The worst service ever, not giving attention to their customers , trying to do plays. I have purchased their power card, and was supposed to have 10% discount at first buy, but they just tried to play games, and looked for the service man all the time because he was missing most of the time.

Went there to buy a simple filter for my water cooler (amongst other things). First guy sent me to search for it (too hard to actually show me himself), after a while found the place with the water coolers but no fitting filter. Asked one of their workers if they had it, he didn't know and told me to wait while he calls the guy who do knows. Waited couple of minutes, no one arrives (and the store was basically empty). Asked the same worker for help again, told me to wait again. After a while I asked another worker and it was the same thing. They don't know, need to call a guy and I have to wait. After way too much waiting and getting completely ignored, I again asked what is going on. Then the worker became rude and told me the only one who knows went home and since he don't know they don't have it. I left everything in my bag there and went to a competing chain not far from there. The workers in home center are incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. There's absolutely no reason a worker can't do a simple search for an item.

Got an amazing customer experience, especially in the lights department. Very friendly and approachable. It's not the biggest branch, but my favorite so far.

They charge 5% for returns. Others choose not to.

Big parking lot, service was fast but the manager was extremely rude. Update - sold me a defective product and even though i bought it the day before (less then 12 hours) they did not give me back cash (only credit).

It's a Home Center, if you've seen one, you know what to expect. All branches are quite the same. It's a bit over priced, but you can get most of the things needed under one roof.

Not cheap, but has loads of stuff

Very bad service. Very disorganised arrangement. Avoid this branch at all costs. Better drive 5 minutes more to ace in big yahud.
