Absolutely LOVE HOTWORX! This location is hands down the best one in Omaha. What makes this location so special is the ownership and their attention to detail in cleanliness and member satisfaction. They are always hosting fun giveaways, challenges and partnering with other local brands to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for their members! It's SO MUCH MORE than just a gym! Plus, the workouts are totally awesome and most of the time you have a private and clean space to focus on your own workout. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

My new favorite gym! Leanne is very friendly, helpful and personable. She’s also the owner of this location and you can see she puts a lot of effort into it. It’s a huge plus knowing someone really cares for the up-keeping and well-beings of the gym and the members. Everything smells so fresh and new. Perfect workout setting if you’ve always wanted to incorporate hot yoga or any of that kind in your workout. For me, The sauna itself is well worth it. After a long workday, It feels really good to be sweating out. I look forward to it everyday!

I LOVE Hotworx! Everyone is there for the same reason so there’s no “gym intimidation.” Their concept of burning more calories in less time fits my busy lifestyle. And the best part that keeps me accountable is having to make your appointment to workout. Knowing I have to be in my sauna at a specific time keeps me from psyching myself out of working out. The staff is also super friendly and always answers any questions I have. So happy I joined!!!

There is a lack of transparency. It's easier to quit a job than this gym. They require 2 months notice to quit, which I was not aware of. Because of this I owe them an $100 fee to cancel my membership. I have a new job in a new city and the last thing I want to do is pay for a gym I can't attend. If you can't make money without scamming people maybe you should find a better source of money. I've never had this issue before at any other gym.

When I signed up for my membership I was under the impression that I had to commit to three months then could cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. I signed up in spring of 2020 and went to cancel and was told that I had to give a 60 day notice and pay two more months before my membership would be canceled. Just feels a little scammy and should be explained better to future members signing up! I’m sure these agreements are stated in the fine print, but I feel that this should be verbally explained when signing up because I know three other people that were mislead by this as well. Overall, good experience while I was a member besides that.

I wish there were 10 stars!!!! Do yourself a favor and JOIN!! I love the Midtown location!!!! I hate exercise but I LOVE this!!!! I feel so much better about myself just showing up day after day in the sauna!!!!! You are going to love it. I tell everyone about it because I have finally found something I am obsessed with. Oh and my skin is looking better than it ever has. 💓💓💓💓

HOTWORX Omaha Midtown is the absolute BEST! The infrared is so therapeutic and I have never felt this good after a workout before! I'm happy to be in such a welcoming environment at this location; they truly want to provide the best experience possible for their members. The staff continues to treat me with the utmost respect and the members are so friendly. Thank you Omaha Midtown for this newly found community that I LOVE!!

I joined hotworx about 3 months ago to help get me back to feeling like myself again. Oh man did it!! I absolutely fell in love with this club after my first workout & now can't go a day without it 😍. My overall health has improved in this short time that I have been a member here. I highly recommend everybody to try it at least once. 🙂 Last but not least the staff members here are truly amazing people each and every one of them!! What a great team 👍

I have had a membership with this location since Oct. Haley the Manager is great and always friendly and remembers my name every time I come in. As someone who has a general gym-anxiety I don’t get the same feelings here as I do a traditional gym. I also feel safe working out at odd hours due to the security system. The workouts are fun and the staff always encourage you to try new things within your comfort zone.

I tried this Hotworx location with a friend and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged there! Haley is so friendly, she made it seem like I was already a member there! The studio itself is nice and clean and easy to find your way around. The workouts are challenging and you don’t need to spend a lot of time in the gym to feel like you accomplished a lot. I really loved Hotworx midtown!

This studio has a severe problem. I started from the very start of this gym. It was clean and taken care of it. If I could give it a zero I would. Tried cancelling and it was a nightmare. It is dirty now and no customer service. Don't join unless you want to be ripped off.

HOTWORX Omaha Midtown is the best location!! The staff is always so helpful and the studio is very clean. I enjoy the 24 hour access and ability to rotate through different sessions depending on what I want to do. Everyone should try HOTWORX!

This company operates a highly anti- consumer subscription model that is against multiple consumer protection guidelines and regulations. (set by banks and card processors) If you sign up with them and no longer wish to use their MONTH TO MONTH service - they will charge you 2 months and $99. If they do this you have the ability to dispute these charges under the FCBA (Regulation Z) guidelines related to subscription charges. My bank returned all funds back to me because of the blatantly unethical business practices. Also asking consumers to come in and cancel a recurring charge on a credit card violates merchant processing regulations with Mastercard and Visa (which is part of the reason I won). Don't give in to those bully tactics. Ask for an email - send the email to cancel and keep it for your records.

I love this gym! It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly. I use Hotworkx in addition to lifting and I love it. The 24 hour access is so convenient and not much is better than dripping sweat to feel accomplished!

Great place to go and get a good workout in! Friendly people go here and the staff is always very welcoming and nice as well. Would recommend!!

I have been a member at hotworx for almost a year and have loved my experience thus far. The staff has been very friendly and the classes are so fun! I was always intimidated going to larger gyms due to the crowds, but when I was introduced to hortworxs by a friend I immediately felt less pressure working out because the classes are in smaller room that only hold up to 3 people. Makes me more motivated to go to the gym. I know I’ll be sticking around for awhile :)

Love hotworx! It’s a safe place to go work out and where I can be myself. The hot room workouts help burn calories and get a good workout. Love love love my hotworx.

First off--the Staff is totally AMAZING!!! Super nice, very helpful and supportive in your health goals. I love that you can stop in and take a 15 min class or take multiple classes during the day. I also love that I can go at my pace and not feel judged if I go slower than others in the class.

I was getting bored with my workouts at other gyms and frustrated with not seeing results. My friend and I went for a trial workout and signed up that day!!! The place is so clean, staff is extremely helpful. i enjoy the 24/7 access and am excited to continue working!
