I went in on a Saturday afternoon with strep throat symptoms. I’ve had strep throat multiple times in the past and know the symptoms. The physician did a rapid strep test and it came back negative. She did a culture and told me it would take up to two days for the results. That I should take Tylenol and salt water rinse. After a sleeplessness night and in worst pain my tonsils got worse and where bleeding and had more white pockets on them. I call to speak the physician and she told me she couldn’t prescribe any antibiotics until the cultures came back. After telling her my symptoms got worse and my history of strep throat. I ended up at the hospital and one look at me the doctor know I had a severe case of strep throat. Couldn’t believe the last physician did start me on anabiotic‘s. He told me it was a good thing I came in when I did if I would have waiting to the cultures to come back I might have been hospitalized. I will never go back and they will never see a penny from me. Why should I pay them when they didn’t listen to me or treat me.

Took both my boys to urgent care for sore throats. Strep tests were done on both boys. Got the results back saying my older boy was negative for strep and younger one was positive however the older boy was still extremely ill and the younger had recovered in the time it took to get the tests back (nearly a week). Took them elsewhere to find out the tests had been obviously swapped. Older boy had strep and went an entire week without antibiotics because this office said he was negative. Younger boy was negative the whole time and given antibiotics for no reason.

I’ve been going here over a year. My primary care dr is is the most caring dr I have ever had. It is so hard to find a doctor that looks out for you as much as Dr Hewitt does. The staff up front is always nice, efficient, and helpful.

With out writing a novel, I am most disappointed at how this clinic has turned into a factory and my own PA didn't recognize me after being there multiple times in one month. The compassion is not there and I can definitely tell when I am describing my symptoms that no has looked at my history nor do they care too. Why are you even a Doctor if your compassion is not there for humans?

I've always received excellent, attentive care from the doctors at Millard. Our primary has a full docket, so it's difficult to see him at a moment's notice, but the other doctors we see in his stead are fantastic as well. Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and considerate. I trust the staff at Millard to take care of my family, and that's the bottom line.

Remember if you need to schedule anything with that Fatima lady in women’s gynec division…she rude, abrupt, and hard to talk to. She should not be on with customers. She literally talks to us every time like she’s doing us the favor!

The whole staff in this office are extremely nice! The receptionists treat you like an old friend rather than just a patient! The nurses are very thorough and easy to talk to! The doctor I had told me the reason my ear hurt is because I had an (invisible) cold sore which caused my ear to hurt. Ummm what?

The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The nurses are great! I personally love Dr Malene but she’s retiring soon so I’ve been seeing Dr Bryson too and she is amazing!! They treat you like family not just patients!

Such a great listener and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. She will be my doctor til the end of time! Highly recommend especially for women.

Love all the staff here! Very professional, always smiling, always remembers my family when we are there. We love Dr. Malene and she sees all 5 of us and even my extended family, however if we can not get into her we love all the other providers as well. I would definitely recommend the Millard clinic!!!

The front desk is usually nice here and so are the nurses/medical assistants. The first visit i seen her due to she had fast openings. I really liked her so i decided to stick with her (which was a mistake). I have no idea what happened this time. She literally was arguing with me about multiple things. Doctors should explain themselves and they like to make their points, but this was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I wish i had stuck with my original primary care doctor there. It really is a hit or miss with all the doctors at this clinic whether its primary care gynecology ect

I know that not everyone has a good experience. But I cannot do anything but commend the staff here. I called with severe muscle spasms in my lower back to the point where I couldn't even walk and they were able to get me in right away. The doctor was very knowledgeable actually new stuff about back issues and gave me everything that I needed. The sad thing is is my previous doctor would not give me a pain shot in my lower back, after 10 mins of the shot instantly my muscles started relaxing so the mess can sooth my pinched nerve. They were also able to get me in right away for x days and get a answer to what was going on with my back. Once again I cannot commend them enough as I am writing this review able to sit up able to walk around and the pain is now down to a 2 it was at a constant 7 shooting up to 10

Would love it if somebody would answer a phone call (literally, nobody has answered a single call of mine in over a year, always goes to voicemail), let me know that I have an appointment scheduled, along with responding to pharmacies and/or letting me know that I need to give the office a call. Avoid like the plague.

This clinic is the best, ever. The entire staff is amazinggg! I have to give a shoutout to the receptionists Joanne, Patty, and Lucy. I have been a patient since 2018, and I distinctively remember those three-.very nice, conversational, and efficient. && last but not least, a shout-out to my nurse Sarah M. and Dr. Lawandy- always provides exceptional care!

We switched to this clinic from a different one about a year ago . We absolutely love the staff here! As a single mom of 3, one wich has special needs with alot of health issues, the team has been amazing here to help me :)

Mark in PT is fabulous. I would give Mark 5 stars and CHI none. Unfortunately the billing is unethical and inefficient. They bill the PT as outpatient. If I went to a regular PT facility I would pay my copay of $15, but my first PT visit here was $250. When I get dry-needling I pay that out of pocket. However they ALSO billed it to my insurance and now it appears they are billing me again for it when my insurance denied it. I can't verify this because of my FOUR calls with billing, nobody can give me a straight answer. It is unethical to bill outpatient PT when this isn't a hospital and also not to notify patients that it will be significantly more expensive than another facility. I am really disgusted with CHI, but will continue to go as long as I'm making progress with Mark.

Twice this location has screwed up to the point of no repair. Once when I took both my kids to get tested for strep- one came back with strep, the other negative. The problem was the tests were transposed so the one that came up negative was actually positive & vice versa. 2 years later I took my child for a possible broken limb because they are close by & I know they have an X-ray machine. 2 hours later I was told yes she had a broken limb but to take her to children's hospital because they couldn't do anything for her- no pain meds, didn't splint her, nothing. This paired with the incompetent Drs we have dealt with is just too much. We are done with this location & possibly CHI in general at this point.
