Maybe it was me, but something about being in the basement that has a bar with maybe 5 patrons just depressed me. I could have had the same ambiance if I'd stayed at home and drank in the closet. But then again Dave Chappelle was playing that night so it's not all their fault.

Zach is an amazing bartender. I'm a light weight and asked him to make me a surprise drink based off what I like. He didn't hesitate and he made me the perfect drink. I do this at a lot of bars and they normally need two or three tries to get it right but not here. Everyone in the bar were so friendly and gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat while we were in town. Definitely stopping by anytime I need a drink when I'm in town.

Went in late afternoon. Bartender was friendly and had a handful of regulars. Not a lot of atmosphere. Maybe more fun later in the night.

More of a college scene so was a bit overcrowded. Hard to get a drink as there were 2 bartenders and they were busy. Musician was amazing with great vocals! This was the main reason we visited this bar.

Had a decent experience until one of our group members ordered a round of shots. She had already ordered a couple beers and tipped heavy on those. The bartender verbally commented about her not tipping on the shots even though she tipped heavy on the beers already. Anyone who works in customer service knows that its very rude to comment on tips...THEN we were waiting for a taxi in SUBZERO temperatures and could not get a Lyft, Uber, or a Taxi to show up. We went to the door and tried to wait inside so we didn't die in the cold and the guy told us "sorry we have money out, we can't help you. Walk 2 blocks to the convenience store". I was less than impressed with this bar.

Needed to toast a family member who passed away recently. This was the first bar we had taken him to on his travels in Omaha. We miss him but we love the Dubliner!!

So this place is hard to find, you have to walk down the stairs below hyve. The ambience is okay, I was not clear whether it’s a sports bar or a dive bar. The place is huge with ample sitting. This is a typical bar where they only serve drinks. There is no food. I didn’t like the cover fee of $5. The place is really not worth giving the cover charge. They don’t have any signature drinks as per say. There is live performance, for that only I am giving the 3 star rating. Otherwise this place is below average. It is too loud, so if you want to relax and talk with your friends, this is not the place to go. They don’t have a proper dance floor but some people were dancing in a little place theY can find. The chairs were old with cushions coming out of them. The live music was not of some genre so I can’t suggest this place for music fans as well.

This Irish pub is amazing. The atmosphere that they have created is both inviting and cozy. The staff is excellent and they have a wide range of beers and liquor for everyone.

Enjoyed this basement bar! There was live music and it wasn’t too crowded. Didn’t have to wait long for drinks at all, and enjoyed plenty of Irish car bombs while we were there! There was a $5 cover but the bouncer said it’s only because they had live music there that night. The $5 was worth it though! Just sit back, relax, jive to the music and drink as much as you want.

Every time I've been here later in night there's been a couple people that have issues with the waitress, but if you treat her with the respect she deserves for being a waitress working a busy bar late at night that has to deal with problematic people and creeps, she is in fact a nice person. Good live music too.

One of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Omaha. The music may not be exactly authentic, but they got just about everything else right to give it the vibe of an authentic Irish pub.

7.5/10 the last several months. This place is one of my favorites, and it was my go-to spot. The Guinness and other taps here are the sh!t and I really like the cheap cover and live shows. However, the environment is lacking the ambiance and elegance that it had consistently delivered in the past. The security is mediocre, and rude people are not reprimanded or confronted by staff members when people cannot handle their alcohol. I have a soft spot for this pub for sure, but I would love to see it become even more distinguished than surrounding joints in the area. I miss being able to sit in solitude (even if busy) and just have a nice beer. Otherwise, --5/5.

Great drinks and a very chill atmosphere to relax in! Bartenders are quick and super fun to be around. Drink selection is endless. Prices also seem to be a tad bit cheaper than some of the other bars around the area. If you're looking for a place to grab a few drinks and have a good time, look no further!

My favorite Irish place in the city. It's booze and beer only there but the selection is excellent and the service friendly. A lot of live music nights so give it a look.

A great Irish bar in town! Just follow the stairs down into a very fun environment. The bartender was knowledgeable about the drink menu and provided great recommendations! Prices were higher, but the atmosphere makes it all worth it! I'll for sure be back by for another Guiness sooner than later.

good place to catch up with friends. there was quick, helpful, and friendly service. it has a cool feel to it. menu is similar to a restaurant in el paso i loved.
