I was very happy with my stay; the rooms were a lot cleaner then most motels; people that are present at this motel are very kind and generous. These people are harmless and are mistakenly judged by others simply because they might not look like the people that go into the Hilton inn. this place is willing to let those people that don’t have much in life and give them a place to stay to get better however long that might take. I hope that some rich man or woman drives by that motel one day and gives a helping hand to someone with their broken down vehicles or just be kind to them and chat for a few . Instead of being afraid and angry about it. The office lady was wonderful, kind and very helpful.

Do not stay here. Trash bags piled up out front of the room, bags over the fire alarm in room, stains on the sheets, urine in the toilet upon arrival, no towels upon arrival and then accused of stealing towels by management after asking for a refund. Was told refund was processed by motel mgmt but just got off the phone with my credit card company and they told me there has been no attempt to refund me.

I'm never coming here again after I didn't even get to enjoy my night with my boyfriend we had to literally leave and go stay with some friends cause the neighbors were all drunk and annoying the front counter didn't do anything after I went down there and complained about it

This place has done some great clean up! Nice not having people hanging out all night. Great on security also! Great management!

This place is an experience. You may feel like an outsider and depending on who you are, you may not feel completely safe. * However* I'm not here to give this place a negative review. First off, I despise chain motels! I would much rather support a small, locally owned business any day! Even if some consistency is lost. The young man behind the counter was really friendly. The room was clean and the location to downtown was excellent. I did feel a little like an outsider though. I think there are long term, more permanent residents living there who probably feel a little put out when strangers roll in and stare at them. It reminds me of the time I moved into a new neighborhood in Boston. It took a long time before I really felt like I belonged..for people to trust me and I them. Eventually though, the guy with the crazy eyes and neck tattoos that lived down the hall became a friend. These things don't happen overnight! This is not a generic run of the mill budget chain motel. This place has personality and many personalities too. Sometimes that's way better than a bored zombie in a uniform behind the front desk who gives you a key to a room that looks the same in 1000 cities..... It all just depends on you.

Get what you pay for. Cheap hotel but you have tweakers everywhere and rooms not cleaned well. My room had opened beers in the fridge from the last people who stayed there and the house keeper had put the bleach/powdered soap in the bath tub but never washed or scrubbed it. I didn't want to pay an extra $60 for a few hours of sleep somewhere nicer.

Tweeker inn. You literally have people breaking the law on your property and have the nerve to charge as much as y'all do. Lmao place needs to be closed by health department. I chose to sleep in my car before going here.

Good grief, very few reasons I can even think of that I'd go to this motel. I think I was picking my friends up near there to go out to the casino.. that's about the right time frame.

The check in person was nice but the checkout person was very rude. I have never experienced awful customer service in my life. Floors were dirty and my feet were black after walking on it for a minute. Uncomfortable beds and noisy, but you get what you pay for. Just make sure to not have high expectations and to not wash your body or it be considered a damaged item. Such as a towel and charged for it when it would come clean.

There's nothing more valuable or precious that anyone can ever share with another person than God's word. Love someone about this today. People are dying to know what a friend really is.

** This is a homeless transitional facility, which needs to be disclosed to travelers prior to check in. ** There is no mention of this fact on the website, no mention when calling the front desk to book, no mention on the travel booking site’s listing page. There is a no refund policy, which seems deceitful after the above information is discovered upon check in. I booked this as a last resort as all the other hotels were full. I was greeted to an array of run down vehicles in the parking lot, tweakers and suspicious characters coming/going, running around knocking on doors, one guy eyeing my car as I unloaded my belongings and dog. The room smelled like old cigarettes and was not fully cleaned. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings or my dog there and immediately checked out. I didn’t want to find out what it was like in the middle of the night as a solo female traveler. This left me in a very stressful situation, scrambling to find a last minute place for my special needs dog while I had to work that day. I was refunded 50% but really this whole situation could have been easily avoided with some up front honesty. Do not stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is not a regular motel and seems to mostly be occupied by homeless/transitional people. We arrived after 6:00 PM and were told our room was not ready because the previous people took too long to check out. That should have been a huge red flag, but we were hungry and tired from driving. We went out to eat and returned a couple of hours later. The room was cleanish, but it appeared that they had kicked somebody out to give us the room. The fridge was full of someone's food (milk, eggs, etc). We had a couple of people knocking on the door looking for someone else. They had already taken payment when we first arrived, and it was too late to find another hotel, so we did stay. Beds appeared clean but were not super comfortable. There was no door on the bathroom. We were worried that our car might get broken into. Luckily, it was ok, but I would never stay here again. The staff should be disclosing what kind of place this is when people reserve.

Checked in late, was there less than 2 hours when live Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. Packed up and left immediately. So gross. Will not be back
