We got my engagement ring and both me and my husband’s wedding rings here! And for a great deal. They totally respected our budget and helped me find a beautiful engagement ring for under budget and it was exactly what I was wanting. Also with a warranty so they inspect and clean our rings every 6 months. I needed a tiny repair once and they did it for free and timely. You can take them in to get cleaned as often as you want and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Sarah was great!! She was helpful and patient from the minute we walked in. Was counting the minutes til close and in the end graced us with her service and very uplifting attitude!! She ended up staying several minutes after hours. Great ecperience!!

I took my grandmothers jewelry to Riddles to be cleaned. Ava was super sweet, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job cleaning my jewelry. She also made sure there were no loose stones. While there, I looked at some jewelry for myself and not a single stuff member was pushy or unfriendly. They were all great. I will definitely be back whenever I consider a new piece of jewelry!

I have not had the chance to make an actual purchase here but I have gotten my wedding ring cleaned here a few times and had a broken chain fixed once. I went in last Saturday to get my chain fixed and the sales man was rude and told me that there was no reason to fix my chain cause it would just brake again, but I have the warranty on it. He tried to sell me a different chain instead of honoring the warranty, telling me it would only cost $60 instead of just fixing my chain. I know he was just trying to get a sale out of me but I don’t have the money for a new chain and I had to find a different chain at home and I wasted a trip to Omaha.

We came in looking to resize my wife's marque diamond that I got her for our 10th anniversary. Sara helped us to pick out an insert band. We had things set up to pickup in about 10 days. Arrived at the store, ring sized but not put together...now a bad situation was made right by Heja the store manager. He understood our frustration and made arrangements for the work to be done immediately by the goldsmith. Turned out beautifully. Gave us a couple great perks for our time and effort. Highly recommend the customer service

They were wonderful as always (I work in healthcare and have to get my ring cleaned often). Today Heja helped me pick out a pair of diamond studs and hoops that I have always wanted! My husband purchased my engagement ring from an online retailer, but the staff at this store helped me to find a band for both of us that matched really well. We received a great deal while shopping around Black Friday and the service, despite it being Black Friday, was excellent. After ordering, our rings arrived very quickly. Mine arrived before my husbands. When they called us to let us know that it arrived and was ready for pickup, they weren't clear and we thought that they meant both rings. We made a special trip to the store and were disappointed that we would have to come back for his ring. Later on, I got my ring soldered. This took only about a week and turned out great! I love that this is a more local, South Dakota company!

Absolutely love this place. I bought my other half a wedding band. The ring needed to be resized they sent off and it was back very quickly. Sadly though the ring was less than months old and my other half had it on at work and was called.to.floor so he slipped it in his pocket and at some point he lost it. :( The staff is amazing and the jewelry is great quality with good prices.

Good quality jewelry! I have bought a couple pieces from here for my sons and they loved them! They are also always willing to do repairs on the spot!!! I even brought in my mothers wedding ring from 50 yrs ago that had been beat up a bit and Nathan was able fix it in less then 20 min!! I will definitely be back!

I had gone into Riddle’s looking for a bracelet for my boyfriend with a low price range being a teenager in high school. Krista immediately gave me a good impression and assisted my needs. This was my first time ever purchasing off the riddles website. Chaydon made it very easy and also sent me extra pictures then what was posted on the website. It made it a lot easier to gauge the size next to a quarter rather then a white background on the website. All and all. I felt comfortable and confident on the purchase.

Would not recommend at all!!!!! Had bought a wedding ring for my fiancé over 2 weeks ago. Went to pick up today from being sized in house and was told the can’t size the ring to a 9.5 because of the style.(princess cut channel set band). Why were we not told this at the sale the manager even was the one that sized here for the ring in June! Manager was also there and help with the sale. Was told pick something else or get refunded. We chose to refund and take our Business somewhere more professional.

Sarah and Nathan went above and beyond to assist me today. Nathan even went out of his way to help me fix my ring on a day he wasn't working l. (He was working but it was for training.) You guys are awesome. Happy Holidays!
