I pre-registered online and I'm not sure if that did anything. I waited in line for approx 2.5hrs (close to 3) and the swab was really quick, before heading in for the test, you're asked a couple questions and get your pulse/temperature taken. I went on a Friday around 240pm and left at 5pm. Just go as early as possible to avoid the lineups, but you really never know how busy it'll be, so dress warm especially since it's started to get colder. As for results, you're given a website to go check your results, I was told approx 3-5 days.

Went there in the morning around 8 o’clock. Within 10 minutes I was out after taking test. The staff was very helpful and generous !! Free parking!! Got my result on the same day within 12hrs.!! Fully recommend🙂

Went at 7:50am to line up and there was two people ahead of us. Got the test back in 12 hours! Wow couldn't believe it was so fast! There was free parking and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I showed up this morning before 7am and was 20th in line. I received my swab 2.5 hours later. Some elderly and medical staff got priority, and those without symptoms were interviewed and fast tracked to the swab portion of the process, rather than needing nurse and doctor assessment. Step 1 nurses who were outside were visibly (and vocally) irritated, impatient and sometimes quite rude (specifically to those with little English language skills) which made me cringe a bit. Hopefully they got some coffee so that the rest of their shifts were less stressful for them. Rest of staff and security were friendly. Curious how this will be sustainable in the winter months because I was freezing! Thanks team! *** got results less than three days after being tested ***

Birchmount Covid19 assessment/testing site was very organized and efficient. Lines ups went by quickly as the staff are very professional and organized. Security was very helpful with social distancing spacing; ensuring we had our health cards out so the line would go faster and answered many questions. I observed the elderly, people with disabilities and children were treated so patiently and with care. There were washrooms on site that were clean and monitored. Children got stickers, the staff treated them with care. This location was amazing! It’s a new learning curve with the testing especially now as children are back at school. I am so proud at the Province for making this Scarborough site run so smoothly! I wanted to recognize amazing staff at this site during the time I was there: Dr Devon; Security Stefan and Antellio; Michelle; Chrystal; Lynda; Rosalynda and all the patient staff at the Birchmount Covid19 assessment site. I would highly recommend this site for expeditious testing.

Professional and friendly staff, social distancing was managed well, I'm very impressed! I went for my test for at 8:30 appointment on a weekday, there was already a short line but they got through it quickly, the lady taking my test made an effort to make me feel comfortable, I was very nervous and she put me at ease. Thank you! Update: I got my result the next morning in around 24-25 hours.

Very Well organized hospital helping people for Covid test and in Day Surgery as well. With ample of free car parking and other tacilities inside, no crowded, wheelchirs, washrooms, coffeeshop and so on are available.

Went to today's 6:30 PM appointment for 3, got there around 6:20 PM and no line up. Reminder to be ready to provide your family doctor's first and last name if you have one. Take the parking ticket with you because they can validate it after you completed the test, and no parking fee is needed. Trailer #1 will ask for your basic information and why you are taking the test. Trailer #2 will conduct the covid swab test. We spent 20 minutes for 3 people in/out of the test centre facilities. Staffs are friendly and patient. The test was not painful IMO. Thank you to all for providing the services! Edit: got my test result back in a day.

I got there early enough for my test. I did not have to wait too long. SHN service was great and very friendly service from the staff. Queue was orderly, priority was given to surgery patients,staff, seniors and kids. I got my results in 2days. Parking is limited and you will have to pay.

Wanted to post a review/my experience for reference if anyone is thinking of going in soon. I went to get tested on Wednesday Sept 16 at 12:10pm, waited in line until ~3pm (approx. 3 hours long). I got my results on the website Friday at 10am. I thought the wait was really long, as you're just baking in the sun and there's nowhere to sit. They do let elderly (over 65) go first priority though. With COVID cases going up, the testing process is definitely getting longer and tests are slower coming out too I believe. It wasn't a great experience but I think that's more due to Wave 2 and the province not being prepared enough.

Arrived around 9:45am and joined the lined. The security/patrol person came over and had us join the line for children. The first line is to get registered and general screening done in the first trailer. Once this is done you move to another line where the second trailer is and this is where you get the test done. I had my daughter with me who I have nervous to bring but had told her it tickled a little bit. The nurse had her sit in my lap and did her test first. I did mine right after. When I asked her how it was for her she said it was "good" but it didn't tickle. She was brave. All in all it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

The nurse/doctor who took my swab test did a horrible job. She broke a vein in my nose. It's been half hour and I'm still bleeding from my nose.

Good as can be expected in light of the cause of existence !

Came to get a covid test done for my mom who is immune suppressed, there’s a priority line for people with underlying conditions and for families with children. Arrived at 8:30am and just about finishing up at 9:40am. Not exactly sure how long the regular line takes, but most likely around 2-3hrs
