If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk person was nice, the nurse was nice. The doctor was horrible. The nurse and the doctor were outside my room and I overheard him say “let me just get this girl out of the way and we can get to that person next.” What a great thing to hear before you’re about to see him. He walks in and talks to me as if I’m wasting HIS time. Doesn’t even try to be friendly towards me, he tried to get through my physical as fast as he could. No eye contact. When he was checking my ear and noticed something wasn’t right, he made no effort to give me solutions of what to do next. Is this the type of doctor you want to check on you? Absolutely not. Don’t go here unless you want to feel like you're wasting the doctors time.

Had a very good experience. I made an appointment so my wait time was next to nothing. Everyone was super professional. I saw the PA James Mooney. He was patient, took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. He was reassuring but honest. He also had a great bedside manner. I would feel comfortable returning if needed. I recommend this urgent care.

I had been feeling pretty ill for a few weeks, but was busy moving and the holidays I neglected to take care of myself. The day after Thanksgiving I had had enough and my clinic was closed so I visited your AFC clinic and as I expected because of a visit prior to this one. It was simply amazing. The staff is so welcoming and the PAs and the nurses are outstanding. Even before my prescriptions were picked up and I begin to take them I left there feeling so much better. Of course, I will use my normal clinic when time allows. Emergencies that I have, I will be coming to your clinic. Thank you AFC staff for making me feel comfortable and taking care of my illness. I was also cut pretty deep by a broken glass and went there for my stitches, I have never needed stitches before and I was nervous but they got me through it just fine. Then returned to have my stitches removed. About 2 weeks later I returned because I can’t seem to get into my own Dr. I had been feeling sick for 3-4 days and they once again got me in quickly and took care of a couple of problems I had. They call in my prescriptions quickly because they are ready for me within minutes. Always a positive experience for me.

The man who checked me in was very nice. The person who came and got me to take me back to be seen was nice. But I was astonished when she asked me if I had any surgeries and I started to list them she stopped me and was very impatient saying he will want to get in here soon. If you don't have the time to get the history you seem to be asking for, then don't ask the question. She asked me about drug allergies and when I tried to explain about an incident that happened this week she again stopped me and said somebody would be in. This did not give me a whole lot of faith in how good it would be to see this place for a serious illness. They were not very crowded but seemed to be in a big hurry. Fortunately I was just there for a test. The provider who came in was very nice and gave me adequate time to discuss. Unfortunately because the person who was asking all the questions before the provider came in did not want to take the time to let me answer her questions I could not recommend them.

In and out within 20 minutes. Jim is the best, and should go independently! But owners, I had a specimen collected on Saturday, today is Wednesday morning, no results are available to determine my diagnosis certainty . You should reconsider using a local hospital or Physicians Lab for your specimen processing. Sending labs to Texas is not a good idea! This 1 star review has no reflection on the staff, but to the owners. I will not return, but will go to NE Med Urgent Care across the street for specimen collections to be processed in state and locally. This is not good patient care. Totally unacceptable on management! Owner, in response to your comment. It is not how I feel, those are the facts, there is no untruth in the above.

I've been here thrice in the past five years, and the most recent visit was so amazingly excellent that I am compelled to give them props. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. I did not have to wait long at all to see the technician. He was also very kind and professional. If you have any degree of iatrophobia, I highly recommend this clinic. Please note that I didn't see a doctor, but the employees I encountered understood and exhibited excellent customer service.

Edit: now we discovered they filed with the courts. Please never use this business! They sent lawyers to our house over supposedly unpaid covid tests (over a year and an half ago), when they never contacted or billed us. We even put a card on file to have the remainder billed automatically. Tried calling to understand and they put us on hold for 20mins and disconnected the call.

By far, the best Urgent Care I've been to. Been here a couple times and each time I am in and out quickly. I went to them recently for a blood titer and TB testing for school and it was quick, easy, and much much cheaper than Quest Diagnostics.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Great customer service. The APN, Brian, was super sweet, very attentive, listened, and made sure I was taken care off. I will definitely return to this location.

I felt like I was swallowing knives today but Alex made me feel comfortable and laugh during the entire check in process. Laughter is the best medicine. He is one of the best nurses I've had in a long time. Overall the care was excellent. The wait time was reasonable. I would return to this location.

Do not visit this location if you're unsure of whether or not they'll be able to treat you. During my time here the doctor saw me for 5-15 minutes and stated that the only option they had to stop the bleeding on my hand from a kitchen injury was going to be painful and was not recommended and that she believed the ER would be a better bet in terms of getting the injury handled properly. I was assured at the time that I would not be billed for this as no action was taken and I was in between insurances after having just moved to Nebraska. I have been attempting to reach someone to discuss this for almost a month and have gotten little to no assistance other than being told that the notes stated the patient refused services, I was advised against them. I still had to see the ER and this office has been unable to assist me with the billing so I will seek aid from another location in the future. If you've any concerns about insurance or what they may be able to assist with, I suggest you avoid them and go somewhere else that is willing to be upfront and honest upon check-in regarding what they are equip to handle. Save your $$. Staff aside from billing staff was pleasant. **Update** After setting up a payment plan through their service to pay off the bill, they took the first $38 or so dollars. Just recently I noticed they pulled the remaining $155 or so of the balance from my debit card without any notification. My next payment was not until 1/13/24 as set by the terms of the payment plan.

Terrible billing, do not go! They made me sign an electronic agreement to auto bill the card on file if for any balance due, with no copies of the agreement that they made me agree to. At the time of service I tried to explain that we had medicade but I didn’t have the number on me and was having an urgent medical situation with my son when I went there. A few months later I got the bill in the mail with a future due date but when I checked my account balance they had already deducted $315 from my account. I tried to call and address the situation and after getting the run around with them and their 3rd party billing I contacted my insurance who had already given them the correct information to bill so essentially they screwed it ip to begin with. I was promised a refund that NEVER HAPPENED. I really cannot explain in words how terrible their service is. Do not ever go there they will screw you over!!!

The staff was kind, courteous and very welcoming. I didn't have to wait long at all to get the medical assistance that I needed. The doctor was very thorough in his examinations and was very sincere with his bedside manner. I was very impressed with my overall experience. Definitely recommend.

I started going to AFC during covid. I always had a great experience. Yesterday my normal health provider couldn't get me in due to hackers in their computer system and AFC was the first place that came to mind. Short line, exceptional service. Thank you

I came here for a hep B titer that I needed for work, as proof of immunity. They were very quick in getting me scheduled. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the test they ran, when I mentioned this to them they were very apologetic called the lab and had the right test ran. Additionally I was called with results that same day. In the end, mistakes sometimes happen and I was very impressed with how they handled this. I am grateful that they were able to resolve this in a timely fashion. Thank y'all again.

This place was fabulous! I had an ear issue. Made an appointment online. They got me in right away. Dr and NP were super helpful, even drew detailed pictures of what was going on with my ear. 10/10!

I've been scratching my skin off from a severe eczema outbreak for weeks and walked in to this clinic with no insurance. It's super clean. I was seen right away, and the staff were very nice. The provider Tracey Jenkins didn't run any unnecessary tests and came up with a quick solution for my issue. On the first day of the medication and already seeing improvement. Thank you for making me feel better so quickly and keeping it affordable when I was really suffering and in a bind! 100% recommend this clinic.

I visited this place for the first time today. The registration process was quick, the wait time was not very long, nurses and the doctor were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

Literally the most ridiculous rude people on the we Earth. I have to work in an hour and I literally called to see on people will be ahead of me so I can see if I can hurry and get an antibiotic for my eye but the lady was extremely rude on the phone and hung up and then I called talked to a manager and he said we can't tell me that cuz they might come shoot the place up these people are absolutely ridiculous.Never go here-in response to the owners response, no one demanded anything be done, asked to meet any expectations or time limits as I simply told the lady I was one block away and wanted to know how many were waiting and after she hung up on me I was able to speak to a supervisor who said they can't tell people how many people are here in case someone was going to shoot up the building--makes no sense I am working with DHHS on this.

I drive 40 minutes out of my way to take a UA and twice they can't do it because of whatever made up reason but cool so what you just want me to come back a third time? A joke it's a cup test take my piss and run it through the system when it's working as long as it's at temp who cares it's a cup not a lab

I brought my daughter in to be seen. Was coughing horrible, losing her voice, almost throwing up from coughing. Running fevers on and off. The dr looked at her for less than 2 minutes. Said give her some Zarbees over the counter cough medicine. I explained that she has been taking over the counter meds for over a week. They said she is fine. I knew she wasn't. They even put her weight in the system incorrect. I decided to take my daughter to a different doctor, needing a second opinion. She was miserable and I knew something was wrong. Next morning I took her somewhere else, she has a double ear infection, upper respiratory infection and swollen tonsils. The dr at that clinic allowed my daughter to go home with all these problems, I'm so thankful someone would listen and help us. Because this clinic is a joke. I would give them zero stars if I had the option.

I am from California..I was in Omaha and contacted COVID..I went to AFC urgent care and could not have been happier. Very efficient and such a great empathetic Dr.! Was very patient with my husband and I answering our multiple questions..I have severe auto immune deficiencies and he put me and my husband on paxlovid. You could see he really cared.. I went back to him a week later just to get the ok to get on a plane to go home. Whenever I am back in Omaha this is where I will go if I need help. They are terrific! Nancy and Tim Miller

Dr Mooney is fantastic and good with kids! Examined my son after he hit his head, explained the situation in ways that were very considerate of a stressed parent, was not overly direct, but gentle and explained thoroughly at the same time. Thank you! -Sean

We’ve been to AFC several times for different reasons. Stitches, broken arm, illness, pain etc. We’ve always had great experiences with all the doctors and staff. We moved last year to Bennington but we still drive to AFC become of the quality of care and level of compassion and understanding. All the doctors we’ve seen have been so great with my young kids.

My first Experience at this Urgent Care! I was surprisingly Pleased at how quickly I was Seen and how Wonderful the Staff were to make my Visit the best possible Experience for me! I'm a Veteran and went so much more smoothly than going to the VA! I will definitely Recommend to anyone seeking Urgent care! 😊

During my vacation to Omaha, I contracted a sudden and painful ear infection. My insurance does not work out-of-state, so paying out of pocket for urgent care was my only option. I appreciate the swift service, the kindness of the front desk staff and medical team and the overall demeanor of the practitioner who saw me. I felt listened to, respected and like I was given exactly what I came in for (diagnosis and antibiotics). Being from another state and needing to pick a random medical facility to meet my needs made me very nervous. After making phone calls for price comparisons and reading reviews, AFC really did prove to be the best choice for out-of-pocket, high-quality urgent care. Bill Summary: $130 Office Visit $32 Medicine (rx was sent to the Walgreens directly across the street, where the pharmacy tech found a coupon for me - highly recommend doing the same!)

I’ve always had a good experience each time I’ve gone here friendly reception. But this is the second time I’ve gone here and literally nothing was done. But yet they’ll send a bill for doing nothing I’m upset I went in because I’ve been feeling pressure in my ear and ringing. I went in so they could maybe do an ear irrigation or something. Well she looked in one ear and said there’s no earwax maybe it’s just fluid from a recent flu or something drink mucinex and let us know if anything changes oh ok!!!!. Don’t just assume anyway I just said thanks and left. What a waste of my time honestly should have stayed home if I knew all I’ll receive is that. I’ll wait and see what they bill me for

I have been sick twice in the past year. Both times I tried to get in to see my primary unmc provider and was told it would be at least a week for an appointment. So I headed to afc which is conveniently located and was taken care of right away. They are compassionate and thorough. Highly recommend. BTW I could not have waited an entire week to someone. Thanks AFC

My wait time was very minimal. Although it was my first time there, it was a quick check-in process. The doctors and nurses showed compassion and care. Even the front staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in and Nurse were good. Unfortunately the doctor did not bother to examine me and just accepted my diagnosis from the internet. He had me cancel my vacation based on MY diagnosis. When I followed up with a surgeon , who actually did examine me, he immediately knew I had a totally different issue which required further testing prior to any surgery. I would not recommend the Urgent Care Physician.

Went to urgent care after CVS recommended after concluding that CVS could not do anything for me. The doctor on duty at 6 pm was fantastic. He put me at ease and had a great personality giving me a prescription and instruction on how to treat my cellulitis. Thankyou again urgent care.

Incredible experience here. I'm taking a year off of work so I am without health insurance, and my primary doctor is out of town all week on vacation, so I was on the hunt to have a couple of tests done as quickly & as cheaply as possible to get on an antibiotic for an illness an at-home test already told me I have. I had called around dozens of clinics, hospitals, and doctors all day getting quotes on what I was needing done & I can tell you everywhere else is more expensive - first off - and secondly - everywhere else will give you the run-around. This place was quick, concise, helpful, & easy - and I had my antibiotics filled immediately after - by the time I drove to my pharmacy, it was ready for me. Not even my actual doctor gets prescriptions in that fast. I can't thank them enough - they were so friendly, helpful, professional, quick, and they are absolutely the best price - lowest cost for sure. Excellent care clinic & if I ever need urgent care again I will absolutely be back here - highly recommend it - you can walk in -or- make an appointment, I made an appointment, they could see me in a half an hour from when I called and they saw me as soon as I checked in. A+ experience.

I was seen in a timely fashion which is not always the case at urgent care, the physician I saw and the two nurses that helped me were kind and caring. The front desk receptionist was patient during intake and a tremendous help when I needed to find a pharmacy that was open (after 6pm on a Saturday) after my visit.

This was my first time ever going to urgent care, and it was awesome. They got my little one in fast, the sign in process was fast also. The doctors there was very friendly and knew what was wrong in no time.

I was happy to find a place open on Sunday that could do x-rays, but not be an ER. The staff was so kind and listened. The whole place was spotless and you can tell they take pride in providing quality care.

Been sick for awhile didn't want to go anywhere because of waiting time. They were fast getting you back. The doctor/ nurse practitioner was there right away. Everyone was very professional.

Everyone here is awesome! This was my second visit over the years and just as impressive as the first. Although I hope I never find myself needing to go back to an urgent care, I will go to AFC if I do. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need!

Everyone was extremely friendly. They listened to my symptoms, trusted what I had to say, and got me the care I needed without delay. I will definitely use them again.

My family is very pleased with each visit we have at UFC. Knowledgeable staff and Drs who care about each patients health. Waiting time is usually very quick, but If it’s busy, wait it out. This staff is definitely worth the wait time. Very thorough clinic.

Staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. The nurse was amazing. The doctor, however, did not do a thorough examination of me and was quick to prescribe antibiotics. I called back the next day about my concerns with the visit and the area needing to be drained. The same doctor was in and and stated the same thing from when I was in, when he only looked at the area for a quick second. When I got the bill, I called to make payment arrangements to have the balance paid in full by August 15th. They took it out today with no authorization whatsoever, using the card I used to pay my copay. A whole 12 days early. When I called to see why, the lady kept repeating herself saying that although I was to make the payment on the 15th (myself, not them taking it automatically) that it came out today. That did not help anything at all. Will never EVER go back to this urgent care because of the doctor's poor care towards his patients and their unethical billing practices. Now my account is in the negative because they couldn't wait until I got paid.

Excellent medical care. Quickly seen, easily registered. Staff were professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Luis, who helped care for me this morning was thoughtful in his approach and did the best blood draw I’ve ever had. The provider Brian was also very friendly and I could tell I was in good hands. Everyone had a smile on their face and I could tell they cared about their patients and the business as a whole. Will return again for any future needs.

I came here because of UTI problem. Very quickly, they gave me a urine test and ordered me an antibiotic. Same night, I took the first dose and went to bed, however, my sleep was interrupted by shortness of breath and chest tightness. The next morning, I called their clinic because I was having side effects from the antibiotic they ordered and wanted to change to another antibiotic. The staff there told me to stop using that antibiotic and the doctor would call me back to tell me what to do next. 4 hours later, no response, I had to call back because I started to have fever and fatigue, the staff there said they were busy so they couldn't get back to me but the doctor would call me back as quickly as possible. Another 5 hours, still no response. I decided to go to their clinic, there were no customers, not busy at all as mentioned. After seeing me, the front desk person shyly and hesitantly told me to wait a few minutes, she would consult with the doctor and get back to me. She came back after 5 minutes and told me that with my conditions, the doctor wanted me to go to ER since they couldn't help. I then decided to go to another urgent care, the doctor there told me I got side effects from the previous antibiotic and quickly ordered me another antibiotic after taking my urine test and I’m gradually feeling better after taking the prescription they ordered. Well, if you couldn't order me another prescription, why didn't you tell me to go to ER right at my first and second call? or simply call back and tell me to go to ER. Why did you have to use an excuse of being busy and make me wait the entire day while your clinic were not busy at all? Will never EVER go back to this urgent care because of the doctor's poor care towards his patients.

The front desk staff, nurse and physician were all knowledgable, friendly and were able to get us in and out of the clinic quickly. We appreciate that!
