I came in with a need for a custom anniversary ring to give to my wife at our 10 year party. The team was great providing options to help get what I wanted in the time frame I needed it and I felt it was a great value for my ask.

It was a great experience. Adam was very helpful and the procedure was very fast and seem less. Everything felt perfect and me and my partner felt a lot more connected while getting the bracelet and even more connected after! The whole time we were all smiling and having fun.

Came in the store a few months ago to find gifts for my mom and sister. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. All of the jewelry was absolutely beautiful. They found the pieces I was looking for and gift packaged everything individually to make my gift giving as easy as possible. The look on my mom and sister’s face when they opened their gifts was amazing and I thank the wonderful family who owns this store for helping me.

I visited Elisa Ilana last October for a gift for my girlfriend, I got her a necklace. I was treated like family & had the best jewelry shopping experience in my life here! our appointment was at 4:45, but we got there at 4:20 and Adam got us in. he was helpful picking out what we wanted and explaining the differences. he made the experience enjoyable and made sure we were comfortable. it only took about 20 minutes for two people. 10/10 experience

We brought our engagement ring in for resizing and found our experience to be pleasant. There was, unfortunately, a miss communication about the new size and cost, but the staff was more than accommodating. They gave us a discount and offered another resize later if we thought it necessary. Overall we are very pleased with this service.

My Sister and I went to Elisa Ilana Jewelry for permanent bracelets. I had remembered seeing jewelry from Elisa Ilana when they were at the mall years ago. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile, and felt welcome right away. Adam explained the process for permanent bracelets and showed us their selection. We immediately knew right away which one we wanted. Their selection was very nice and extensive. He explained pricing and worked with us to find the perfect size to fit our wrists. When he finished with both our bracelets, we were thrilled. We love them! Next time we came back to Omaha, we will definitely make another trip to see him. Having just one bracelet is not enough.

First time stopping here, after 10yrs of marriage wanted to get a real wedding band that wouldn't irritate my finger. I went into this gallery for the first time with a friend who was picking up an item, and I had no intention of shopping. I stumbled upon Elisa Ilana Jewelry last year, while searching for a Pandora Bracelet for my wife. So far, I have not been disappointed. Today, I stopped by to purchase an Anniversary Charm, and inquired about a Breast Cancer Charm. They did not have one available, but that didn't stop Adam from putting one together. My wife loved both charms and they will make an excellent additionto her bracelet. This is type of customer service that I look for in a business... And they have earned my business for a long time. I went in on Saturday morning to purchase 2 Pandora bracelets for some very dear friends of mine. I got a them the charm that says Friends are the family you choose. I parked my car and there was a gentleman coming in the store as well. He held the door open for me and walked a couple steps into the store turned to me and said "how can I help you today?" I was like wow this person just walked in the door hadn't even had a chance to see what was happening and he already was focused on the people in the store to help. I told him what I was looking for from Pandora and he showed me the bracelets and I chose the silver with the heart clasp for both friends. Then I asked about the puzzle piece friends charm and he showed me what it looked like but it just didn't seem to hit me so I asked about one he showed me on the iPad. It said friends are the family you choose. You could read the writing perfectly and the detail around the circle was beautiful. I chose that one. He tried to explain to me that I needed something for myself and while I have my eye on a charm it just wasn't the right time for me. He boxed everything up in nice boxes and put them in bags with tissue paper and even added a bow to each package. He asked for all my information for receipt and after I paid he handed me the boxes and said that it was a pleasure to have me in the store. I've been to stores before and purchased things but there is something special about that store. They really listen to what you want and help you find everything you need. I will be back for my charm soon!! Thank you for everything!!!

I purchased a ring online and sent it back to get a smaller size over a month ago (early June) and I haven't heard back! I have reached out over 5 times with no response back. I had to pay additional money to send it back and was going to get charged to get the new size as well. Thank you for your response and for letting me know. I would have appreciated if someone had let me know that the ring was on back order instead of not responding. I look forward to receiving the shipment.
