Good
service.
Okay
food.
So-so
coffee.
Not
clean
enough.
I
feel
that
some
restaurant
staff
think
they
can
just
walk
in
to
work
and
not
make
much
effort
and
think
that
they’re
doing
a
good
job
just
by
bring
your
order
to
your
table
and
expect
to
be
appreciated.
Well,
as
a
former
waiter
and
busboy
myself
and
having
worked
at
the
family
restaurant,
I
know
it
takes
a
lot
more
than
that.
When
I
worked
at
Starbucks
they
trained
the
staff
in
all
the
aspects
of
service,
not
just
about
coffee
beans.
Sadly,
that
kind
of
training
seems
to
be
missing
in
most
Israeli
food
chains.
So
you
get
good
service
if
the
waiter
is
a
friendly
person,
but
you
don’t
get
great
service,
because
the
waiter
was
not
trained
properly.
Anyhow,
the
food
was
okay.
They
try
to
cater
to
the
mass
palate
And
by
so
doing
they
lose
flavor.
The
coffee
was
average.
Too
bad
they
offer
only
one
type
of
coffee
bean.
The
side
of
potatoes
was
way
undercooked
and
I
had
to
return
it
for
a
second
try,
but
even
then
it
turned
out
average.
FYI,
no
mustard
here
either!
The
service
was
friendly,
but
unprofessional.
The
whole
place
needs
a
good
scrubbing.
The
restaurant
seems
neglected
cleanliness-wise.
It’s
like
the
franchisee
has
given
up
arguing
with
the
inflexible
head
office.
The
bathrooms
were
filthy
and
smelly,
and
the
spray
odor
is
cheap.
The
urinal
was
out
of
order.
This
is
unacceptable.
The
sink
should
be
scrubbed
to
a
shine
every
hour.
The
scene
and
scent
were
unappetizing.
All
in
all
-
an
okay
experience.
We
were
hungry
so
we
ate
and
left.
