Very unprofessional! They can't direct your calls because they just send a message to whoever you need to speak to, and they will return your call whenever they can. If you miss it, you'll only get a voicemail saying to return the call & its only a cycle that never ends until you actually pick up. I made an appointment, received a text saying to cancel text 2, so I did. Two weeks later I receive a letter in the mail saying I didnt show up to my appointment & to cancel next time instead of not showing up. The few times I went, their diagnosis was always "it's just your body" then grtting a better explanationat a different place..just to name a few of the bad experiences

You've got two separate things going on here. On one hand, you've got some phenomenal physicians here and some really great nurses. That's what matters most, right? Usually, yes. Not always. Whoever is in charge of the rest of the system is wildly incompetent. I take a half day at work if I have to call them. Their phone system will keep you on hold for about 30 minutes, then disconnect you. 30 minutes is usually not going to get you through. Paperwork is routinely mismanaged, including prescriptions. When you get through to a nurse, you get fixed right up. The trouble is getting past reception to do that. Even checkin lines can be very long, and their software frequently misbehaves, or is just too difficult to use for the amount of training they've been offered. So...doctors, nurses, the heart of the operation? It's great. I don't want to downplay that at all. I'm not sure there's any other clinic in the city I'd recommend more. Everything else? Oof. It's not just bad. It's embarrassing.

My doctor was amazing. Bit of a long wait for appointments, but it was very worth it. The layout it confusing, you get use to it. It's busy but we're lucky to have this resource. Very considerate of low income patients, not looking to take advantage of you.

Great clinic. Only downside is they never answer the phone. You’ll be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. Also some of the ladies at the front desk have bad attitudes. Very unwelcoming until you get to the back with the amazing nurses and doctors.

Come in to get a free test done and now I'm being billed $200. I'm trying to dispute this with their billing department but I can't get a hold of them because their voicemail is full. Unacceptable.

I am so disappointed with there service for the past 2 month. First I scheduled my appointment and they canceled it without any notice and there excuse was we called the wrong number. I rescheduled the same appointment for today and when I get there the front desk receptionist told me that the appointment is at Bellevue one world. The day I called, I was very specific about where I want my appointment and they even sent me a text to remind me that my appointment is at south one world .this is not the kind of service I use to get there. The have change completely. Some of the front desk receptionist are not doing their joe right.

"Customer service", if you'd call it that, is poor. No one gives you clear direction on where to go. Everyone a reception seems really careless and lazy. I had to basically walk around the whole building because I got locked out of a stairway. Ended up being 15 minutes late for my appt and having to wait more than 30 mins for a tech to give me a vaccine

This place really is it's own little world. They have almost everything here that a person would need. Only wish they had more services for my condition. Sometimes it takes them a while to call back however they have a lot of patients. One of your Doctor's that I have been seeing is just a doll. She always takes her time with me and tries to help me as much as she can. She has done all kinds of things for me and always tries to think of other ways to help me. I won't say her name because I want to keep her all to myself. I just adore her.

Had to go in for my prescription.. they are forcing us to wear masks in the pharmacy area. I don't understand why they closed the outside windows if they feel the need for us to cover up. Personally I hate going inside.

I came in the other day asking to apply for Medicaid and got told to go to 3 different locations before finally being sent to the WIC office. I was told to go upstairs and then downstairs and it seemed like nobody knows where anything actually is. I then set up an appointment for applying through WIC and when calling to ask to switch my appointment, they told me it was never scheduled and that they did not help with Medicaid (but when I went they helped me schedule an appointment to meet with somebody through WIC to apply). I had not received an email confirmation or text about it either so now I am doubting that the person who helped me set up an appointment actually confirmed it. Very frustrating and needs better management or some signs telling people where things are so staff don’t have to incorrectly tell me where I need to go!

Literally you call just to be put on hold for 30 minutes and obviously I’m not going to sit there on hold forever I got things to do. Also I’ve been on hold before and out of no where it hangs up. You can’t just ask a quick question because they take foreverrrr to actually pick up the phone.

This place need re orientation and some type of external investigation/accountability directed towards all their staff. The front desk people most especially at the treatment center always laughing unnecessary and they are kinda slow attending to patient but I guess there is little to no accountability or there is no leadership so they just do whatever they want.

Horrible, they give you an appointment and leave you waiting for 50 minutes. I wait to post this review for several appointments because I thought they were late but they always do the same thing. Terrible system. They shouldn't make so many appointments if they can't.

😠 The building was in a rundown questionably unsafe neighborhood. The interior of the facility was not very clean at all. Not sanitary looking and very dated. Seating area didn’t allow for any kind of distance from other patients. One patient was sick and my partner got sick 3 days later. No face mask...

👍👍 Dr. Shinaut was very thorough in answering my questions, addressing my concerns and was willing to explain lab results. He is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. His nurse, Amy, was very nice and made me feel at ease.

😠 This was the most horrible medical provider I have ever been to. And I have been to many. From the rude and unhelpful receptionist who made me wait 48 minutes for my appointment, even though I was the only one there, to the nurse and provider who didn't really listen to me and, whose initial suggest...
