Hallie was wonderful at piercing my daughter's ears. Kind, patient and very detail oriented with both myself and my child. She answered all my questions and treated my five year old very professionally; neither of us felt rushed or unsure about any aspect of the piercing process. Thank you so much, Hallie, for such a great experience.

Took my girls in after a movie and the only chick working on a Friday evening decided piercing was priority over paying customers in line. Watched at least 10people and our family walk out because no one was working the register. . Doesn’t seem to click to these young workers that if they don’t help paying customers they won’t have jobs. SMH So disappointing.

Zero stars if I could spent 80$ on an ear piercing for my two year old . The piercer didn’t even put the back on because the piercer got jammed when she did it and I noticed when I got to the car had to go back in to have them put it on. Crying toddler again. Then the back fell off again a few days ago. When you spend 80$ on earrings you would expect the backs not to fall off ! Now the earring fell out and I basically wasted 80$ and caused pain in my two year old for no reason because I will have to re peirce again. Don’t go here for toddlers

That piercing gun is genuinely the most agonizing way to insert metal into yourself, I've had a ton of piercings and anytime somebody asked me what hurt the most my answer is hands down getting my ears pierced at Claire's. I'm actually amazed CHILDREN do this, getting a semi blunt rod blasted through your ears, and they don't even have the courtesy of giving you a long stud to accommodate for the swelling after they eviscerate your lobes. I remember literally digging the back of my stud out of my swollen bleeding ears like it was yesterday, I have gigantic puffy scars on each lobe that I'd never get pierced again. I've had multiple facial piercings and I'm actually too much of a coward to ever endure getting my ears blasted by some 19 year old Claire's employee again.

the workers were rude and they had an attitude for no reason when we were there. they looked at us weirdly the when we we’re leaving. did not appreciate that lol.

They had the cubic zirconia in the size I wanted. Came from JCPenney's after being brushed off, they are soo snooty in there, if you don't look like you aren't rich they don't bother to even help you... CLAIRE'S on the other hand is ALWAYS fun to browse and we found exactly what I wanted within minutes of walking in to the store. The cashier was very pleasant and had a mushroom shirt on, too cool

Took our daughter here as a treat. Staff were helpful without being invasive. They didn't say anything as our blind daughter felt different things to "see" them. Some stores do. As they could see I was out of my element, they offered assistance as needed.

Was difficult to find in the mall. Very small, a stroller or wheelchair would not fit. It's definitely not accessible ♿️. But if you're looking for over the knee socks they'll always have cute ones.

Visited the other day with my daughter to get her ears pierced not too long ago. Since it was her first time getting it done she was very nervous and scared but a young blonde girl Vera I believe, did a great job connecting with my daughter to ensure everything was alright, She was with her the whole time and tried her best to distract her from the procedure. Additionally, the work was accomplished with skill and professionalism throughout the duration of the project, and helped my daughter find what she wanted afterwards and provided great recommendations. Very qualified for the position, and it was evident that she had a great deal of expertise in her field. I will be requesting Vera the next time I revisit Claire's for another piercing.

Made an appointment got there even a few minutes early and they proceeded to tell me the piercer lady left 15 minutes prior to me arriving for my appointment I booked I wasn’t happy

There's this rude woman who grabbed my wrist and accused me and my friend of stealing and when she realized we weren't she got mad and walked off, she didn't even apologize to us.

Nice variety of earrings they have nice hoops nd studsfor formal or work. Then they have plenty of fun and silly earrings for goofy times.

Please don't waist your time with a ear piercing here. Fell out after a week, called and emailed customer service and was treated poorly. Will never return. This company should be ashamed how they treat their customers.

Prices are pretty steep for cheap jewelry but they usually have good deals going. I wish they had a bigger store though, you get five adults and a few children in there and it feels packed!

Claire's is a cutesy, fun, pink store it is really fun to just go in and look! But two earing is $10! And yes they have nice stuff like princess crowns and chokers but I am not paying prices that high which is why I normally look.

Had my nose pierced on Sunday. Woke up Tuesday with no nose ring. Spent almost 200 between my nose and daughters ears. Was told free replacement jewelry for a year. Went in today was told it would be an additional 72.00 and that the replacement earing would be extra because they only cover 14.00 earings. Called HQ just to be given a voice-mail. The girl working at the store had an instant attitude as soon as I said I had my nose done 5 days ago and I was wondering what to do now. She was obviously bothered by my existence. Rolled her eyes when I asked what the free rings for a year replacement was. What a waste of time and money.

Very unprofessional staff... I would not recommend unless you don't mind waiting to get your piercing an hour after the appointment you made...

They scammed me the girl said that the diamond earrings were real so I got them for $134 or smt like that but then I checked ‘em with a diamond tester and they were fake. Don’t get scammed by those people

Free ear piercing with purchase of earing and solution. 7 year old pick her birthstone. 75 bucks when said and done for " free ear piercing". They did however do a good job on it by having 2 girls so an ear at the same time so wasn't as bad for my daughter, just the price was high.

It's okay if you like to wear a lot of jewelry, they have more of female stuff.

This is always such a fun place to go when looking for a gift. I get to see what's popular with some, and my granddaughter has always enjoyed my purchases.

Claire's is not my bucket of tea but my daughter loves the place. Lots of cheap products so she can feel fancy.

Fantastic store for the energetic or just plain eccentric little fashionista in your life. Even if that fashionista is you. There's always some sale going on, things are surprisingly cheap and the variety is massive. The only accessories they don't carry are ones for the kitchen sink. From jewelry to hair to notebooks, they really have glitter and rainbow everything. Excellent shop with chipper and polite staff who always tell you the best deals.

People who worked here specifically 2 young girls were very rude. I accidentally knocked over a candy lollipop and bent over to pick it up and they told me to pick it up as I was doing so. And the proceeded to stare me down and give weird looks. Never have I ever had a bad experience in this store until I ran into these workers.
