come back.
